“I Believe that Creature is a Changeling”: Hillary Clinton and the Lose of Shame in American Politics

Charlotte Bronte once wrote “I believe that creature is a changeling: she is a perfect cabinet of oddities.” No quote better captured the chilling curiosity that is Hillary Clinton. This week, Clinton (without any sign of shame or self-awareness) attacked others for seeking censorship and blacklisting political opponents through government and corporate collaboration. Clinton is one of the most anti-free speech figures in the United States and actively campaigned for the censorship of opponents. Today, my column in the Hill discusses the hypocrisy of many on the left this week after the suspension of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. However, there is simply no one in the same class as Clinton in hitting hypocrisy’s rock bottom.

This week, Clinton declared: “I think this is a very clear example of using the power of the state to suppress speech. It is a direct government action to try to intimidate employers, organizations, corporations, much of which we’ve already seen, to remove an opponent, even though it’s a comic.”

For many in the free speech community, the statement led us to spit out our morning coffee.

Clinton and her allies have long shown contempt for the intelligence of the voters, often denying facts or flipping positions while denying any inconsistencies. It was a record that produced not only polling as one of the least popular American politicians but also record lows in the public’s view of trustworthiness and authenticity. Clinton’s campaign routinely lied about major issues, including denying to the media that it funded the infamous Steele dossier.

For the record, I have repeatedly criticized Administration statements from recently on free speech and some of the actions taken against critics as threatening to our core values of free speech. This has included threats to prosecute hate speech and flag burning despite countervailing precedent. However, the last person any of us in the free speech community wants to see in this fight is Hillary Clinton.

As I have previously written, Clinton heralded the growing anti-free speech movement and noted that “there are people who are championing it, but it’s been a long and difficult road to getting anything done.”

In my book, I discuss the challenge for anti-free speech champions like Clinton is that it is not easy to convince a free people to give up their freedom.

That is why figures like Clinton are going “old school” and turning to government or corporations to crack down on citizens. One of the lowest moments came after Elon Musk acquired Twitter, promising to restore free speech protections. Clinton called upon European officials to force Elon Musk to censor American citizens under the infamous Digital Services Act (DSA). This is a former democratic presidential nominee calling upon Europeans to push the censorship of Americans.

Clinton praised the anti-free speech efforts in California and New York and called for the rest of the country to replicate the approach of those states.

Clinton added a particularly illuminating line that said the quiet part out loud. This is all about power and the fear that she and others will “lose control” over speech:

“Whether it’s Facebook or Twitter or X or Instagram or TikTok, whatever they are, if they don’t moderate and monitor the content, we lose total control and it’s not just the social and psychological effects it’s real harm, it’s child porn and threats of violence, things that are terribly dangerous.”

Clinton continues to offer a textbook example of the anti-free speech narrative. While seeking sweeping censorship for anything deemed disinformation, Clinton cites specific examples that are already barred under federal law like child porn.

Not surprisingly, when I spoke in Berlin on free speech, Hillary Clinton also spoke to call for greater speech limits to a highly appreciative European audience. She has been a major voice in fostering the government-corporate alliance that carried out massive censorship of political opponents.

As Bronte noted, this “creature is a changeling: she is a perfect cabinet of oddities.” Fortunately, the public has never been deceived by the changeling. They have always seen her opportunistic attacks as a sign of contempt for them as a bunch of chumps. Both Clinton and the media have learned in prior elections that these narratives are falling flat with most Americans outside of the core Democratic base.

There has to be some lingering residue of shame left; some modicum of decency in refraining from such raw hypocrisy at these moments. Yet, we seem to be living in an era of post-shame politics. The only thing missing is lawyer Joseph Welch:

  1. Kimmel and Colbert gave up comedy for politics and half their audience tuned out. Kimmel’s show had low ratings and ABC foolishly used his lies about the Kirk shooter as a pretext to fire him. Note to corporate managers: where performance is an issue, you can fire someone on that basis, you don’t need a pretext, and the pretexts you reach for only make things worse.

