Court Clerk Caught Watching Porn As Rape Victim Testifies At Trial

Debasish Majumder, 54, a court clerk in London, has pleaded guilty to watching pornography during a rape trial in court, including while the victim testified on her sexual assault. Majumber pleaded guilty to misconduct in public office and five counts of possession of indecent images. The latter charge appears to be child pornography found on his home computer. The Right Honorable Judge Nigel Seed (left) discovered the pornographic surfing.

Majumder was caught by the judge who looked down from the bench only to see pornographic images on his computer screen. Majumder viewed about 30 images during the two days and later said that he watched a great deal of porn and was only finding sites to watch later at home. He said that it helped with boredom in the job.

His lawyer argued that a stroke suffered months ago may have affected his judgment.

    Bob, Dredd,

    You are sick….sick I tell you….I appreciate the wit…..
    ===========================================
    We are sick-wits from the U.S.eh?

    If this information is accurate, it may not be treatable either.

  2. The judge, or right honorable so and so, ought to lose the wig and the girly outfit. I thought that he was the perp until I read the caption explaining that he was a judge. The porn was on his screen. How do we know that he was not watching it too and getting his wig off so to speak? Sounds like there was a whole room full of fruits: defendnat, clerk, girly judge.

  3. Wow, you kind of hope it is the stroke because who would want to think anyone could be that stupid and insensitive. Does he check out Craigslist when working a trial for selling stolen goods, or snuff flicks at a murder trial? This is right out of an SNL skit.

  4. Now if they would only go after the banksters….. If only we knew what the Judges really did..
