FBI Arrests Pro-Trump Florida Man As Suspected Mail Bomber

The FBI lived up to its international reputation in nailing the suspected mail bomber within just a few days of the first appearance of pipe bombs at the offices or homes of leading critics of President Donald Trump.  He is Cesar A. Sayoc, 56, a Trump supporter and body builder with a criminal history.  He has appeared at Trump rallies and identifies himself as a Native American for Trump.  He has been described as a “muscle head stripper” for his former boss.

Sayoc worked for Chippendales as a tour manager who was convicted of battery and grand theft in 2014.  This long criminal record includes a 2002 charge with threatening to “throw, project, place, or discharge any destructive device.”  That a second-degree felony resulted in one year of probation.

He filed for bankruptcy in 2012

Sayoc filed for bankruptcy, in June 2012. At the time, he was living with his mother and owed more than $20,000 to creditors, mostly banks.

His total employment income the year before was just over $7,500. And he had collected about $16,000 in unemployment between 1009 and 2010, according to the bankruptcy records.

Syoc also lost his Fort Lauderdale home in a foreclosure in September 2009, according to court records. He filed for bankruptcy protection in June 2012. The court records in that case state he had just $4,175 in assets, including a 2001 Chevy Tahoe with 285,000 miles, and $21,109 in liabilities.

His van is covered in pro-Trump and anti-Clinton, anti-CNN stickers.

At least some of  the packages went through a US Postal Service facility in Opa-locka, Florida. Notably, the FBI is calling them “potentially destructive devices” and it is not clear if they could detonate or why they did not.  Ultimately, they use of the devices to cause terror will still qualify the defendant for the enhanced sentencing under terrorism laws.

  1. Sorry PH, facts do not matter with some on this blog. And even trying to make sense to them on their side of the flat earth will not work.

  2. LATE TO DINNER posts article listing the number of times Trump has personally attacked Obama, Hillary and CNN.

TOM NASH asserts (with no evidence) that those parties have attacked Trump as many times.

70 years ago Harry Truman said, “If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen”. Truman was referring to the presidency and how it is the target of daily criticisms from the media and political opponents. Those criticisms have always been an accepted reality of the office.

Conventional wisdom has been that Presidents should maintain a tone of statesmanship to show they are above personal attacks. That’s what gave presidents so-called ‘moral authority’; ‘they didn’t stoop to personal attacks’. It was felt that personal attacks demeaned a president. Richard Nixon’s presidency unraveled because he focused on ‘enemies’ instead of his job.

Trump supporters, however, seem to think that presidents must strike back at their critics on a daily basis. This belief reflects the right-wing media bubble that most Trumpers inhabit. In that bubble Trump and his supporters are a persecuted ‘majority’. Said belief represents a culture of victimhood that Republicans have come to embrace. Which is ironic because conservatives used to criticize liberals for encouraging that same culture of victimhood.

By continually leading ‘lock her up’ chants, Trump has been the first president in history to threaten his opposition candidate with jail. Traditionally threats like that had no place in American democracy. Yet Trump not only threatened Hillary, to her face, in a campaign debate, he has continued these threats, on a regular basis, almost two years into his presidency. These threats are bizarre in the sense that no court has indicted Hillary. Nor has any Grand Jury considered indicting her.

With regards to Obama, his criticisms of Trump have been largely muted. Which is rather big of Obama considering that Trump led the so-called ‘Birther Movement’ all through Obama’s presidency. No sooner had Trump become president when he recklessly claimed Obama had ordered illegal surveillance of Trump Tower. No official investigation has ever linked Obama to such a plot. No president had ever made such wild accusations regarding his predecessor.

With regards to CNN, they are a media organization focused on politics. Of course they will run stories critical of the White House. But it is widely known that CNN gave Donald Trump a huge amount of coverage during the 2016 primaries. In fact, the mainstream media in general gave Trump’s candidacy disproportionate coverage during said campaign. Many would say that coverage enabled a novice (and very reckless politician) to hijack the Republican party at the expense of more experienced candidates. Therefore it is ironic Donald Trump has turned on the media that so generously (and foolishly) boosted his candidacy.

    1. PH,
I clicked on the “evidence” provided by L4B. It was not opening….at least not after the first couple of paragraphs when I clicked on “Read More”, it did not load the rest of the article.
I did notice that this was an “opinion piece” written by someone from CNN.
Their coverage, along with the coverage of most of the MSM, has been overwhelmingly negative.
And it crosses the line of “policy disagreements”, just as some who comment here ( many of us) go into why we respect someone, or despise someone beyond policy disagreements.
I’m not about to count up the number of “attacks” on Trump here in these comment threads.
Any more than I’m going to waste my time playing your game, and Diane’s game, of “count the attacks”.
I assumed that you followed the news, and could count.
Obama has been fairly muted in “attacks” on Trump, and Obama is not a frequent target of “Trump tweets”, etc.
Hillary has attacked not only Trump, but his “deplorable” supporters.
You “forgot” to mention Mad Maxine Waters, and her attacks not only on Trump, but on many figures in the Trump Administration.
I can screw around all afternoon to dig up other examples for you, if I felt like spending hour after hour here on this thread.
I’m not about to count them up for you, any more than I’m going to read them for you.
If you don’t follow the news, or if you just decide to discard attacks on Trump, then I can understand why you’re complaining about “no evidence”.
If you and L4B need to believe that these back and forth attacks are all one-sided, you will believe that regardless of any “evidence” provided to you.

