Some people on Reddit thought this cat looked like Lenin, but I am not so sure. The cat does seem vaguely familiar.
There certainly is something Leninesque. However, Mickey Rourke’s mug shot comes to mind.

Between the two the cat may be the more intelligent- certainly the cat is more consistent.

I am not worried about cats today. We have had a late freeze and I am worried that my spaghetti tree, which just started to bloom, may not have a good harvest this year. There is nothing quite like home-grown spaghetti. Much better than that petrified stuff you buy at the supermarket.
