Saudi Cleric Rapes, Tortures, and Kills Five-Year-Old Child . . . Pays “Blood Money” To Mother And Receives Eight Years In Jail

article-2273171-1755D803000005DC-483_634x387Saudi preacher gets fine and short jail term for raping and killing daughterFayhan al-Ghamdi is a well-known television commentator in Saudi Arabia who, while not recognized as a cleric, commonly instructed people on good Muslim values and lifestyles. We discussed his case earlier when he was released from jail after paying “blood money” for the raping, torture, and killing of his five-year-old daughter. Now, he has been given just eight years in prison and 800 lashes for the unspeakable crime. Ghamdi’s second wife, accused of taking part in the crime, was sentenced to 10 months in prison and 150 lashes in Saudi Arabia, you can be sentenced to death for adultery, apostasy or blasphemy. However, raping, torturing, and killing a toddler is just a matter of some blood money and an eight year stint. A husband can never be executed for killing one of his children or a wife under religious Sharia law.

article-2449709-189D031000000578-405_634x392The daughter, Lama, was only five but al-Ghamdi accused her of not being a virgin. She was admitted to a hospital on December 25, 2011 with a crushed skull, broken ribs and left arm, extensive bruising and burns as well as a broken back. Ghamdi had used cables and a cane in the beating. A social worker is quoted as saying she had been raped “everywhere”. She lingered in the hospital for ten months before dying.

While the mother insisted that she would not take blood money, she ultimately took one million riyals ($270,000). Other reports put the amounts at $50,000 or half of the cost of a boy.

Any punishment was too much for some. In the initial hearings, the judge indicated that, under Islamic law, a father could not be punished for the death of a daughter.

  1. Oh, and Mohammad, like most Muslim men, was probably the least sexually repressed man on the face of the earth (perhaps short of that guy from Two and a Half Men and that basketball player). And doesn’t appear to curtail their lust or any associated criminality.

In fact, sexual slavery is a common feature of Islam and it still is. I would hope that leftists and Democrats oppose it, though I have come to doubt that now.

Mohammad had a gaggle of wives and a stable of concubines. This is common historical knowledge (except maybe to Harvard grads with impeccable credentials and the like ).

But which of Mohammad’s victims was his favorite?

    The nine year old child.

    So much for sexual non-suppression.

  2. Oh yeah, Nero must have been a Christian. Snicker.

Toynbee, Sorokin, and even Gibbon noticed Unwin’s thesis in their own research. Certainly Freud didn’t prove his own. And I’m challenged to do so? Ha.

And the key to the concept is that a whole (especially the ruling) generation must come to accept the sexual corruption before the final “decline and fall”. So much so that Unwin believed that a group of elites could combine forces to live a life of sexual monogamy and fidelity in order to preserve the entire civilization around them.

Also, the issue is art, industry, science, literature, justice, and such high ideals are advancing. That is the definition of prosperous Unwin used. He called it expansion (which also included trade). Barbarism, on the order of Attila, though expansive in a sense, is not what Unwin was referring to as advancing.

That is why even though Islam is expanding geographically it isn’t in terms of art, literature, music, justice, and certainly science.

We, the USA, have all the hallmarks of a collapsing civilization, the sexual corruption (viz a viz the “liberalization” of sexuality begun in the Roaring Twenties) is a main, but not the only, feature. Widespread political corruption is another indicator and the invasion of barbarian hordes being another. As is destroying the monetary system (in our case intentionally).

The rise of fascism (in modern times) and dictatorship (in all eras) is a natural response to these cultural pathologies. It always has been.

Obama knows this. The CIA knows it. The globalist know it. And that is why they promote it. They want the collapse of one of the greatest civilizations in history.

  3. traveling limey,
“If one of our readers wants to put him in a blender, how would he deal with the MASS murder, injury & torture of shootings like Sandy Hook as condoned & planned by our own president?”
Jim Porter, the NRA president? I sorta suspected…

Thanks for the update! I was confused on who condoned and planned Sandy Hook!
I thought it was you and Alex Jones and the other false-sleuth flags…wait…false-flag sleuths?
Can’t keep it straight…gotta consult InfoWars.