      1. PH RESPONDS TO NASH

Let’s see if this comment is posted under ‘PH’ with my designated blotter symbol. Two responses I made to Tabby’s thread an hour ago were posted as, “Anonymous Says”.

Tom, Trump gets bad press simply because he is rude and reckless. Therefore media coverage is going to reflect that tone. It’s a very basic concept!

If the CEO of a public corporation issued rash statements as often as Trump, they would be fired by the Board of Directors. I can’t think of one Blue Chip Corporation that would tolerate Trump’s lack of civility. No company that cares about its image would allow it’s CEO to rant like a drunk.

        1. PH,…
Many, if not most, Presidents have ranted against what they view as negative, biased reporting.
The difference with Trump is that he “openly” attacks, and counter-attacks, much of the media.
He is essentially saying, publicly, what many of his predecessors have said privately.
This is far from a “one-sided” battle. I won’t review all of the previous exchanges I’ve had here on media bias, but one aspect is that when 85-90% of the working press identifies as Democrats and/ or liberals, that does impact coverage.
This is not entirely new with Trump….there is evidence that previous GOP candidates have received “the short end” of media coverage.
I don’t want to do the “battle of the links” all afternoon, but I won’t have much of a problem finding and providing studies demonstrating a history of media bias.
          ,

        2. UPDATE: TOM NASH RESPONDS TO PETER HILL, AND HHNN’s EXTREME BIAS
PH wrote “I can’t think of one blue chip corporation that would tolerate Trump’s lack of civility”.
PH is obviously not familiar with John Warsog.
There are some others I could mention….Elon Musk might fit into the category of one who “lacks civility”.
I’ll try to provide a more comprehensive list later.

            1. Tom, Elon Musk has gotten bad press for exactly the reasons I mentioned. And ‘yes’, the price of Tesla’s stock has gone down as a result. Musk has essentially been put on notice to clean up his act.

Regarding Mitt Romney’s “binders full of women”, that reference was absurdly awkward. Which was a problem with Romney; too often he said things that came off as comically bad dialogue.

Regarding John McCain, the contrasts between him and Obama were not completely favorable. McCain tended to seem like a cranky old man while Obama appeared very hip and youthful. If Bernie Sanders runs again, in 2020, his age will, no doubt, work against him as it did against McCain.

          1. Tom Nash – could I add any organization that Harvey Weinstein is part of.

            1. PC Schulte,..
              – The #metoo avalanche has toppled a lot of people.
I used to frequently watch Charlie Rose — that’s the one dethroned journalist I miss watching….Matt Lauer also gone, Tavis Smiley, and others.
In Elon Musk’s case, it’ll be interesting to see if maintains the clout he currently has at Tesla.
There is also SEC action against him based on some ill-advised public statements he made re Tesla’s ownership/ financing going forward.
No accounting gimmickery in those SEC charges, but they’re taking action based on allegations that he made material statements misleading investors.

              1. Tom Nash – I saw that Google has let go quite a few people for sexual harassment over the last couple of years. And made some significant payouts.

  3. Ph- your a good example of the kind of people liberals hate! Is that a micro aggression, or just a full blown aggression?

    1. Oh gosh, Bob, I’m so sorry your feelings are hurt!

Perhaps you and all the Trump supporters on this thread can go into group therapy to deal with all the hurt incurred from my continued aggression. And I’ll attend those sessions so you can all confront me with your feelings.

    2. And you little bobbie, are the type of gullible rube, dupe and pocket-traitor I vigorously enjoy, not only because you apparently don’t know the difference between “your” and “you’re” and can’t form a coherent sentence, but also because you use words to which you have not a clue of their meaning. Or has hannity spoon-fed you the meaning of the word “liberal?” Your sentence does not really say what you were trying so earnestly to say; sorry for your inability to use the King’s English.

this is to “I’m not really dumb, I just started on the wine early today” bobbie

  4. I truly hope that Trump supporters realize that this kind of behavior does not help Donald Trump.

  5. I think the biggest disappointment for the left is that this quack wasn’t a true white guy. That would be a real coup.

  6. Turley wrote, “Notably, the FBI is calling them “potentially destructive devices” and it is not clear if they could detonate or why they did not.”

Well, it’s a good thing that the bombs didn’t explode. And that’s not all. Had the bombs been sent to eleven conservative Republican leaders instead of eleven liberal Democratic leaders, we would now be hearing Turley rail on and on against Democrats inciting a “reign of terror” against their political opponents in these “days of rage.” Boy! We really dodged the Tweet Storm on that count. Wait. There’s more good news. The pipe-bomb scare was not a false-flag attack intended to cast suspicion against Trump nor conservative Republicans in the final weeks of the campaign for the midterm elections, either. Can you imagine the Tweet Storm that would’ve been unleashed had that false-flag theory been proven the case instead?????

So, now, we good little liberal Democrats are supposed to thank our lucky stars that we’re not being subjected to even more incitements to violence from The Great Tweet-Stormer-In-Chief. Pshaw! Can we all just get along together? Be nice. Be civil. Serve that Cornish Hen to your political opponents. Or else. Pshaw!

