Code Pink or “Pinko Commies”? Pelosi Wants the FBI to Find Out
We discussed earlier how former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told CNN that the pro-Palestinian protesters outside her house could be Putin “plants” and called for a new Russian investigation. Now Code Pink, a far left group, has pushed back to defend their protests as Pelosi again calls for a federal investigation into protest groups and their funding.

To recap, Pelosi has long been criticized for her refusal to condemn violent protests on the left and targeting of public figures at restaurants. Those protests were no conspiracy but rather an example of how “people will do what people do.”

When the protesters appeared at her house, however, she saw nothing but Russians — or their fellow travelers.

She told CNN’s Dana Bash:

“They are in front of my house all the time. I have a feeling for what feelings they have. But we have to think about what we’re doing. And what we have to do is try to stop the suffering in Gaza. This is women and children, people who don’t have a place to go, so let’s address that. But for them to call for a cease-fire is Mr. Putin’s message, Mr. Putin’s message. Make no mistake, this is directly connected to what he would like to see. Same thing with Ukraine. It’s about Putin’s message. I think some of these protesters are spontaneous, and organic and sincere. Some, I think, are connected to Russia. I say that having looked at this for a long time.”

When Bash followed up to ask whether she was actually stating that these protesters are “Russian plants,” Pelosi doubled down and said that the groups and their financing “should be investigated.”

A Pelosi spokesperson has now attempted to moderate the comments while insisting that there is a possible Russian conspiracy. While emphasizing that she supports free speech, Pelosi has her suspicions. A news outlet was reminded that Pelosi knows what she is talking about after “three decades on the House Intelligence Committee.” Presumably, that was the same experience that led to the last debunked Russian conspiracy investigation involving the 2016 election.

For critics, Pelosi and many of her colleagues declare every ink blot on every political Rorschach test as “Russians!”

The spokesperson explained that “Speaker Pelosi is acutely aware of how foreign adversaries meddle in American politics to sow division and impact our elections, and she wants to see further investigation ahead of the 2024 election.”

Pelosi makes clear that “the modern champions of communism have selected this as the time, and ladies and gentlemen, the chips are down – they are truly down.” Oh wait, that was Joe McCarthy, but you get the idea.

Some of the groups involved in the protests did not take kindly to the push for a federal investigation, including Code Pink – a long ally of Democrats.

The group’s founder Medea Benjamin said that it has led many of the pro-Palestinian protests and demanded an investigation of Pelosi.

Of course, that is what any Russian agent would say. After all, didn’t Joe McCarthy refer to enemies as “Pinko commies.” Pelosi is only now proving him correct by showing that Code Pink is coded red.

The problem with Code Pink’s denial is that Benjamin failed to address the bombshell evidence previously uncovered and revealed for the first time on this blog. The brief video shows actual Russian agents training to enter a small New England town — precisely the type of street operation suspected by Pelosi:

      I find it intriguing that the media pundits who assured us for YEARS that the Russia Dossier was actually factual US intelligence agency product, that Trump was going to start WWIII, etc, are now issuing dire warnings that America daring to retaliate against Iran’s Mad Mullahs to finally defend Americans could result in WWIII. Or a regional war that the US could put an end to before it even got started – if The Big Guy (i.e. those making the decisions they use him to implement) was willing to do that.

      I am certainly open to hearing the arguments of anyone who believes that if Bibery Biden’s handlers actually decided to defend Americans by flying some cruise missiles through the bedroom windows of some of those Mad Mullahs, that either the ChiComs or Putin would say “That’s it, we’re going to war with the United States over this retaliation for Iran’s terrorists killing Americans.”

      Just as I’m certain that the reason Iran’s Mad Mullah’s don’t launch similar proxy terrorist attacks at the ChiComs for their treatment of their Muslim population is because, while they may be Mad Mullahs, they know the ChiCom military response would be devastating, with no “proportionality” involved.

      The Mad Mullahs of Iran and other leaders of the hajji terrorist groups may bellow long and often about how wonderful it is to die a martyr – but they have no intentions of putting themselves at risk of becoming one of those martyrs.

      They know they can take great advantage of both Obama and now Biden, even if only due to their desperate desire for their Nukes For Iran deal. Never mind their obsession with never being labelled a “war president” or visceral hatred or Israel – nor their equal obsession with reversing everything Trump accomplished in the Middle Est. The mullahs know this just as they knew they better pull in their horns and stay in their own lane when Trump was in the White House. Or Reagan or Bush before him.

      We and the world are where we are now because of Obama’s two terms of appeasement to Iran, and now Obama’s Third Term brought by The Big Guy, Bribery Biden now being in the White House.       The ability of governments to control the allocation of supplies is limited and destructive. You can SAY – no LNG exports – except to the “good guys”, but you can not make it work. If you truly want to undermine Russia’s ability to leverage oil and gas, then you need to get out of the way of free markets meeting the demand for and controlling the allocation of oil and gas.

Jones also reported there was a loan of $48 million from “Chicago Unit Acquisition”, a DJT entity, to DJT personally. Jones found the “loan never existed”–couldn’t be back up with loan documentation. More evidence of DJT’s continuing and persistent fraud? You betcha! No doubt Judge Engoron will make Jones’ final report part of his final ruling that is due tomorrow. Look for Judge Engoron to require DJT to disgorge anywhere between $250-$500 million in ill-gotten gains. Looks like DJT’s real estate empire in NY is finished!

      The Biden syndicate wrote checks to Joe that they called loan repayments.. If there is an actual loan – Joe previously gave those repaying the loan money, and they subsequently repayeed it – at a bare minimum there will be a record of the transfer of the principle.

      If there is no prior transfer of principle then the transfer is a payment to Biden – which is perfectly legal, though the effort to disguise it is suspicious.

