Prospective Law Student Posts Vile Video Attacking Dunkin’ Donuts Employees

receipt12n-2-webabid2Taylor Chapman, 27, has been preparing for law school after graduating from Nova Southeastern University. That may not be the most promising career choice after Chapman posted a video (below) that has now gone viral showing her abusing workers at a Dunkin’ Donuts as she taunts them with racist and unhinged insults. Few law schools would welcome an application from such a person and even fewer bars would welcome such a person as a bar member. [Warning: both the video and the transcript below contains racist and profane language]

Chapman graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing and has been preparing for law school applications. She took a detail however to the local Dunkin’ Donuts where she recorded herself abusing the workers over what she viewed as some type of oral contract for a free drink or meal. She is shown on video explaining “This girl was so f**king rude to me and said ‘OK well you can get your order free next time,’ So you know what I told her, I said ‘I want the whole fucking menu b**ch, twice.’” She then adds the legal point that “[a] guarantee is a guarantee and I’ve already called my lawyer and he is already on it.” She then descends into racist and profane insults, calling the woman who attended her “a complete cunt sand ni**er whore.”

She then proclaims that she will make this all public saying “Well, guess what? This shit’s about to go live, bitch. Right on Facebook . . . Cause I already posted what your dumb ass did last night. So I hope you’re happy with your little fucking sand ni**er self. Cause I’m about to nuke your whole fucking planet from Mars. You think ya’ll are tough big fat Arabs bombin’ the Trade Center? I’ll show you tough.”

It seems clear that there may be serious mental issues involved in this disgraceful scene. However, it raises an interesting issue. In my view, a law school should deny her application on this video alone as someone who is facially unsuited to serve as an attorney. This is not a free speech question. I am not questioning her right to use such language, but she is attacking individuals (who by the way show remarkable patience and restraint in the face of this tirade) in an unbalanced and abusive encounter. Even when a fellow customer objects to being recorded, she says “It’s your issue. I’ve got my own issues.”

Yes, Ms. Chapman, you have serious, serious issues.

  1. “only those conceived in a test tube would believe in nothing.”

I’m unaware of any data showing that people conceived via in vitro fertilization have a greater tendency for atheism or nihilism. 😀

That would make an interesting study for some grad student though.

  2. one other question why exactly did she wait until the next day at a entirely different DD to cut fool? i think this should be looked into more closely

  3. @ Frank and everyone else who posted pearls of wisdom or words of laughter thank you all. i needed those laughs today. as the pain is in full force

all i can do is shake my head at not only the unhinged lil girl in the article/video but also at perry who it appears is in as much need of attenton as the lil girl and yes i said lil girl because adult ladies do not act like this in any shape form or fashion. as for perry. i dont remember seeing YOUR NAME anywhere in Franks post. so exactly why are you the only one to take it personal?

and NO I DO NOT CARE whether you choose to believe in a higher power or not. as a matter of fact i believe people like you are right to be atheist, agnostic or whatever it is you choose to call it. why? only those conceived in a test tube would believe in nothing. since you all tend to believe in creationsism and not evolution. and yet still have not proven exactly how you were created vs evolved

  4. Oh she’ll be a run-of-the-mill lawyer and if she becomes a judge she won’t stand out either. What disturbs ME is what kind of a mother she will be if she ever chooses to have kids. OMG! What kind of gun-owner will she be if she fills out her “conceal and carry” permit in whatever godforsaken state she lives in? I was especially disgusted by the way she tried to bring in an innocent bystander to have him involve himself in her asinine tirade. She had no problem running over HIS boundaries to stink up his day when all he wanted was all she pretended SHE had wanted the previous night: some donuts. Crazy toxic “fart in public.”

  5. Thanks Frank,

Something I thought of today when I was dealing with a real dense person…. I just wanted to ask em if they just woke up stupid or was it a family defect….I refrained…. But had my snicker all day…

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past… we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude… I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

And so it is with you… we are in charge of our attitudes.”