    P. S. Is The POTUS, Trump, still waging war against The FBI? Well, is he, Punks?

    1. The “punk” line/question worked well for Dirty Harry, not so well here.
The answers to your questions are yes, yes, no, and no.
As for comparison, you can go back to the June 14, 2017 JT columns on the shooting of Steve Scalise and attempted killing of other GOP Congressmen.
Neither the headine, which just identified the shooter by name, nor the column itself stressed that the shooter was a Bernie supporter, anti-Trump, and anti-GOP.
So your petty complaint about your perceived bias of JT is BS.
In spite of your accusations and
imagination that ” Turley would rail on and on against Democrats inciting a reign of terror against their political opponents”, etc.,etc., he did not do that when the perpetrator targeted GOP Congress members.
And it’s unlikely that he would have in this column if the bomber had been a Democrat.
Your statements and complaints are becoming even dumber, more extreme, and more unhinged.
I know that the Special Counsel has not brought many new indictments in the very recent past, but there will probably be more coming within the next year or two.
So cheer up, you will probably be mollified by more of the upcoming Mueller indictments that you feed off of.
Just don’t count on your confident forecasts re targets, witness flipping, “who knows what”, timelines, etc.
You may have to feed off of scraps, so brace yourself if your favorite targets of potential charges don’t go down.

      1. Every last single Democratic politician or public servant to whom the pipe bombs were sent has been the subject of repeated, harsh, negative criticisms from Turley right here on this blawg. Turley’s kennel full of right-wing nut-job blawg hounds have amplified those harsh, negative criticisms with repeated warnings of Civil War 2.0, threats of armed rebellion against The United States and constant reminders of who has more guns, bombs and quad-rotor drones than “the enemies of the people” do.

When the shoe is on Turley’s foot, Turley will be made to wear it. When the shoe is on the right-wing-nut-job-blawg-hounds’ foot, they, too, will be made to wear it. Your only other option is to make your intellects go barefoot and barren.

        1. “Obama, Biden, Holder and other top Democrats mainstreamed violent rhetoric. Rep. Keith Ellison, now running for Attorney General of Minnesota, openly celebrated Antifa. Black Lives Matter…”

For some of the rest of the violent rhetoric that comes from the left go to: https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/271735/only-left-can-stop-political-violence-america-daniel-greenfield

Or just simply turn on a youtube video of leftist violence on college campuses.

            1. Calling CNN fake news is accurate. Trump didn’t call for violence against them, but the left seems to call for violence on a regular basis. Take note of antifa and BLM supported by the left. TAke note of the college violence and conservative speakers being prevented from speaking at colleges by the left. Take note of the leftist comedians as they create simulations of the death of President Trump whether it be holding the decapitated head of Trump or the killing of Trump in Central Park play meant to be a Shakespearean type play. Take note of all the other violence I have mentioned more than once and even posted an op-ed with a lot of the statements made.

        2. Good thing that there are no left-wing nut jobs blawg hounds😱in these comment threads.😏😉😂

        3. “Turley’s kennel full of right-wing nut-job blawg hounds have amplified those harsh, negative criticisms with repeated warnings of Civil War 2.0, threats of armed rebellion against The United States and constant reminders of who has more guns, bombs and quad-rotor drones than “the enemies of the people” do. When the shoe is on Turley’s foot, Turley will be made to wear it. ”

I’ve heard “geometric logic” like this before. Something to do with strawberries:
          https://youtu.be/ZlV3oQ3pLA0

          1. She is evidently unable to distinguish between what Prof. Turley writes in the columns, and some of the comments by readers.
The claim that every target of the pipe bomber “has been subjected to repeated, harsh, negative criticisms by Turley right here on this blawg” is false.
That can be added to the list of L4B’s untrue statements, but as long as SHE believes them….

            1. Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, James Clapper, John Brennan, Maxine Waters and Corey Booker are all on Turley’s account. CNN is also in Turley’s ledger. That leaves George Soros, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden on the right-wing nut-job blawg-hound accounts for Res Ipsa Loquitur. Of course, each of the persons in Turley’s ledger is also in the right-wing nut-job blawg-hound ledger for Res Ipsa Loquitur.

          2. Nobody uses strawberries in PVC pipe-bombs anymore because they show up on the x-rays that were adopted as supplements for the metal detectors that caused terrorists to use PVC to make pipe-bombs to evade those metal detectors that they still use, anyway, to detect guns and such–but not strawberries.

Most curious is that logic which draws upon fictional Hollywood movies for evidentiary support.

How’s that false-flag conspiracy theory coming along, Cappy?????

        4. How long has Diane had this shoe/ foot fetish?
I just noticed it a few days ago in other posts….maybe she’s had it all along, and was able to conceal it until recently.

        1. After the “bullying” accusation, I refrained from using “Dirty Diane”.
But I may put it in storage for later use.😉

          1. Do you still want to reach for that false-flag theory of the pipe-bomb attack? Well, do you, Punk?

        2. Mespo,…
I posted a link to a scene from The Outlaw Josy Wales below; that movie and Grand Torino are my favorite two Eastwood movies.
Chief Dan George was great as Eastwood’s sidekick in Josey Wales.

      2. Tom, Mueller has declined to press any indictments during the midterm campaign season per Justice Department guidelines (that James Comey ignored in 2016). That doesn’t mean the Russia Probe has reached a phase of no developments. Mueller may issue new indictments shortly after Election Day.

        1. Mueller may issue new indictments shortly after Election Day.

          You keep hoping.