      Biden’s problem is not that the money transfers are illegal, it is that if the payments are income rather than loans as they are labeled – then they are evidence that Joe Biden was an active participant in Hunter’s bribery scheme.

      It is not the transfer of money from Hunter to Joe that is illegal. It is that it is self evidently payment for delivering on the request to use the powers of the vice president to benefit a client in Ukraine – that is bribery.

        Taking an argument to its extremes.

        In this case I was pointing out that Going “Russia, Russia, Russia” even if true does not change the fact that the speech is constitutionally protected.

        FARA is unconstitutional. But the courts have failed to decide that.
        Until they do so the rule of law, rather than man requires that Just as Manafort was convicted of violating FARA – Tony Podesta who Actually violated FARA rather than Manafort – as it was Podesta that did the actual lobbying, should be jailed as should Hunter Biden.

  14. Pelosi may want to remember that prior to 1920, in the USA and Europe anyone that supported women’s voting rights and equal rights for women were labeled “Communist”. Anyone challenging the white make Protestants at the time was stereotyped this way.

    The same false-labels were used for anyone advocating equal rights for African-Americans and LGBTQ-Americans.

    Protesters left or right following constitutional due process are perfectly legal under the First Amendment. If the protesters break laws, then arrest them for that.

      Armed assaults on federal buildings and an attempt to storm the White House to kill President Trump (and presumably his family) just a few months prior to January 6th. Completely forgotten by now? Or just not worthy of mention as January 6th was?

      Furthermore, there was never a temporary writ of habeas corpus issued January 6th. Or did I miss that actually happening?

      What HAS happened is that the same law enforcement officials who turned a blind eye to those instrumental in the mass chaos of The Season Of Mostly Peaceful Protests and The Not Very Peaceful Failed Assault On The White House are openly waging lawfare against anyone they can identify that was within sniffing distance of the Senate on January the 6th. Wildly overcharging, concealing and withholding exculpatory evidence, being held without bail for no reason, etc.

      If we’re going to have reminders about “communism”, it would be hard for a rational, unbiased American to claim they don’t notice these two completely opposite criminal justice responses to activities that were not legal free speech conduct looks pretty much like Stalin’s communist justice system, Lavarentiy Beria style i.e. “show me your enemies and I will find you their crimes”. Minus the bullet in the back of the head in Lefortova Prison’s basement, of course. The Soviet Democrats have the part about long periods of solitary confinement covered for the January 6th protestors being charged with tresspassing on the grounds.

      If the protesters break laws, then arrest them for that.

      I would hope most rational Americans would agree with that, whether their protest is about government and politicians or something completely different.

  16. Anyone born in the 50s knows that Tail Gunner Joe was shut down by the same prog/left media that has shut down all the conservative talking points that it can get control of. McCarthy was correct, but like Trump, he was a terrible messenger with the correct message. We should be ashamed as thinking, educated, citizens to have allowed the likes of the prog/left to have gained a foothold, and later a death grip, on our government, our media/education industries and our churches.       Democrats like Harry Truman basically went along with McCarthy pushing this faux-loyalty oath. Truman’s Attorney General later admitted that this faux-loyalty oath, that destroyed or resulted in premature death, of hundreds of innocent Americans, as the greatest regret of his lifelong career.

      McCarthy’s disloyalty to America was supported by Roy Cohn, later hired by Donald Trump.

        MacCarthy’s problem and the same one we faced with Covid is that our law and constitution were not made only for good times.

    Some on the far left may be constitutionally-subversive, but most support fair elections and constitutional due process regardless of ideology.

    Pelosi should remember that the Christian Minister Martin Luther King, Jr was targeted using similar false rhetoric. That rhetoric combined with America’s highly inaccurate targeting program harms and kills America’s best citizens.

    When the federal agencies harm and destroy the wrong Americans, they never apologize, never own up to it and blame it on the innocent people they targeted.

With no hint of intellectual curiosity or awareness of sociocultural collapse in Chicago due to violent crime, the interview went off the rails, as viewed by a sentient being. The answer to reducing the life expectancy gap between North and South Chicago: yoga and meditation.

      Somewhat off topic, but are we expected to trust a doctor who insinuates that a life expectancy of 55 for those living in South Chicago is due to stress?

      I had to take at least one statistics course every single year of my four year criminology degree, the fourth year dealing with statistical analysis. After all, no matter what science you are in, if you don’t have the background in statistics to either conduct valid research, or make decisions of how much weight you should give to research papers relating to your field, you’re pretty handicapped as a professional.

      So this doctor’s knowledge of statistical analysis is so badly limited that he believes that the problem resulting in a mean age of 55 for life expectancy in South Chicao is… stress???

      The high murder victim rate among young black males in those neighborhoods – 16 times higher than for young white males and 6 times greater than those for young Latino males – can’t possibly have anything to do with the mean life expectancy for the entire population of South Chicago? And those age demographics in other races, in other poor neighborhoods don’t experience stress?

      And yet, it is doctors exactly like this doctor that claim the criminology expertise that qualifies them to study the causes of gun violence – with their invariable conclusion that the entire nation needs more gun bans to solve the problem.

      I wonder if these doctors of medicine, with their abject real (or feigned) ignorance of statistical analysis that coincides with their assumed expertise in the field of criminology, would be willing to have my friends whose doctorate is in criminology conduct their daughters’ and wives’ annual gynecological exams?

      Oh wait! That’s different! Doctors of medicine can practice criminology – but doctors of criminology can’t practice medicine.

      Next thing you know, Dr. Vaughan’s peers at the AMA and elsewhere will be informing Americans that men can menstruate and get pregnant. Crazy, I know, but they might actually claim that as a fact sometime in the next decade.
