The Bidens don’t gamble. That was the message from Hunter Biden in new emails released this week. As Hunter explained in an email to Devon Archer (who supplied damaging evidence this week to the House on the Biden influence peddling efforts): “I dont believe in lottery tickets anymore, but I do believe in the super chairman.”
The “Super” is Che Feng, a Chinese businessman with close ties to the Chinese government and someone under criminal investigation for corruption. Lotteries are for suckers. Influence peddling, however, was a sure thing for the Bidens.
For Hunter Biden, the “Super” was Mega Millions and Powerball combined. Hunter explained that once they were made “owners of a CIC super chairman backed fund I think the sky’s the limit.”
In his interview with congressional investigators on Monday, Archer explained that President Biden called in on dinners and meetings almost two dozens times and was essential to selling “the brand.” The brand was insider peddling and Joe Biden was the object of that influence. The calls showed that he was always a phone call away to friends of his son.
The “brand” had only one product: Joe Biden. Indeed, in the new emails Hunter virtually reduced them to eye candy for the “Super.” He told Archer (who is a former Abercrombie & Fitch model) that the “Super’ loved him for his “last name” and for always traveling with “handsome godlike Aryan men.”
In responding to the new evidence by Archer, Rep. Dan Goldman (D., N.Y.) appeared close to hyperventilation in demanding that all investigations stop immediately. Goldman has been widely mocked for his spin on the calls of Joe Biden just being a dad and chatting with his son’s friends. It was apparently more of a slumber party and the old man was just exchanging “niceties.”
The demand to end any further investigation is becoming not only more hysterical from many Democrats, but more insulting for voters. Polls show that citizens recognize this for what it is: corruption.
A few things now appear established for most of us. First, Hunter Biden (and his uncle) were openly selling influence and access to Joe Biden. The calls were designed to prove their deliverables of Joe Biden. Second, the Bidens received millions from foreign sources through an intentionally complex series of banks and accounts. Money does not have to go directly to Joe Biden to benefit him and his family. Third, these foreign figures clearly believed that they were buying access. Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky reportedly said that Hunter “was stupid, and his dog was smarter.” Hunter may have lacked the numbers on IQ but he had Joe Biden on speed dial and Joe Biden was controlling federal aid to Ukraine.
Zlochevsky’s dog may have been smarter but he never retrieved millions in influence peddling.
This brings us back to Hunter’s lottery calculation and why he shifted from Powerball to influence peddling.
A Powerball lottery ticket costs only $2 a play but the odds of winning are 1 in 292.2 million. Selling access to his father was a guaranteed winner and appears to have netted at least $10 million. That figure is now growing.
There was an added benefit for the Bidens over playing the lottery. IRS whistleblowers allege that Hunter Biden claimed some windfall payments as loans to avoid paying taxes and emails suggest that Joe Biden was slated to receive in-kind benefits like free office space.
In the end, the lottery email may capture the mindset of Hunter and his friend Devon. Lotteries are viewed as get-rich windfalls that do not require any work or skills. Hunter naturally compared lotteries to influence peddling as similar in that respect. Both involved windfalls without any need to earn the money.
After all, Adam Smith noted that “adventure upon all the tickets in the lottery, and you lose for certain; and the greater the number of your tickets the nearer your approach to this certainty.” However, influence peddling as a Biden is a certainty, it is money in the bank. The only numbers needed in the Peddling Powerball to win the jackpot are the ten digits of your Dad’s cellphone.

All that is necessary is for there to be an understanding between the parties that Joe Biden will pull strings as necessary to make Hunter’s clients happy. And that’s what Joe Biden did. He pulled strings—for money and for the benefit or relatives and even himself.
Hunter’s Burisma clients wanted Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin out of the way. So, Joe Biden forced Ukraine’s government to fire him as a condition of receiving $1 billion in US aid, an obvious quid pro quo. The Godfather of a Mob Crime Family doesn’t get on a phone and say to a client, “You want I should have so-and-so capped with a 38 to the head? Yeah, sure, I can do that, but you’ll have to pay my son $200,000 to make that happen.” No Godfather is going to talk business on the phone like that. Instead, they’ll talk about the weather, families, and other small talk, making the client comfortable that the Godfather (or “Big Guy” in this case) will take care of business for them. But Joe Biden ultimately had to order the dirty work, not Hunter, because Joe had the power to act on the client’s wishes.
Similarly, Russia’s wealthiest woman, Elena Baturina, wanted to be taken off the public sanctions list of Russian elites and oligarchs. Baturina paid Hunter Biden about $3.5 million to make this happen. Now, the person who directly ordered Baturina to be excluded from the list was Department of the Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. But Yellen would not have done that without approval, directly or indirectly, from Joe Biden. This was another obvious and unmistakeable quid pro quo, even without any “discussion of business” on the phone between Joe Biden and Baturina.
Bottom line, if this case were about Eric Trump and Donald Trump, both of them would already be serving their time in prison as I write this and the Democrats and the media would be talking about the “Corrupt Trump Family” 24-7. (The latter is something they do anyway, but unlike the Biden Case, there’s actual evidence, not fake evidence and made-up crimes.) And we would know every criminal detail, instead of being stonewalled.