Mueller has declined to press any indictments during the midterm campaign season per Justice Department guidelines

Never bothered special prosecutors before. Lawrence Walsh secured a bogus indictment of Caspar Weinberger just days before the 1992 election. The trial of the last batch on Watergate notables opened on 14 October 1974. Plea bargains for another batch were ratified about a month earlier.

          1. Tabby, you’re forgetting Lawrence Wash was not that well-resected. Even the mainstream media grew impatient with Walsh. When Walsh finally wrapped his investigation, the media barely noticed. I remember that discussion on “This Week With David Brinkley”. They all agreed that Walsh had overstayed his welcome.

            1. PH ISSUES DISCLAIMER..!!

Somehow my comment above is being attributed to ‘Anonymous’. One can gather it looks like my comment. Let’s see what happens with this.

              1. PH SAYS:

See..??! It happened again! My comment has been attributed to ‘Anonymous’.

DARREN SMITH IF YOU’RE READING, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

Some mischief maker could be playing with this site.

                1. PH,

I believe what might have happened was the WordPress server, in the case of the “Anonymous” posts, either did not receive or lost temporarily your USER credentials and defaulted to the Anonymous username.

The comments that were not attributed to your usual PH username did not show your e-mail address. So I assume the system thought you were an anonymous user. It seems to be working now.

            2. He didn’t ‘finally wrap his investigation’. George Bush the Elder did everyone a favor and shut his office down. The egregious Weinberger indictment was the last straw.

        2. Mueller has declined to press any indictments during the midterm campaign season per Justice Department guidelines…

What evidence do you have that the Justice Department is holding indictments? Cite the JD guidelines that actually state what you said. So the JD is a political agency first?

That doesn’t mean the Russia Probe has reached a phase of no developments.

If there are no developments being reported, then it means exactly that. Unless you want to imagine unreported developments and pretend Mueller and company are timing their announcement…

          1. PH SAYS:

Olly, perhaps you missed it but the mainstream media noted on Labor Day that Mueller would ‘go dark’ on the media during the campaign season. Meaning the Russia Probe would stay out of the news. That’s Justice Department Policy. And I support that policy. Special Counsel Probes shouldn’t influence campaigns. Yet James Comey violated that policy 2 Octobers ago. Which essentially hand the White House to Trump.

            1. The alternative to ‘violating the policy’ was lying to Congress. Considering that both the initial investigation and the follow up were pantomimes, it’s pretty graceless of you to be complaining.

              1. Another alternative would have been to reopen the Hillary email investigation a month earlier, when they had the laptop emails.
For whatever reason, the FBI “sat on” that laptop info for a month, then reopened the investigation c. 10 days before the election.
There was a reason why Comey was very unpopular with both parties, at least before he was fired.
His firing by Trump, and the subsequent fallout, gained Comey some support among Democrats who then “adopted” him.

  7. I’m no Obama guy, but recently Michele Obama asked people to tone things down. As to what’s going on right now she is one of the most adult people in the room.

  8. He didn’t mail bombs; he mailed pipes crudely disguised as bombs. A pipe filled with a non-explosive is just a pipe even if it comes with wires and a clock attached.

    1. You mean to say that these pipes or packages had no gun powder or other explosives in them? Jeso. The media is lame.

      1. All of the pipe-bombs were filled with black gunpowder and glass shards. Rachelle is either misinformed or misinforming you.

      1. Jay S – If I put up a log to look like a cannon, does it count as a cannon even though it cannot fire? I am really tossed about whether these are fake bombs? Warning shots across the bow, so to speak? Is this guy clueless as to how to make them work? Or what?

  9. Can’t believe a “Constitutional Professor” would post fact less, baseless shit. You really shake my faith in you.

  10. “On the Left, James Hodgkinson, a far left, pro-Bernie Sanders activist, grabbed a rifle and opened fire on congressional Republicans practicing for the annual baseball game in 2017. Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) was shot and could have died. It was a mass assassination attempt. In 2018, Minnesota GOP candidates have been assaulted. The spokesperson for the Minnesota Democratic Party said that Republicans should go to the guillotine. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mitch McConnell (R-KY) have been harassed by mob-like behavior. Former Attorney General Eric Holder said Democrats should kick Republicans. Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) has egged on her supporters to harass Trump officials. Oh,and let’s not forget the ricin letters sent to Secretary of Defense James Mattis or the death threats hurled at Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME).”

  11. This is why Americans despise the MSM.
Vote the liars out of office and MAGA.
This is to Peter Shill and Dems who hate America

“Megyn Kelly Was Fired For Mentioning Blackface. Jimmy Kimmel And Jimmy Fallon Performed In Blackface.”
    http://thefederalist.com/2018/10/26/megyn-kelly-fired-mentioning-blackface-jimmy-kimmel-jimmy-fallon-performed-blackface/

NBC is wrong to fire Kelly over her blackface comments, but if that’s the standard, Kimmel and Fallon should be fired, too.
OCTOBER 26, 2018 By John Daniel Davidson
So Megyn Kelly is getting fired by NBC for questioning whether a blackface Halloween costume is necessarily racist, but Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon can actually perform in blackface and apparently no one cares.

    1. Jessica, for as long as I remember arch- conservatives have claimed to be the ‘real Americans’. But ‘their’ America is phony and self-righteous. So yeah, liberals hate that America.

