It appears that CNN’s Nancy Grace will have to answer for her conduct on her program. CNN and Grace have been sued for the wrongful death of Melinda Duckett, who committed suicide after Grace attacked her on the program — suggesting that she was responsible for her own child’s disappearance. Many in the bar are delighted by the lawsuit against Grace who was repeatedly charged with abuses as a prosecutor and has degraded the profession with her snarling sensationalistic program.
U.S. District Judge William Terrell Hodges rejected a motion to dismiss the lawsuit this week. Grace attacked Duckett, 21, on a show about the disappearance of her Trenton in August 2006. Grace grilled the woman about not taking a lie detector test and being vague about her whereabouts. Duckett went out and killed herself.

The lawsuit against Grace remains a long shot given causation and foreseeability issues as well as obvious plaintiff’s conduct issues. What is astonishing is that CNN and Courttv continue to air this type of vicious, vigilante entertainment.

As much as Nancy Grace drives me crazy most nites on her show, she has been a victim. Her fiance was murdered and that is when she decided to become an attorney to represent children and people affected by violence.
Whether or not she is Jewish should not come into these horrible comments being made about her on this site.
She is rude, like you all say … she doesn’t like all those professionals who don’t give her the answers she wants but she does worry about missing children, black or white, and continues to show their faces, when they disappeared and gives phone numbers for anyone to call if they have information.
I have been trying to get a call through to her show since the beginning of the Caylee, Casey Anthony case, but have never gotten through. I just have one question that no one has ever asked and I’m curious as to why?? If Casey hasn’t worked in over 18 months and spends most of her time lying around her parent’s home doing nothing but watching tv and playing on her computer, why would a nanny come into the picture and where would she get money to pay for her??? When she left her home with Caylee for some “bonding” time, why would she then leave the child with a nanny???
I saw a funny picture of Nancy disGrace with the following comment placed into the picture. It reads “Every time a child is murdered, Nancy Grace has an orgasm.” Just hilarious, yet probably so accurate. She thrives on victimizing real victims of crimes. Since Nancy was never a victim of any crime in her lifetime, she remains clue-less to the damage she does to real actual victims of crimes.

Wanna know what she did get? , another slap in the face because the D.A gave immunity for testimony against Mrs.Dejac to the man who actually killed her daughter. One can never trust nor respect anybody who attempts to hide their heritage and or religion for means of gain and or influence. Yes, silence on the matter is a form of complicity. I as a Black man am proud of my African-American heritage and openly confess my Christianity. Why do Jews involved in American media,entertainment, and politics hide behind a veil of caucasion nationalities (Irish, English, German, Russian, Italian etc..) Nancy Grace seems to be yet another one. Over working the southern drawl despite the fact that she is a very well educated woman. We’ve seen this before with people like Michael Richards (Kraemer on Seinfeld), George Allen of Virginia, another Jew who was eventually revealed. Jews like Nancy Grace are easy to uncover. When hiding amongst whites they will always play more racist. incite and exploit divisions/hatred between all races but the number one way to expose a Jew is by their inability to criticize and or condemn another jew.

OCALA – Several weeks after a federal judge in Ocala denied a motion to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit brought against television talk show host Nancy Grace and her parent company, CNN, the network has responded with a volley of denials to the allegations, court records show. In a document filed Aug. 19, the defendants deny their actions intentionally inflicted emotional distress on former Lake County resident Melinda Duckett or her surviving parents, Bethann and William Eubank, of Lockport, N.Y. The defendants go on to list several reasons why Grace or the network should not be held responsible for Duckett’s suicide, which took place just a day after she was grilled on Grace’s show on Sept. 7, 2006.
Such defenses include: that the TV host is protected by the First Amendment, that she acted without malice, that her conduct was privileged, that the Eubanks do not meet “a stringent standard” for an intentional infliction of emotional distress claim and that the plaintiff’s claims are barred by actions the defendants believe Duckett brought upon herself.
Denial of the charges was expected, said plaintiff’s attorney Kara Skorupa. Skorupa said while she is a firm believer in free speech, “you can’t hide behind the First Amendment.” If you harm somebody, you can’t hide behind an amendment that was never meant to shield you from liability,” she said, adding the case is now moving into the discovery phase.
CNN had no comment Friday. Duckett, 21, agreed to be questioned by Grace by telephone regarding the disappearance of her 2-year-old son, Trenton, who she reported missing on Aug. 27, 2006. Her parents say she agreed to do the interview, thinking it would enlist the public’s help in finding her son. Instead, they say Grace pummeled her with veiled accusations that she murdered her son. The next day, Duckett shot herself at her grandparents’ home in The Villages, leaving behind three suicide notes-one for her adoptive parents, one to her grandparents, and one to the public. The network decided to air the interview anyway, just hours after learning of her death. Next Wednesday marks the two-year anniversary of Trenton’s disappearance.

Answer: Nancy Grace wants Casey to be found guilty of first degree murder, even though there is no evidence of that, and Nancy will accept nothing but that. And, Nancy cares diddly-squat about anything to do with or about Caylee. Seems Nancy hates all missing children in Florida. It’s funny how Nancy never considers the facts first before she makes up her mind. But, that is nearly an impossible task from drunks and druggies like Nancy.

Nancy Grace is apparently banned from CNN property again tonight and unable to cover the latest breaking news. The Anthony case, where Casey has been released and is at home tonight, contrary to all the speculations and accusations made by Nancy Grace. While Nancy was not again being available tonight is nothing new, this case has proven Nancy to be incorrect yet again. Her errors may well be in the millions by now, as Nancy is usually wrong about some facet of every single case she has attempted to cover in recent years. Casey Anthony was released on bond today, even though Nancy Grace said additional charges would prevent that from ever occurring, as documented on the CNN sites. There is also a rumor that the Anthony’s will be suing Nancy Grace and others for their flagrant and illegal accusations against Casey and Cayley, as well as against several members of the family including several friends and relatives. Nancy will likely pay off those proposed lawsuits as she usually does, especially considering she is trying to defend herself against more lawsuits currently filed against her in both state and federal courts right now, again! Maybe Nancy should buy a clue: to never ever victimize anymore victims again as she continues to do.