But if the “saved”, “found”, or “redeemed” act just as lost, then theirs is a rotten fruit, God is not in them, they are worse than the lost because they knew better.

That’s a great question to ask. I am a Knight Templar and when I joined in 2018, they had as their primary mission to aid Christian’s at risk in the Holy Land. While that is important and connected to the original Templars, I saw that there was not the same concern for Christians at risk in our own country. Also, in our 60 year history, they’ve never developed a strategic plan. I have a background in strategic planning. So last year I convinced them that they needed to do it. I contacted my mentor that trained me in my Navy days and we facilitated the offsite. Not surprisingly, their mission focus now included Christians throughout the world and more specifically right here in the U.S. This plan is robust and it has breathed new life into our membership.
I also have a background in security. In fact many of our members do. So I assembled a team of Knights on a mission to assist Houses of Worship to enhance their security. We created a separate 501c3 and we’re developing a local strategy that will ultimately roll out nationally. It’s fascinating to me to see the synergy when we bring together the gifts we have received from God. When I joined the order, I asked leadership how they define the modern day knight. What was our mission? And 5 years later, it is our priory in southern California that has guided the national order to establish a new mission and we’re defining what a modern day knight is. This is what I am doing.

You conclusion that “they STILL don’t have evidence” is false and misleading. There is already plenty evidence of the Bidens’ crimes. Sure, further evidence must be obtained. That evidence involves the actual funds flows from the Bidens’ clients to the Biden-controlled accounts, which involves shell companies and offshore accounts. The criminal FBI isn’t going to help with this vital “follow the money trail” part of the crimes. The criminal FBI is part of the problem, as they look at their primary government role as protecting their favored criminal political operatives when they are not involved in committing crimes themselves. Obtaining such financial evidence takes time and can be complex. But the evidence is unquestionably there to be found. And it will be found if the Republicans are serious about getting to the truth.

Joe Biden would do that and then the phone conversation would end. Archer stated unequivocally Joe Biden was not taking part in any of the business meetings, had no role in their business activities, wasn’t being asked to use his position as VP or former VP to influence government policy to help Hunter’s business ventures.
Now for weeks Comer/Jordan claimed Archer would provide a smoking gun about the alleged “corrupt” Biden family. But like the previous so-called “whistle blowers” Comer/Jordan called to testify, Archer couldn’t product the goods. It was another humiliation for the MAGA Republicans in the House. So when you say Archer provided “damaging evidence” against the Bidens what in the world are you talking about? The MAGA Republicans bought a $2 dollar Powerball ticket and, as you say, everyone knows that kind of bet is a sure loser.
This doesn’t mean Jordan/Comer are going to give up. They will continue, like you, to gin up false claims about the “Biden family corruption”. They will claim the DOJ “intimidated” Archer to give “false testimony” about the Bidens. It’s the same Powerball bet that will ultimately fail again!

Sorry, my response was mostly tongue in cheek.
However, a serious matter is the American under birth rate (also experienced by other countries like Japan and Italy). It has been on the radar for a few decades but seems to be accelerating as Millennials and Gen-Z are not having kids at all. My daughter, a Millennial, is one of them. I have read about a number of different reasons from the over turn of Roe v Wade, getting to the point of financial stability is coming later and later in life, and some just think they cannot afford it.
Going back to my initial response, more than a few of the leftists see it as having no kids is doing it for the environment. Others with some huge increase in they identify as gender whatever would preclude them from having kids. Yes, they just might in fact go extinct.
A more serious response I should of written is to a degree what degree do we want to co-exist with them.
I think it was MTG who called for a national divorce. Our own Turley blog resident Antoinio has said the same long before she did. We have asked the question of what does that look like. But it seems we are seeing exactly that. People are in fact moving to places that are more reflective of their political out look. People are also pushing back against leftist be it in the form of public education board hearings, protests, walk outs, suing school boards, voting for school choice, supporting groups like Mom’s For Liberty and more.
Then there is the other side that I fear may be coming . . . a real shooting civil war.

The greatest fear I have for the future is the absence of morality and a belief in something greater than man. The loss of purpose leads to despondence causing so many underlying problems chief among those, respect for life. We now live in a society where life can be cancelled either through abortion or murder without consequences. We have abrogated the most sacred gift to feeling, desires and have abandoned responsibility to the continuation of man himself. Western society having lost its reverence for life is headed on a path towards its own demise.