      1. Peter Shill calls America phony. Conservatives like the Constitution but the Shill treats it like toliet paper. Americans have faith in people of all races. The Shill is still trying to keep his plantation of minorities. The economy has drastically improved but Shill thinks that is horrible. Trump increases jobs and the Shill cries about those people no longer getting food stamps because they are working.

We’ve had our fill with Peter Shill.

        1. Allan, you’re a good example of the America liberals hate: ‘ phone, self righteous windbags’. Thank God I’m safe in California!

          1. @PH, “Thank God I’m safe in California!” Like Kathryn Steinle? Haha, you are what’s wrong with the left.

              1. Peter, maybe you are safe in numbers in California, but your dim intellect is not.

              2. Peter Hill – yes, you may be safe from Allan, but you are not safe from people pooping on your streets or having to pay 187k/year a person to clean it up. And, always remember, Peter, someday you are going to slide into the ocean. 😉 My property in Yuma is going to skyrocket as beachfront property.

                1. For all you know Paul, Peter is one of those pooping in the streets.Today a pooper, tomorrow a storm trooper.

                  1. Allan – I am four hours by car from San Diego and five hours from Los Angeles. How safe is Peter Hill from you? Are you on a watchlist? 😉

                    1. I am not a violent guy so Peter doesn’t have to worry about me. However, he does have to worry about the crazies out there. Who knows, maybe crazy Diane will get him.

                    2. “Who knows, maybe crazy Diane will get him.” So says crazy Allan

Diane isn’t crazy. Allanucklehead is projecting, again.

                    3. “Diane isn’t crazy.”

That is what all the people from the asylum say, Diane. Of course you don’t recognize the truth. Earlier today you made the claim that “If Rush Limbaugh tells the truth…” which regarded false-flags but I quoted from the transcript providing more proof that you are delusional and Limbaugh didn’t say what you said he said. You are crazy Diane and the last one to know it will be you.

                    4. “Earlier today you made the claim…” -Allanucklehead

                      No. I didn’t.

                      He can’t keep things straight.

                    5. “No. I didn’t.

                      He can’t keep things straight.”

Anonymous, you have a generic alias, therefore you can be anyone on the blog even Diane. In fact you could be Diane and Anonymous. We don’t know for sure because ignorant people like to hide their ignorance and you are one of those people. Occasionally wordpress drops one’s names from the list so we get others with this generic name. Some want to make sure they have absolutely no association with Anonymous so we have seen disclaimers. That is probably a good idea because who would want an association with your empty head?

Do you share your lingerie with Mark M?

                    6. “Anonymous, you have a generic alias, therefore you can be anyone on the blog even Diane.” Says Allan.

Or you, Allan, might be posting as “Anonymous.” Even you have the right to post as “Anonymous.” Anyone does.

                      More from Allan:

                      “We don’t know for sure…”

“… we get others with this generic name.”

                      “…we have seen disclaimers.”

What’s this “we” stuff, Allan? I guess that you’re referring to yourself and your multiple personalities.

That you have little understanding of anonymity isn’t a surprise, Allan.

Respond to the content, buddy. It’s easy.

                    7. “Or you, Allan, might be posting as “Anonymous.” Even you have the right to post as “Anonymous.” Anyone does.”

That is right Anonymous and I have posted under the name anonymous but when I realized my info had been deleted I like others added my name below and corrected the problem. I wouldn’t want to be confused with you.

“What’s this “we” stuff, Allan? I guess that you’re referring to yourself and your multiple personalities.”

We means those of us on the blog have seen this happen and even you probably saw the disclaimer recently by Peter. I am sure elsewhere you have seen others explaining they are not anonymous.

“That you have little understanding of anonymity isn’t a surprise, Allan”

Really? Think again if you can.

                    8. “I am not a violent guy so Peter doesn’t have to worry about me.” So says Allan.

You may not be violent, Allan, but you’re certainly toxic.

                    9. commented – the toxic NPC tries to run a toxic script on Allan, but fails.

                    10. Damn, Paul, how fast do you drive? 😦
San Diego is about 375 miles from Phoenix…you just confessed to averaging over 90 MPH on the Phoenix-San Diego drive.😉
When the authorities contact you about your admission, tell them it was many, many years ago😏so that you’ll be protected by the statute of limitation.

                    11. Tom Nash – I have a heavy foot and there is that long section of desert that you want to cross at night, if you can. 😉

                2. Paul, the west is running out of water. California, and most certainly Arizona, are going to dry up and shrivel in the not-so-distant future. As for me, I’ll probably retire near the shores of Lake Michigan (where I originally came from).

          2. Of course dumb Liberals like you, Peter Shill, hate the ideas of freedom and equality that I talk about. You like to mouth such words but when it comes time to act you place people in chains. The Liberals of the past would look at you as some type of monster espousing all the things that are anti-American, anti-freedom and anti-natural rights.

            1. Well, that’s your opinion. In reality, we authentic American patriots will rescue our beloved country from you and your ilk, the gullible rubes, dupes, klan wannabees, pocket-traitors (paging allan / allen) and grifters on the make. So sorry for your loss, but nevertheless you might want to ask yourself: “what is that ticking sound?”

this is to “I don’t really understand what I cut-and-pasted above, but it sounded cool” allen / allan

                  1. commented – the NPC who is so incompetent they cannot remember to put their name in, responds with a subscript and fails.

              1. “Well, that’s your opinion. ”

Yes, Mark M., that is my opinion and you fit well within those boundaries. However, you don’t fit very well into the female lingerie that you keep posing in.