PS, Kimmel is a lousy human being, check out this video:

  2. Not on the topic of free speech but on the theme of political hypocrisy executed with unabashed verve we should not forget that in 2003 then Senator Kerry made this clarifying statement, “I actually did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it.”

      1. Where better to use as a source and analysis and explanation of Democrats like Kerry than from that unbiased pure news source, CNN! The CNN whose later brilliant analysis of the Obama/Clinton/DNC felonious Russia Dossier won them Pulitzer prizes!

        Concerned Citizen Clinton/Obama/Biden voters approve!

  3. It is easy of Hillary because she believes most people aren’t as smart as she is. And sadly, she really believes she her own nonsense! Denial is a human condition to all. However, the she and most of the Dems have really mastered the art of BS. Regarding Kimmel — I was a late night show watcher for over 40 years. After Kimmel, Meyes and ‘the gang’ started to spew, I stopped all night TV shows (and don’t miss them). Sadly this group felt that they were given permission by their networks to go on an on about Trump until the viewers one by one turned them off. Even if I might have agreed with them, the shows were drones of the same, not funny rheterocic. The demise of these shows might one day bring us back to some good humor and just maybe, sanity. Always remember, it is management that allowed these people to exist! It is always about business and revenue! Always!

    Thanks, Abe!

    1. A defeated and beaten Confederate/Communist Democrat going to the theocracy of Karl Marx to produce Democrat Clown Car mind salad… imagine that!

      1. Brilliant, simply brilliant!

Thanks for reading again, and again, and again.

You’re my biggest patron and fan!

And I want you to know that I greatly appreciate it.

    2. Anonymous – MacCarthy was a drunk and went way over his ski’s and Welch took him out.
There were myriads of others looking for communist spies in the government – that includes Nixon as well as Both Kennedy’s

And yes, Alger Hiss was a spy, and no Ethel Rosenberg wasn’t. Nor did the Rosenberg have anything to do with the Russians getting the atomic bomb.

To the extent that espionage was involved, that would be others like Philby.
But the most important factor is that it is ALWAYS easier to do something once others have shown that it can be done.

The Chinese are busy cloning spaceX’s Falcon9 – they are doing a piss poor job – but they WILL eventually get it. They have also spent years copying Russian jets – and they are slowly getting better.
They have “copied” the US red flag and top gun programs, and while still significantly inferior to US forces, they are likely to be dramatically better than Russians.

      1. FDR was a rabid communist who unconstitutionally imposed the primary principles of communism on America; he must have been struck down every step of the way by the Supreme Court.

Article 1, Section 8, and the absolute 5th Amendment right to private property kept FDR’s communism out of America until Lincoln, Wilson, Roosevelt, Johnson, and Obama.

The Founders and Framers could have written Social Security, Medicare et al. into the Constitution; they didn’t.

        What’s that tell you?

      2. Let me check, yep:

Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were executed on June 19, 1953, for conspiring to commit espionage and pass U.S. atomic secrets to the Soviet Union.

      3. “Welch took him out.”

Welch didn’t take him out. The media did. If you review the proceedings from that day, the record tells a very different story than the one the press reported. I’m not in love with McCarthy, but M. Stanton Evans meticulously researched the era and showed how the press created the legend.

Look at the three-member Senate panel that censured McCarthy. They misrepresented evidence and omitted exculpatory testimony. Years later, one of the members admitted on his deathbed that the findings weren’t truthful. That is proof that the censure was political as much as factual.

  5. Mrs. Clinton, and her husband, are not described favorably in Patterson’s book, A DERELICTION OF DUTY.

Patterson is the officer who carried the “Nuclear Football” for President Clinton and thus saw the couple in action close up.

    He was aghast.

  6. Yes, Hillary is a hypocrite. Yes, Prof. Turley did nod toward a couple of past speech offenses by the Trump Administration. But the Trump administration is NOW pushing strongly anti free-speech measures in the wake of the deplorable murder of Kirk. Yet here we are, running the Oldies Reel. Hillary is hardly as important as Trump. Trump is in power and Hillary is basically nothing except the serial receiver of speaker’s fees.

