Two men and two women have been arrested after the filming of a young white man being tortured as what appears to be black assailants shout “f–k white people” and “F–k Donald Trump.” While the assailants appear African American as well as the woman filming the disgusting video for Facebook, the police refused to release the race of the arrested individuals or say whether this appears to be a hate crime. There has also been no statement from the Justice Department or agents dispatched to the Chicago to open a duel federal investigation as was the case in racially charged crimes in places like Ferguson, Missouri. The response from the local commander in Chicago is particularly curious. [UPDATE: A second video has surfaced showing the man forced to drink from a toilet.]
Police say that the young man was from the Suburbs and appears mentally ill. His hands appear bound and his mouth taped as the assailants cut and kick him. He cowers in the corner for the 28-minute video. Halfway through, a man says that the victim “represents Trump.”
The man’s parents in nearby Streamwood, Illinois said that the victim’s parents had not heard from him since December 31st.
When pressed about the absence of any word on a charge of a hate crime, Area North Detectives Commander Kevin Duffin said the department was considering whether race was a motivation and added “They’re young adults. And they make stupid decisions. That certainly will be part of whether or not we seek a hate crime to determine whether this is sincere or just stupid ranting and raving.” Young adults “make stupid decisions” to torture an innocent man on film? Is this really like standing up in a car through the sun roof in traffic or hopping freight cars? I do not recall the youth of culprits being factored into other alleged hate crimes. The use of “hate crime” charges remains controversial among some civil libertarians but the greatest concern is whether the charges appear sometimes based on not just legal but political factors.

We would be inundated with news reports, 24/7, of how a perpetual undercurrent of racism is still rampant in the US, despite the fact that an African-American has been elected President for two, long and tortuous years. Yes, folks. This is what our descent into Hell has wrought. All those “peaceful” demonstrations, the crying-meltdown parties, where insane individuals were coddled and pacified after the Trump victory have been very useful–they have served to embolden these animals. I don’t expect the Traitor-in-Chief to be calling any emergency press conferences today to discuss this episode. Why would he? Too busy attacking Israel at the UN and planning his next assault in Paris before he finally leaves office. Or, maybe it’s because if Obama had a son, he wouldn’t look like a white, mentally and psychologically impaired young man. Well, okay–he just wouldn’t look white.

We already have laws against violent crime, terrorism, kidnapping, torture, mayhem… Most crime is some form of hate, envy, or covetousness – against women, minorities, politics, religion, sexual orientation, the guy standing between you and his wallet, the rich guy he envies, the player he envies, the beautiful woman who won’t go out with him, the elderly woman who won’t just hand over her pension to make his life easier…

Karen, when was the last time you heard a news report that labeled the suspect as white? It’s the default position and race only comes into question if the suspect is a minority. Perhaps that default lack of a label when it’s a white suspect should change.

On this same topic. The local Madison paper published weekly mugshots provided by the police of wanted fugitives. Now, the Madison Police Dept. is as PC as any in this country. A majority of these fugitives happen to be black and Hispanic. That’s the REALITY. The PC Crusaders complained. So, for some weeks there were no public service ads w/ mugshots. Then, I noticed the ads returned. And, every week it was almost 50/50 minority/white. But, a closer look showed how that was achieved. The ads, before the PC Squad jumped into action, were all bad actors, multiple felony convictions and wanted on serious charges. The new ones had some of the white fugitives for shoplifting, bad checks, etc. PC KILLS!!