                1. However, you don’t fit very well into the female lingerie that you keep posing in. -Allan about Mark M.

What the…??? What more can we expect, though, from a kid.

                  1. It’s not what you can expect from a “kid” rather what can you expect from Mark M.

                    1. Allan fantasizes about Mark M. wearing women’s lingerie?????

Not even Diane would have thought that about Allan.

                    2. Diane, Mark M. marches in on regular intervals for no other reason than to insult when he isn’t even part of the discussion. When he was, he was defenseless and couldn’t provide a decent set of arguments. He couldn’t even make up his mind.

    2. Megan got fired because she is not as young as a year ago and is not as attractive.
All these “news” media dorks bitch about guys like Kavanaugh who are sexually attracted to dolled up broads. The media dolls up its on air broads. Let them let the bitches talk on the news shows without makeup or short skirts.

        1. Ron, the richest are liberals because conservatives dont understand economics. They think taxes can be cut indefinitely.

          1. Peter Shill thinks in caricatures, because that’s what he can manage.

    1. Kaylene, the pipe bomber is a deluded Trumper. But somehow you’re making it about so-called ‘Nazi liberals’. What’s more, German Nazi’s were right-wing. But strangely you seek to make them ‘left-wing’. Which really proves my point: ‘right wing media has dumbed-down conservative Americans’.

      1. @PH, “Kaylene, the pipe bomber is a deluded Trumper.” You have no proof what-so-ever, he was a register Democrat for 26 years. Stop trying to fool people.

      2. “German Nazi’s were right-wing. But strangely you seek to make them ‘left-wing’. Which really proves my point: ‘right wing media has dumbed-down conservative Americans’.”

That is a simpleton answer which is incorrect. I don’t believe one can accurately characterize Nazism in your fashion. However, if you wish to be the simpleton you are take a look at its name National Socialist German Workers’ Party. Take note of the word “Socialist”

But what are the characteristics of fascist Nazism. Firstly take note that fascism itself wasn’t a dirty word in the time of FDR. FDR admired Mousillini’s fascism. Nazism was a centalized state. What other states have been known for such centralization? Stalin’s Russia, Mao Zedong’s China. Think of antifa and see the similarities to the brown shirts and the black shirts. Think of book burning and the similarity to book banning or the political correctness of the left. Think of Eugenics where I think I can accurately say that the Nazi’s used the left’s eugenic programs in America as sort of a blueprint.

          1. Diane, are you too stupid to break down the various parts of Nazism.

Let’s start with the centralized state. Where have we seen that before? Stalin’s Russia. And who on this list is most akin to Stalin? Diane.

Let’s look at the brown shirts or the Nazi Storm Troopers and compare them to the left’s Antifa.

Look at the book burning then and the leftist book banning of today.

Think of Margaret Sanger and the American eugenics movement. Then look at the Nazi gas chambers.

Nazism has quite a number of similarities to the left. How does it differ from the political right of the average conservative?

The right is against the centralized state and stands far away from the eugenics movement of the progressives. It believes in our Republic and our Constitution.

Don’t get confused by linking the political right of conservatives and classical liberals to anarchists and nutcases which lie on both sides of the aisle.

  13. RIGHT-WING MEDIA:

    ‘IMMIGRANT CARAVAN IS LIBERAL PLOT’

‘PIPE BOMBS ARE LIBERAL FALSE FLAG PLOT’

In this age of Trump, every development in the news is somehow a conspiracy orchestrated by shadowy liberal actors. These conspiracy theories illustrate how right-wing media has dumbed-down conservatives.

    2. There isn’t any momentum. See Rothenberg / Gonzales latest report. Marginal improvement in Republican candidates’ position in Senate races, marginal deterioration in House races. Unless there’s a turnaround in the next couple of weeks, it looks like Nancy Botox will be taking the speaker’s chair again (albeit with a modest plurality – maybe 12 seats).

Fun fact about Pelosi: if she takes the gavel in January, she’ll be the oldest person to do so (bar one) in the history of the House of Representatives. The only person who has bested her on that metric died ten months into his final term as Speaker. Also, few people in the history of the chamber have marked as much time in the leadership as Pelosi and her sidekick Stany Hoyer, and all but one who did departed Congress before they saw their 80th birthday. Pelosi hits 80 in 17 months, Hoyer in 7 months. Pelosi is, btw, 2 years younger than Jerry Brown and 7 years younger than Dianne Feinstein. The Democratic Party sure has a deep bench.

      1. Tab,..
It’ll be interesting to see if Pelosi is seriously challenged for Speaker; looks like the Democrats will take the House.
I was guessing they’ll gain about 40 House seats, so that would be close to the 12 seat majority that you mentioned…I think 40 seats would give them a c16? seat majority.
GOP is likely to keep the Senate…possibly pick up one or two there.
Was that John McCormick who died 10 months into his final term?
        Or Rayburn?