If we believe free speech is important – if we believe the Constitution is important – then we protect it, period. Other people’s offenses don’t justify ours. What Turley is writing here is just another peace of propaganda, ethically no different than Left bull-sh*t. If something is wrong, ethical people just don’t do it despite other’s actions.

For the Right to criticize the Left’s hypocrisy just puts another level on the hypocrisy that the Right and the Left both share.

    1. Kimmel knowingly lied, that is not free speech.
I will worry in about Trump limiting free speech when he pressured all social media platforms to block
liberals voices and starts a Department of Misinformation like your free speech hero Joe Biden did. Hypocrisy sucks doesn’t it.

Until then I am not concerned.

    2. ” the Trump administration is NOW pushing strongly anti free-speech measures in the wake of the deplorable murder of Kirk.”
What “measures” would those be ?
Is Trump seeking to revive the Obama/Biden ministry of disinformation ?
Is Trump seeking to debank democrats ?
Is Trump seeking to refund the NGO’s that were used to forward Government demands to censor social media ?
Of the myriads of things that Democrats have done – to violate the first amendment – which of those has Trump actually Done ?

Absolutley – Trump is no free speech libertarian.
But as a threat to free speech he pales in comparison to EVERY democrat as well as to the Bush’s.

MOST of What those on the left call Trump’s threat to free speech are Actually Democrats threats to Trump’s free speech.

Trump has called for and celebrated the firing of those who celebrate assassination.
He has not used Government power to effectuate that.
Trump like every prior president is free to use the bully pulpit of the presidency – much the same as Jimmy Kimmel used the Bully Pulpit that ABC provided him – to speak out on the issues.
The american people gave Trump that Bully Pulpit for the next 3 years.
Kimmel had his on condition of making money for those who gave it to them and not exposing them to the risk of massive lawsuits. He failed.

“Hillary is hardly as important as Trump.”
Absolutely correct – but as Turley has noted she may be the most vile and hypocritical politician this country has ever produced.

“Trump is in power and Hillary is basically nothing except the serial receiver of speaker’s fees.”
Correct – except that she does speak for idiots like you – and you are here speaking for her.

“If we believe free speech is important”
      But you DONT
No one is interested in the free speech rants of those like you who have repeatedly sought to take away the free speech of those who disagreed with you.
No one is interested in the free speech rants of those who supported the supression of speech of conservatives by Obama and Biden.

“if we believe the Constitution is important ”
      But you DONT.
Your idea of the constitution is just something that you can make up however you wish.
No one wants to hear arguments about the meaning of the constitution from those like you who are prepared to change that meaning day to day to suit your ideology

      “then we protect it, period.”
      You DONT.
You were out defending the violations of constitutional rights by the Biden administration.
You were defending Jailing protestors who were engaged in free speech you did not like, assembling and petitioning government.
You had no problems relabeling first amendment actions as insurection – so long as those engaged in them did not share your views.
Nor do you have any problem labeling looting, arson, violence and property destruction – as protected first amendment activities – so long as the views expresses are yours.

You have zero credibility on Free Speech.
You have zero credibility on the constitution.

“If something is wrong, ethical people just don’t do it despite other’s actions.”
That is correct – Ethical people do not constantly lie.
While the first amendment protects even lies – morality does NOT.
Kimmel lied and while he is entitled to the same constitutional protections as the rest of us – nowhere in the constitution does it say that he is allowed to bankrupt his employers and subject them to massive defamation lawsuits.
Ethical People do not celebrate assassination.
Ethical people do not try to blame the victim for their own assassination.
Ethical people do not condone the murders of Healthcare CEO’s or political opponents.
Ethical people do not call everyone who disagrees with them racist.
Ethical people do not manufacture claims of foreign collusion to win an election or to kneecap the winner when they lose.
Ethical people do not use government to cut the financing of political opponents.
Ethical people do not send the FBI out to surveil catholic churches.
Ethical people do not pretend that the obviously incompetent are competent.
Ethical people do not lie about the authenticity of a laptop with damning information about the criminal conduct of those they favor politically.
Ethical people do not use the power of the FBI and DOJ to prosecute people who tell politically harmful truths

      You are not ethical

No one is interested in your views of ethics or your judgement of the ethics of others.

