This officer in Tampa decided the best way to end that joke was to leave with his equine friend.

A horse walks into a bar, across the room, up the back wall, across the ceiling, down the front wall and then up to the bar. The bartender gives the horse a beer, he drinks it and leaves. A guy sitting at the bar looks perplexed and asks the bartender “Hey, what’s that all about?” The bartender replies, “Don’t take it personally, he never says ‘Hi’ to anyone.”

Cool Post, The common gaits at which a horse moves are the walk, trot, gallop and pacing or called breezing. Then we get into the run and when at a full run you have varying full racing speeds. All these gates have distinct movements of the legs and feet which follow a regular pattern.

My main claim to fame is that, as pres. of the UCLA Folk Song Club in 1964, I hired Doc Watson to perform at UCLA, while he was performing with Clarence Ashleigh’s string band. This was Doc’s 1st solo performance, and he was stunned that someone was actually interested in hearing him play on his own.
What a total sweetheart: modest, kind, generous, gentle.
They say he still hasn’t recovered from the death of his son Merle’s death in a tractor accident many yrs ago.

Summers are tough for me to spend time ‘computing’ because of the desert heat. In addition, while this is the best and most informative blawg on the web, sometimes I need a break from the daily reminder that the world’s people are increasingly maddening while the rule-of-law is rapidly diminishing.
If not for the good people like you and the many others herein who often share my concerns, I would think that I was madcap one.

Truly the best humor has a kernel of truth in it. Personally I find it refreshing that an economist can be so economical in his descriptions. They tend to be a bit wordy.
I agree….he was being the asshole….that was a good example of ‘anti-interviewing’…