        1. Sam Rayburn. McCormack concluded his last term as Speaker right around his 79th birthday and lived another 10 years.

An indication of how ossified is the the thinking of the United States Congress is that the President pro tem of the Senate has remained 3d in the order of succession in the Presidential Succession Law, even though by custom it’s occupied by the doyen of the majority caucus in the Senate. There have been 3 occasions in the last 70 years when the position was occupied by a nonagenarian and about 3/4 of the time the occupant has been past 80. If you think an exceedingly old man who has spent decades of his life as a legislator is just the person to put in the presidency during a crisis, this provision in law is for you. The person 2d in the order of succession is the Speaker of the House. About a dozen people have been Speaker of the House since 1940. Ten of these had (or have had) no experience in executive positions of any kind. Of the other two, one was a newspaper editor and one ran a small business. (The LinkedIn profile of that business indicates it has no more than 10 employees as of now). It only makes sense if you figure that status considerations have been uppermost in the mind of Congress in crafting and maintaining the succession law.

  15. Actually he looks pretty hot. He has got great arms too, though not as big and bulging as Christine Ford when she raped Judge Brett Kavanaugh

It appears the Dems have lost their Blue Wave and the House is within reach for the Reps. Stay tuned to Maxine Waters and Eric Holder giving orders to castrate, behead and discombobulate Trump supporters 🍆🖕🏾🧒🏽

“The Blue Wave Was a Lie, But It Could Be Even Worse for Democrats”
    https://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2018/10/24/the-blue-wave-was-a-lie-but-it-could-be-even-worse-for-democrats/amp/

      1. If Rush Limbaugh tells the truth, then the pipe-bomb scare would’ve been a false-flag attack.
Given that the pipe-bomb scare was not a false-flag attack, it follows that Rush Limbaugh does not tell the truth.

        1. Diane is misquoting Rush Limbaugh like she does with everyone else. Diane is making things up again. Will Diane produce the transcript where supposedly Rush Limbaugh called the “pipe-bomb scare … a false-flag attack? Of course not because when he used the term false-flag he was saying something entirely different.

          The transcript:

“The average American may as well be a costar in Deliverance. And that’s who probably, in their minds, put together these bombs and sent them around and so forth. Trump targets. Don’t forget, CNN calling them Trump targets! You think that’s not blaming Trump? While out of the other side of their mouth they condemn anybody for blaming anybody in this until we know the facts? (interruption) So, Mr. Snerdley, let me just ask you. Do you think somebody is getting away with playing a big joke on America with this? Do you think this is…?

(Interruption) Oh, getting away with it with liberals. All right. Well, getting away with it with liberals. So you believe that there are some liberals in the Drive-By Media who even if this is… What are they calling it? False flag, they’re saying I’m creating a false flag.”

            1. Rush Limbaugh in his own words as excerpted from the article linked above:

But they have thrown everything they have at getting Trump. They’ve thrown everything at him. They’ve had the FBI, they’ve had that deep state silent coup. They have thrown every trick at Republicans. Their media acolytes are doing their tough lifting for them — and none of it, none of it, none of it has worked. So what would you do? Democrat operative, best way to turn all of that around? How about a day like this? How about a day like this where you create a scenario where it looks like the mobs are on both sides.

It looks like the Republicans have a mob, too, or at least an “insaniac.” There’s some Republican out there sending bombs to decent, good Democrats and media people — former Democrat presidents and the harmless people at CNN. Wouldn’t it serve your up here if you’re a Democrat operative to make it look like the Republicans are a bunch of insane lunatics and have some mobsters on their side as well? The very same people the media says Republicans hate the most! Isn’t this interesting?

              1. That is not what you said above and Limbaugh made his views eminently clear through the three hours. There are such things as false-flags not even used in your latest rebut, but at the time they were nothing more than one other possiblitiy.

Admit it. You were wrong like you were wrong about policeman risk and so many other things. I hope one day you will learn the difference between your personal opinon and fact.

                1. Rush Limbaugh on October 24th: “Wouldn’t it serve your up here if you’re a Democrat operative to make it look like the Republicans are a bunch of insane lunatics and have some mobsters on their side as well . . . ”

Rush Limbaugh from only Allan knows when but has not yet said: “So, Mr. Snerdley, let me just ask you. Do you think somebody is getting away with playing a big joke on America with this?”

                  1. Firstly Diane, you need to quote in context for Limbaugh stated a lot of thoughts to consider, not a lot of conclusions. Secondly, take note that your operativeword ‘false-flag’ is missing. This tells everyone you are trying to confuse an issue that is claear. It demonstrates why what you say is not trustworthy.

Questions are what one asks when one doesn’t have an answer. In your mind if a question suits your purpose it is deemed a fact. That is why so many of your so called facts are meaningless and totally wrong.

              1. The Twisted One in his own words as excerpted from his own transcript linked above:

RUSH: Okay. So suspicious packages/bombs that did not go off have been sent to Democrats before the midterm elections. Is it real or is it a political setup? Is it a political stunt? And, if it is, who’s behind it? If it’s a political stunt, who’s behind it, and for what purpose? I’ve seen some people today who think the Republicans are behind this to try to scare Democrats away from going to the polls. That’s a new one on me. That just doesn’t compute. That’s not the kind of thing Republicans do.

                1. No mention of false-flag here either. Limbaugh says: ” Is it real or is it a political setup? Is it a political stunt? And, if it is, who’s behind it?” Limbaugh is analyzing all the different variables. That is what analysts do. That is not what you said Limbaugh was doing.

Limbaugh is a very smart man and analyst. You should listen to what he says not what you want him to say.

              2. Mr. FUBAR in his own words repeated for emphasis from both of the cited articles linked above:

                1. “It looks like the Republicans have a mob, too, or at least an “insaniac.”