Turley is addressing Clinton – because she is the perfect reflection of those of you on the left.

Trump is not perfect – but By God he most certainly is not the ethics free moral disaster that clinton is.
And Clinton is just the reflection of YOU.

“For the Right to criticize the Left’s hypocrisy just puts another level on the hypocrisy that the Right and the Left both share.”
      ROFL

      1. Fantastically thorough and excellent comment John Say! I could feel the righteous anger that you and many of us have for the blatant hypocrisy of the left. Few things are as aggravating as hypocrisy and the left is drowning us in it every day.

        1. Purportedly Sen. Cruz came out critical of Trump’s remarks and those of FCC’s Carr.
To the extent those remarks have been represented to me – I am in agreement with Cruz.

While I do NOT by this garbage from the left that Kimmel was fired because of FCC or Trump pressure.

I am still conflicted. If the left’s attacks on Carr and the FCC and Trump result in finally killing or castrating the FCC – I am completely for that.

The Federal Government has no role in mergers, and very little role in what can be said on air.
Just kill the FCC and FTC as well as many other agencies.

At the same time – what Trump, the FCC and Carr are accused of – has been the norm for democrats MY ENTIRE LIFE.

Johnson weaponized the FCC 60 years ago. I have cited Fred Freindly’s book “the good guys, the bad guys, and the first amendment” repeatedly in the past few days – it was published in 1976 – that is 50 years ago. And it is absolutely damning. Nor have things improved. Clinton weaponized the FCC – as well as ATF and FBI – and we got Ruby Ridge – which was a government warrantless assassination of Randy Weavers family, followed by Wacco which was if anything WORSE, followed by the OKC bombing – and McVeigh made it crystal clear that he was acting in response to the illegal actions at Ruby Ridge and Wacco (and others).

Obama weaponized BLM against the Bundies – and BTW Lost – multiple times.

Weaver, Korsech, the Bundies – they were all fringe. They are not people I would want as friends. They were arguably not good people. But they were politically targeted using very stretched legal claims that fell apart in court.
Our government is not supposed to murder citizens for dubious claims of criminality – just because their targets are unsympathetic.

Weaver, Koresch and the Bundies are separate from similar egregious actions by the Clinton’s and later Obama and Biden in the FCC and FTC.,
And we more recently have found that the political targeting by Obama’s IRS was far worse than initially thought.

Absolutley Car should not have said “We can do this the easy way or the hard way”.
Absolutley Trump should not be saying – “maybe they should lose their license”.

But it is often very hard for me to get as worked up as Sen. Cruz is, the evidence is that Jimmey Kimmel getting fired was inevitable, and Kimmel was too stupid to see what was coming and like the titanic chose to run full speed into an iceberg.
But lets assume that Sinclair and Nexstar are lying, that Iger absolutely caved to threats by Trump and Carr. That a miracle was in the works and Kimmel was on the cusp of making the network money.

The absolute worst case version of events is still tame compared to Red Lion vs. FCC in 1969 – where the Supreme Court found that the “fairness” doctrine is constitutional and that the FCC can regulate political speech on the airwaves.
Red Lion Vs, FCC is still good law – like the infamous Buck v Bell which was cited repeatedly by the left in Covid cases.
And the Clinton, Obama and Biden FCC’s repeatedly did the same things that Trump is being accused of with respect to Kimmel.

        2. If Turley or Sen. Cruz or Sen. Lee wish to criticise Carr or Trump or the FCC – I will listen – and even likely get behind them.
But the hypocracy on this is not limited to the extreme left.

Red Lion vs FCC is the law of the land. I beleive it is wrong and has been wrong for 50 years. It is left wing garbage from the last vestiges o the Warren Court.
Neither Carr, nor Trump came within a thousand miles of violating FCC vs. Red Lion – if absolutely every single claim of the left proves true.

FCC vs. Red Lion is NOT some far left wing nut decision it is a Warren Court decision
sought by Johnson and celebrated by liberals from the 60’s and 70’s

And under FCC vs. Red Lion the FCC can thwart mergers, require ABC to put Erica Kirk on Kimmel to counter Kimmels nonsense, or just suspend ABCs broadcast license.

