Turley Affidavit in Canadian Polygamy Case

I previously posted notice of my retention as a legal expert in the polygamy case before the British Columbia Supreme Court — a case that is being watched closely around the world. My office has received a number of requests for the affidavit, which I have been informed is now part of the public record and is linked below.

I will be discussing this subject further in a law review article that I am working on. Obviously, an academic always feels he has more to say on such a subject. It is a fascinating case with obviously great implications — not just for Canada but around the world.

While B.C. Attorney-General Mike de Jong has included me on a witness list, it is not clear if I will actually be called for live testimony in light of this lengthy sworn statement.

Here is the affidavit: Turley Affidavit

IN THE MATTER OF:
THE CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION ACT, R.S.B.C. 1986, c. 68
AND IN THE MATTER OF:
THE CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS
AND IN THE MATTER OF:
A REFERENCE BY THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL SET OUT IN ORDER IN COUNCIL NO. 533 DATED OCTOBER 22, 2009 CONCERNING THE CONSTITUTIONALITY OF S. 293 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF CANADA, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46

Mr. Johnathan Turley filed affidavit in the BC Canada court respecting Saskatchewan Canada extending sanctioning and legal protection for polyandry. The court transcripts also say he provided no proof of this. The above url actually has a statement from the Attorney General of Saskatchewan saying married women can also have same time multiple husbands without divorcing the first one(s). Jonathan was right!

  2. I would hardly call this a waste of time. Did you read the intro by Dr. Hurley? This has major implications for the entire world. He is correct, if they legalize it, they better make sure they reinstate the White only policy that Australia used to have otherwise North America will end up with NO white people in it. They aught to just softly prosecute him while keeping in mind that the entire world is watching this , especially Islam. Probably aught to just go back to the status quo of laisse faire.

  3. Then why are you wasting you time here, Sean? Get out there and get you some, son! Show some initiative! Take that bull by the horn and bust one off for Whitey!

  4. You cannot control polygamy, especially the Muslim polygamy, therefore the only way to combat it is to legislate in favor of it with immigration safeguards to keep muslims from invading. The muslims are incapacitating their host nations, there is a breeding war going on.

  5. “I am certain you claim the Creator of the Universe in your lineage.”

Holy crap! Sean is a Pharaoh?

He’s quite a prolific typist for a mummy.

  6. Sean:

That you inhabait the same planet as the rest of us is cause for inter-galactic concern but then again I am certain you claim the Creator of the Universe in your lineage.

  7. Maybe the issue of “inbreeding” needs to be investigated. Big families with one father; a relatively small population, it would seem; and a lack of DNA testing before marriage.

  8. Any insults were intended toward commentors slander. The only final thing I would recommend to the professor if he testifies in favor of it, would be to recommend that it is accompanied by sweeping immigration reform in Canada because the Muslims will be all over Canada like flys on you know what! Canada is apart of the Queens Commonwealth so Canada should adhere to this tradition and should stick to recruting citizens from USA, Australia, UK, Scandinavia.
