  1. “If I have any beliefs about immortality, it is that certain dogs I have known will go to heaven, and very, very few persons.”

    James Thurber

  2. Proof again that compassion among mammals derives less from the strictures of the deity and more from the instincts of the heart. Humans could learn something.

  3. jeez, i hate to be the one to point this out, but are you sure the second dog wasn’t just hungry.

    pardon me whilst i duck.

  4. I would like to nominate this dog as candidate for President.

We could form a third party; call it the “Doglican” Party.

We base our social platform on how dogs treat each other and our fiscal policy could be based on the cost of Milk Bones as an econimic indicator.

    ……………………………………………….or not I guess

  5. Amazing what this second dog did. This quite a long time ago and I researched it heavily. I do not have my sources but it pains me to say the conclusion comment of the video is not accurate. The second dog also disappeared.

  6. That is one exceptionally lucky dog…..what rcampbell and dredd said…

  7. I am sure Ayn Rand would be appalled by this behavior.

And also what Dredd and rcampbell said.

  8. I’ve been accused more than once of rampant anthropomorphizing, but— what Dredd said.

  9. A canine good Samaritan. Notice that the Pharisees and Priests kept on going because they are exceptional.

  10. Sorry, I am blocked from video at the moment but, if this is a _caring_ dog there is no way he could have won the Iowa Republican caucus.