Do I think that is Wrong ? Absolutely – but it is the current state of the law and constitution and it has been used in pretty much that way for the past 60 years for the benefit of left wing nut.

The abuse of the FCC is NOT limited to Johnson – but has occured under EVERY Democrat president. Though frankly the political abuse of power to target enemies is not limited to the FCC, and has also occured under EVERY democrat president since johnson atleast.

Put simply this is not extreme work hypocrisy, this is hypocrisy even among democratic liberals of Turley’s generation – or older.

I have offered here to those on the left critical of Trump’s alleged abuses of power – which ultimately are giving Democrats a pretty tame dose of their own medicine, to resolve this easily – abolish or castrate the FCC, and FTC and every other agency that can be politically abused.

So far not a single taker.

Yes, I am righteously indignant at the hypocrisy on the left. Especially the Far left.

Those on the left have a constitutional right to express their hypocritical opinions on this and anything else.

But I have zero interest in the nonsensical rantings of those who were OK with the IRS targeting conservatives, Who were OK with the FBI targeting parents of school kids, or catholic churches or pro lifers, or debanking conservatives, or censoring them on SM, or government grants paying NGO’s to feed right wing censorship to SM.

While my goal is to get rid of or severely hamstring government agencies that can be politically weaponized – and I will be happy to join with even extreme left wing nuts to do so – none have accepted that offer.

Instead they are ignoring all the vastly worse violations that Democrats – not just extreme left wing nuts – but the Johnson an Clinton administrations engaged in while ranting that Trump is doing 1/10th what past democrats have done for 60 years.

It is very hard for me to stick to principles and not just say F#$K it – a decade or so of mild censorhip might be just exactly what we need to get these loons back to sanity.

I am reminded of a popular work of fiction in the 70’s. Where the protagonist, a freedom fighter against a tyranical regime is recruited to infiltrate that regime and work his way up the power structure, and he does so by being the most extreme authoritarian possible – amplifying the tyranny many fold, and it is this that ultimately brings the tyranical regimes downfall. It is not until the tyranny starts impacting the supporters of that tyranny that the impetus to overcome that tyranny is sufficient.

If Democrats need to be persecuted in the same way they have persecuted conservatives to finally oppose the political garbage they support.
          So be it.

But despite the ranting of the left – that is not what is happening.

        3. HullBobby, I will fully get behind any Libertarian – or libertarian Republican that wishes to be critical of any of this.

While it is my personal opinion that. Trump and Carr played no consequential role in Kimmel’s firing. Frankly I think he was in trouble (like Colbert) long before, but that the last straw was his purportedly fiery meeting with Iger where he drafted an apology that was worse than his original remarks. When Disney says “Apologize” – you apologize, as sincerely as you can fake.
The view is currently infamous for reading out apologies for the bogus nonsense they spewed the night before.

Regardless, Car in particular should not have said what he said. Many among Trump’s current appointments would be wise to shut up and let the inevitable happen on its own.

That said – I absolutely understand the desire of Carr and those I am criticizing above to give to those on the left a TINY dose of what they have been doing – not JUST the egregious violations of rights in the Biden presidency, but the less well know but wide spread violations within every past democratic presidency.

As I mentioned – Democrat presidents have been weaponizing federal power against political enemies since Johnson – if not much earlier. And the FCC has been among their favorite tools

This is not new. The stuff in “The Good Guys, the Bad Guys and the first amendment” is 60 years old, it is egregious and has been repeated and expanded by Clinton Obama, and Biden.
And much of it has been done with the blessing of the supreme court.

Trump is wrong, Carr is wrong – but they are according to the Warren US Supreme court over 60 years ago and reaffirmed repeatedly since – acting perfectly legally and constitutionally,
Even if they have done EXACTLY what they are accused of.
My recollection is that Red Lion Broadcasting ultimately shutdown rather than comply with an odious supreme court ruling.