  4. Getting off with a fine would have been terrible, but a real 8 years in jail (destroys career for one thing) & a very substantial payment, is probably the best to hope for. If one of our readers wants to put him in a blender, how would he deal with the MASS murder, injury & torture of shootings like Sandy Hook as condoned & planned by our own president? Don’t knock the blood money so much; it needs to be there in those third world societies; if fact it should be HERE, BIG TIME. Make the criminal PAY whenever possible, rather than endless imprisonment that costs perhaps the cost of the daily rate of the Holiday Inn! Of course there are times for execution in the case of multiple such crimes. If the legal, justice, police system in this country were more ethical, a judge or jury could order an instant execution & save taxpayers the high cost of death row in an unethical society with greedy lawyers & lawyers turned prosecutors.

  5. Spindell –

As can be seen elsewhere, Tootie is your typical hardcore christian teabagger, as short on facts as he/she is on education. T comes from the Glenn Beck (home)school of thought, that “if you make it up as you go, nobody will check”.

As for T’s pathetic claim, the Romans and Mongols did pretty well for long periods of time. And let’s not forget a millennium of catholic rape, pedophilia, concubines, murder, genocide, theft, land grabs, witch hunts and anti-semitism. They’re still around, though now they’re circling the drain.

  6. Sexual repression causing sexual crimes is like saying eating causes obesity. So stop repressing and stop eating and you will fix the problem. LOL!

That is ridiculous. And unscientific. Leftist really cannot stand science.

Sinful man causes sin and error and so shall it ever be until Kingdom come.

The only study I know of (which is conveniently suppressed) that studied this issue ended up in a book written by J.D.Unwin. He thought that Sigmund Freud was correct that sexual repression led to human social pathology/crime/failed communities/etc.. So, being a highly trained and educated cultural anthropologist, Unwin tested Freud’s theory.

He checked out all the major and many of the minor civilizations and their sexual standards. He, not being invested in Christian morality, was shocked to discover that the evidence was not at all what Freud predicted. It appeared to be more the opposite.

The more sexually restrained a civilization, the more successful it was overall.

When it degenerates into what Democrats and leftists approve it ends up collapsing. Which is what we see happening at this very moment. The sexual repression myth needs to die off with the other false theories promoted by corrupt academe.

    1. Tootie wrote: “The more sexually restrained a civilization, the more successful it was overall.”

Thanks for sharing about Unwin. I was unaware of his work. Following is from Wikipedia:

      ====
According to Unwin, after a nation becomes prosperous it becomes increasingly liberal with regard to sexual morality and as a result loses it cohesion, its impetus and its purpose. The process, says the author, is irreversible:

The whole of human history does not contain a single instance of a group becoming civilized unless it has been absolutely monogamous, nor is there any example of a group retaining its culture after it has adopted less rigorous customs.
      ====
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._D._Unwin

      1. “Unwin’s conclusions, which are based upon an enormous wealth of carefully sifted evidence, may be summed up as follows. All human societies are in one or another of four cultural conditions: zoistic, manistic, deistic, rationalistic. Of these societies the zoistic displays the least amount of mental and social energy, the rationalistic the most. Investigation shows that the societies exhibiting the least amount of energy are those where pre-nuptial continence is not imposed and where the opportunities for sexual indulgence after marriage are greatest. The cultural condition of a society rises in exact proportion as it imposes pre-nuptial and post-nuptial restraints upon sexual opportunity.[2]

According to Unwin, after a nation becomes prosperous it becomes increasingly liberal with regard to sexual morality and as a result loses it cohesion, its impetus and its purpose. The process, says the author, is irreversible:

The whole of human history does not contain a single instance of a group becoming civilized unless it has been absolutely monogamous, nor is there any example of a group retaining its culture after it has adopted less rigorous customs.”

From Tootie’s link. The link of course gives us little information about Unwin, other than he attended upper class British Schools. The problem with this quote alone is that by not knowing more about Unwin, we have no way of knowing how he defined a “successful” culture. One wonders too about his view of history. The Spartans for instance were non-monogamous, married men slept with their male comrades, yet for a long while one could define them as successful. This was true of Athens as well. Looking at Rome its’ downfall actually came about when it became less liberal, Emperor and Empire anyone, and when it made Christianity its’ State religion.

      2. I cannot think of one truly prosperous civil society, so the idea that sexual morality plays any significant role into it’s socio-economic outcome is bunk. The outcome of a prosperous and civil society is primarily existent on the extent of the protections of individual rights. The more usurpation of individual rights, the more the ruling class will benefit from the legal manipulations.

        1. hskiprob wrote: “How does one specifically define sexual corruption?”