There are insane individuals that at one time or another might seem to side with one party or the other. However, those people are not generally considered part of the group and aren’t applauded or encouraged.

Antifa, on the other hand, is a violent group that on this very blog was defended by loyal leftists. As a group those that were conservative or classical liberals did not defend the Nazi’s or any other group considered to be on the extreme right.

Diane, how do you assess that?

              3. Diane, I suggest that instead of trying to rehabilitate yourself by proving yourself right that you do so by admitting you were wrong.

Place your text about what Rush Limbaugh said in proximity to what text of his you wish to quote and then see if they match,

They don’t. You like to make things up and the transcript proves so. You can continue lying or not. Your choice.

            2. Diane, you can cite anyone you wish, but you told us what Rush Limbaugh said. As usual you provided us with details that were wrong. He said nothing of the kind.

I provided you that portion of Limbaugh’s transcript which proved he said something other than what you thought and wrote. You should be apologizing.

Instead, are you now trying to prove the actual words on tape and and transcript said something other than what they said? You do that all the time which makes you inaccurate and untruthful.

              1. I provided you with Rush Limbaugh’s own words taken from Rush Limbaugh’s own transcript. That transcript was also cited by Chris Cilliza. I did not quote Cilliza. I quoted Limbaugh twice in his own words that were clearly labeled as such and cited with links to Limbaugh’s own words so that you could check them. The Limbaugh quotes I gave you were dated October 24th–before Cesar Sayoc was arrested. The Limbaugh quote you cited had no date nor any link. But it is virtually certain that your Limbaugh quote was after the Limbaugh quote from October 24th and therefore almost certainly after the arrest of Cesar Sayoc when Limbaugh tried to “walk-back” his previous statements more or less the same way both Trump and Allan do pretty much every day now since pretty much for ever. You’re still not capable of fooling anyone else but yourself.

                1. “I provided you with Rush Limbaugh’s own words taken from Rush Limbaugh’s own transcript.”

Yes, Diane. That might be true but those words didn’t say what you said and weren’t in the same context. I provided you with Limbaugh’s actual statement. It included his comment about false-flags. Take note how you didn’t dispute his comment or showed how his comment and yours were the same. They weren’t. Instead you keep quoting comments from others or other comments of his without appropriate context conflating what you wish to believe to what he said. The operative word was “false-flag”. My quote of Limbaugh contained the operative word.

That of course demonstrates that you are telling us what you wanted Limbaugh to say, not what he actually said. This refusal to either prove your case in Limbaugh’s own words or admit you were wrong demonstates what many have known all along. You cannot be trusted and what you consider fact is distorted by a mind that is unable to accept when it is wrong.

            1. Thirteen violent offenders inspired by Trump from the article linked above:

Scott Leader, Steve Leader, Curtis Allen, Gavin Wright, Patrick Eugene Stein, Alexandre Bissonette, Michel Hari, Michael McWhorter, Joe Morris, James Alex Fields, Brandon Griesemer, Nikolas Cruz and Cesar Sayoc.

Read the article linked above for more details.

              1. Diane is now trying to prove that she can read inside the mind of another. She can’t, especially from this distance, but she is so controlled by her ideology that she is willing to say anything or repeat any lie just to prove something that satisfies her needs.

The proof is in the Limbaugh video and on the transcripts, but Diane keeps digging a deeper and deeper hole one that she is unable to climb out of.

(It is more likely that inspiration comes from those that have succeeded in getting away with violence while wearing identifiable clothing such as Antifa.)

                Correlation is not causation.

                1. Correlation is not causation.

It’s right to point that out, but that knife cuts both ways.

I like Jonah Goldberg’s recent article describing the nonsense that has taken over our political debate.

I’m gonna take pass on all of it. I’ll strap on my helmet and defend what’s worth defending, and criticize what’s worth criticizing, from a conservative worldview. And if that pleases neither side, that’s alright with me. Sometimes you have to stand athwart the asininity.
                  https://www.nationalreview.com/g-file/conspiracy-theories-tribal-appeal-superstition/?utm_source=Sailthru&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=181026_G-File&utm_term=GFile

                  1. Olly, I’m not sure of what you are trying to say. I like a lot of what Jonah Goldberg has to say and have read him and at least one of his books. No one expects any two people to agree on everything, but some people express their personal feelings in inappropriate ways. Actions have consequences and bolstering one’s personal ego while forgetting those others affected sometimes leads to bad consequences.

            2. Still another citation of Diane’s who can’t seem to grasp the fact that what Limbaugh said is in black and white along with video recording.

Diane continues to try to prove herself right by using other people that are similarly inclined to stretch the truth or lie.

What does that say about Diane? Something not very good.

        2. L4Yoga/Annie/Inga enables David Benson, R. Lien and Marky Mark Mark – the Unbomber is a registered Democrat. The stickers on his vehicle look brand new. He has a long criminal history, including bomb threats before. I wouldn’t rule out anything at this point.

        3. If President Obama told the truth, the average American family would save $2500 a year under ObamaCare.
That did not happen, and Obama and Gruber both knew that it would not happen.
Therefore, “it follows that” Barack Obama does not tell the truth.

    1. Haha, you cited to rush as if he’s anything other than the punchline to a joke. What happened, you couldn’t find anything from breitbart, alex jones or stormtrooper?

this is to “I’m not really a wackjob loony-loner, I just play one on the interwebs” robin
