Police in Kennewick, Washington may have reached a curious equilibrium point for crime. They received a call around 6 am from William Kelley to report that someone had stolen his red, 1992 Chevy pick-up. When the police reviewed the tape, they concluded that the truck was stolen when Kelley went across the street to rob a business.
Kelley had left his keys in truck.
He was later arrested on a burglary charge.
So much for honesty among thieves.
Karma is a b—-
Kennewick? Probably came up from Pasco.
I still don’t think 2 negatives make a positive.
not exactly the place you want to move to or visit when crooks steal from crooks
Prisons are stocked with people who thought they could get away with it. This guy stretches credulity. Total morons are rare.
Crime for crime, is not good deal.
This has got to suck for Kelley in so many ways. 🙂