In the Christian era, sexual immorality became defined as sexual relations outside of a monogamous marriage relationship between one man and one woman. I assume that sexual corruption would be the same as sexual immorality.

Sexual perversion became identified with anal sex, the insertion of objects into genitalia or the anus, the insertion of genitalia into objects like pipes, fisting, golden showers, beastiality, etc.

    2. “The more sexually restrained a civilization, the more successful it was overall.”

      Tootie,

      Prove it with examples.

  7. I read the opening paragraphs of a article or report a couple of months ago that proposed that when the sex ratio is skewed (and it doesn’t have to get skewed too much} paternalism becomes more prominent in custom and by government. This because as the number of women decrease they become a more precious commodity. Their value as a commodity goes up and their value as people goes down. The point is to manage them as it would be with any scarce resource.

I’ve been looking for that article for over an an hour and can’t find it. Check out the sex ratios for the Mideast countries though. They are among the highest in the world, some are the highest in the world. There’s also something very funky with the sex ratio at birth and overall, something fatal is happening to women in some of these countries.

I did check a couple of links regarding immigration because large numbers of male immigrants could skew the numbers. Most guest workers are assumed to be male but most guest workers don’t (aren’t allowed) to stay and what immigrants there are that are granted citizenship were not considered significant to the overall numbers according to the random links I explored for that information.

There is nothing scientific or validated about my posting, FWIW it’s just a minor detour of mine around the interwebs based on an article I can’t find.

List of countries by sex ratio
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_sex_ratio

    1. lottakatz – very interesting. I first wondered about how polygamy factors in here, because wealthier men have more wives, perhaps creating a shortage of women for the common man. The countries skewed toward less females after age 15 are mostly on the same peninsula – Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait. I first wondered if perhaps women were fleeing these countries because of the bad situation there, but then there is Yemen. Located geographically on that same peninsula as these very skewed countries, but it’s sex ratio statistic is right at that world average of 1.05. The Global Gender Gap Report shows Yemen being worse than all other countries in regard to gender inequality.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Gender_Gap_Report

More questions than answers now. I suspect training of men for war or terrorism in these other countries may be the answer, so more men go there, or perhaps more job opportunities for men are there, but more research is needed. Discovering what is different about Yemen from these other skewed countries would help reveal the answer.

  8. So what’s the problem?

“In October 2010, talks that Saudi Arabia was negotiating a $30-60 billion arms package with the USA were made official with a full multi-billion request that included 84 F-15 Strike Eagles to replace the Kingdom’s Tornado strike aircraft and/or F-15A-D fighters, upgrades for another 70 planes, about 132 UH-60 Black Hawk utility and AH-64 attack helicopters, and armaments to equip them.”

A five-year-old girl vs. $60 billion for our “defense” industry.

    No contest.

    Quod Erat Demonstrandum.

  9. How can there be any religion that has such a low esteem of life? It is interesting that all religions have little or no esteem for those that do not believe as they do and have some very peculiar ideas of enforcing their beliefs. As if God gives special advantage to one person or blood line over another. If I am from one bloodline, I’m ridiculed and ostracized by my own brethren, for not believing as the tribe requires. However, we know that all religions have violated the rights and property of their Citizens, often times with the aid of government. For me I do not support either. @Max-1 – A number of Catholic Priests appear to like young children as well. My understanding, from a recent article, is that since Mohamed allowed the marriage of first cousins, the culture has had a significant digression, even in intelligence. I didn’t check the quality of the article but it was interesting that someone even did a study or even thought of the idea, if there was no real study.

  10. PSmith,
    I know, right?

However, according to some western influences, only Muslims are capable of such pedophiliac propensities… Because their Faith, and all that jazz.

  11. Max-1:
“Divorced parents also to blame for pedophilia, Polish Archbishop Jozef Michalik says”

Really? That from the guy who gave sanctuary to a Polish pedo-priest who molested kids in the Dominican Republic? He only “apologized” after that fact was exposed. Otherwise, the rapist would have been allowed to live freely and molest other kids.

  12. Fayhan al-Ghamdi is an evil man.

That Islam is blamed, is pure ignorance.
If I’m wrong, then let ALL ROMAN CATHOLICS be called pedophiles, then.

  13. What OS and Mike S. said.

And here’s a sentence I thought I’d never ever type and anyone who knows me thought they’d never read from me.

I agree with Jamie Dimon too.

There is no excuse for this.

    None.

    It’s inexcusable evil.