        4. It’s actually the right. Torture until you say uncle. Of course the left us happy to oblige.

During Mr. Kirk’s memorial service one speaker who is TP 2nd in command said, God chooses presidents etc. Then God also chose Joe Biden etc?

I was unfamiliar with the work of TP. They are evangelical fundamentalists?

Kirk was a political activist? TP was dependent upon him.

    3. I agree with this comment and Professor Turley’s for the record paragraph is not enough free speech protection or concern for these challenging times. — Concerned Citizen

    4. “But the Trump administration is NOW pushing strongly anti free-speech measures in the wake of the deplorable murder of Kirk. Yet here we are, running the Oldies Reel.”

You’re reminding me of your continuing claim that Trump said neo-Nazis were very fine people… This is what you’ve got now that you can no longer continue claiming that Kirk’s murderer was a Trump MAGA, not a Democrat Alphabet Sex Pride Tribe Tranny Warrior?

Skipping right past those Biden years that ended nine months ago, while you Democrats, elected and unelected, were demanding that Fox be shut down, Roseanne Barr be shut down, Tucker Carson be shut down, Rush Limbaugh be shut down, Hannity be shut down, etc? And you – and particularly Kimmel – gloating and cheering when their demands to cancel a show were successful!

NOW you’ve forgotten to point out the proposed legislation that you saw the Trump administration put before the House and Senate. NOW you’ve forgotten to point out Trump’s Executive Orders and other instructions to his administration as to what anti-free speech measures they are going to enact. There’s no evidence any of that is happening – which is why you “forgot” to quote any of it.

There’s no wind blowing to power the sails of your false flag warship, little commie Democrat.

  7. Kash Patel, Pam Bondi, Dan Bongino:

Where are the Grand Jury indictments? How long are you going to let these creatures continue?

RICO Soros, arrest these motherfuggers and let the evidence presented in a tribunal do the rest.

    America CAN handle the truth!

  8. There is a fundamental flaw in all these purportedly pro free speech arguments. 1A says you can say whatever you want. It doesn’t say the rest of us have to listen. The problem with ABC, NBC and CBS is not that they got rid of Kimmel. The problem is that they held on to him (and Colbert and The View et al) for so long, despite the abysmal ratings. As Brendan Carr explained, ABC et al receive federal licensure, unlike CNN. That’s because they are expected to serve the public interest. However, as Trump remarked, these networks are 97% anti-Trump and therefore incapable of offering unbiased coverage. Is that serving the public interest? Of course not. This should have been enforced decades ago but nobody had the huevos to do it. Kimmel was hired, presumably, to make Americans laugh. Instead, he makes a few liberals cackle at the expense of the majority of the country. Obviously, that is not a winning business strategy. I just read that Harvard will be expected to cover their own student aid without federal help because they refuse to abide by the law. It’s the exact same mechanism. After all the lawsuits have been filed and lost, don’t you think Harvard will fall in line? I think they will, just like I think the networks will, and we will all benefit from it. The left has become so accustomed to the right turning the other cheek that they think a fair fight is unfair. This is a much-needed course correction and the right couldn’t have a better (unintentional) ally than Hillary Clinton.

  9. Give her a break. She’s just sending a message to her Antifa compatriots. She and only she can tell us what we can or cannot say. She says to make an omelette you have to break some eggs even if it takes a bullet to the neck to shut them up. Over the top you might say? Have you heard a single word imploring those on the left to stand down? She may appear to be a changeling but she hasn’t changed a bit since she called the women accosted by Bill a bimbo eruption. She put up with anything for fortune and fame. Twisted sister.

  10. Sorry for being a bit off topic here but can anyone remember anything as abhorrent as AOC’s speech on the House floor yesterday saying the nastiest things about Charlie Kirk? Here is a representative completely trashing a man that was not only murdered last week, but it is even worse because the poor guy hasn’t even been buried yet.

Why wouldn’t someone that disliked Kirk just keep their mouth shut? Why would you or how could you get up there and say such ugly things about a man waiting to be buried. The answer is that we might be able to say it about Bin Laden, Hitler, Stalin or even Putin and that is why they are calling conservatives these horrible names. They are dehumanizing us so that their freakish allies can kill us.

  11. Ah HRC, the Oracle of the American Feminist Tribe!!! She knows how to MOTHER all of us swine! The 70’s Lady Lawyer who has seen the evils of MAN and now seeks to correct all of those failures before ORANGE MAN BAD turns back the clock and “puts ya’ll back in chains” (the immortal words of another MORON). Free sppech can only be ‘right’ when it comes from the lunatic left because they are clear-eyed zealots that know what is good for you! IDIOTS!

  12. Democrats are fascists. We need to jail them by the 10000s.
Reminder Germans voted for the same kind of people in the 1930’s

  13. Grand Ma Clinton, Elizabeth Warren, Nancy Pelosi, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, The Democratic Women’s Caucus, […]
Can no longer ‘Rally the Troops’. Why? Because of the corrupt anti-democracy agenda fueled by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
Hillary Clinton wanted ‘Dynasty in the name of Democracy’.

“It’s Morbid” -absolutely- what they did to our Democracy. The DNC platform from January 20, 2009 -to- January 20, 2021 (Barack Obama thru Joe Biden a.k.a. The Hillary & Barack Administration) has been “The Death of Democracy” of which They decry.

Give thanks to God, the spell of their Hypocrisy has been broken and exposed.

  14. (Today, my column in the Hill discusses the hypocrisy of many on the left this week after the suspension of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. However, there is simply no one in the same class as Clinton in hitting hypocrisy’s rock bottom.)

I’m sorry to say, but for the most of us who have, like Hercules Poirot, have functioning “little grey cells”; the dems have been a veritable clown circus of ironic hypocrisy going back far before bill said that he did not have sex with that woman. These guys have hit rock bottom so often I have lost count. And this includes, not only the politicians/bureaucrats, but the entire lot of them. And they say these lies with such straight faces that you almost have to think that they believe this stuff.

IIt’s not a matter of finally recognizing it (that ship sailed long ago) but of doing just what Kirk did – confronting their willful ignorance/hypocrisy right in the lion’s den AND deftly illustrating their lack of data/truth. Of course it led to his death because of the danger he posed to their grand grift.

Shouldn’t we all become Charlie Kirks and just confront the lies boldly rather than just whining to ourselves about how much they lie while allowing their lies to just hang in the air and pollute more minds.

    1. Bill “did not have sexual relations” with that woman, i.e. coitus. That’s not a lie, that’s dissembling.

Apparently that’s their deal. Otherwise he’d be a gelding.

  15. I’ve wondered about these folks like Hillary. Five questions.

    A. Do they remember they have made self-contradictions (aka hypocrisy) and don’t care?
    B. Do they remember they have made self-contradictions and assume most have forgotten?
    C. Do they just not remember they have made self-contradictions?
    D. Are they just milking for a headline?
    E. Are they just seeking relevance and are willing to say anything?

Does anyone know the answer(s) for Hillary, Pelosi, Biden (C?), Schumer, and many others?

    1. Re Possibly knowing answers:

May I suggest you search reputible websites for the terms ‘Cluster B Personality Disorders. This info offers possible insights…

Here are five answers to your questions:

      A. They don’t care
      B. They don’t care
      C. They don’t care
      D. They don’t care
      E. They don’t care

    1. JDebraG: “There’s some Typos lately Mr Turley.”

      ***

“There’s” should be plural “There are” because “Typos” is plural.

      “Typos” shouldn’t be capitalized.

” Mr” should have a period as in “Mr.”

You did that in one six word sentence, a 50% error rate.

  16. I personally think she knows exactly what she’s doing; she isn’t speaking to us, she is speaking to aging hippies and activists who haven’t paid attention to much for decades, and kids too ignorant to know any better with the hope of overwhelming the rest. And for the rest of us? It’s just more disdain, we are insignificant. Our existence doesn’t register to the likes of her beyond annoyance. Wouldn’t be surprised if she and Soros were having an affair since they met and Bill was actually the hapless foil.

Regardless, it is literally unthinkable to her that anything other than her own madness warrants consideration, a true oligarch, and likely a sociopath.
