Thanks for the info. This the first time that I have heard this.
But I found what you were talking about. Here’s the line & verse of the Georgia State Constitution which states exactly what you claim:

Article II, Section II, Paragraph II. Run-off election. A run-off election shall be a continuation of the general election and only persons who were entitled to vote in the general election shall be entitled to vote therein; and only those votes cast for the persons designated for the runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast.

Senators Perdue & Loeffler need to sue immediately in both federal and state courts & get an injunction to separate ballots cast by anyone who was not registered to vote in he General Election, so they will not be tabulated. The Senators also need to ask the federal and/or state judges to enforce this injunction by sending in bailiffs or US Marshalls to stand guard over these illegally cast ballots until prosecutors can look at them and decide whether or not to charge these illegal voters with a crime.

I don’t understand how nobody has sued yet to make sure that new registrants CANNOT vote. If they couldn’t vote in the General Election, then they definitely CANNOT vote in something that the Georgia State Constitution clearly states is just “a continuation of the general election”.

  2. Talk About Under-Reported!

A White House official who fell ill with Covid-19 in September is recovering after three months in the hospital, though he lost his right foot and lower leg in his battle against the virus, according to a friend.

Crede Bailey, the director of the White House security office, was the most severely ill among dozens of Covid-19 cases known to be connected to the White House. Bailey’s family has asked the White House not to publicize his condition, and President Donald Trump has never publicly acknowledged his illness.

Bailey’s friends have raised more than $30,000 for his rehabilitation through a GoFundMe account. The White House declined to say whether Trump has contributed to the effort.

“Crede beat COVID-19 but it came at a significant cost: his big toe on his left foot as well as his right foot and lower leg had to be amputated,” Dawn McCrobie, who organized the GoFundMe effort for Bailey, wrote Dec. 7.

Bailey is now at a rehabilitation center and will be fitted for a prosthetic leg in the coming months, she wrote.

Two people familiar with Bailey’s situation confirmed that McCrobie is a friend. They asked not to be identified because Bailey’s family has tried to keep his illness private.

McCrobie did not respond to messages and White House spokespeople declined to comment. Efforts to reach Bailey and multiple members of his family by phone, e-mail and social media have been unsuccessful.

After this story was published, McCrobie updated the GoFundMe page to advise Bailey’s friends to ignore messages from journalists. “Per Crede’s wishes, please let the media tell their story without your input,” she wrote.

Bailey’s office handles credentialing for access to the White House complex and works closely with the U.S. Secret Service on security measures. Bailey was known on the compound as a strong Trump supporter.

Edited from: “White House Official Recovers From Severe Covid 19, Friends Say”

    Bloomberg, 12/14/20

This article clearly notes that Mr Bailey is a “strong Trump supporter”; which may explain the reluctance to have his story known. After playing-down the pandemic for months, Donald Trump would scarcely want the public knowing that a White House official lost a let to Covid.

This article, however, illustrates how in any given news cycle, a number of significant stories escape public notice.

      1. You might be partially correct Iowan. Covid causes vascular problems. Diabetes as you say can cause vascular problems as well and not that uncommonly can cause loss of a toe or limb.

His job description makes one assume he might be older. Assuming diabetes and assuming he is in the older age group he would be at greater risk of Covid. Assuming Diabetes and Covid one might assume both together could have caused the loss of his leg.

      2. In the United States, every year about 73,000 amputations of the lower limb not related to trauma are performed on people with diabetes.

25 MUST Know Statistics About Amputation Due to Diabetes

Diabetes is a common medical condition in the United States – at least 9% of Americans are living with diabetes.[i]

Diabetes affects many areas of the body. If you’ve been diagnosed with diabetes, you need to be aware of your feet and watch out for diabetic foot ulcers. What are diabetic foot ulcers? Diabetic foot ulcers are sores that develop on your feet, and they can develop even from seemingly trivial injuries to the feet. Diabetic foot ulcers are a common cause of amputation due to diabetes.

  3. Communist News Network buried the story of mountains of evidence demonstrating massive election fraud and tampering.

Communist News Network buried the truth about the Biden family.

Communist News Network buried the story of acquiescence and surrender by the judicial branch, with emphasis on the Supreme Court, to the American Communist Deep Deep State.

Joe Biden in the figurehead president of the American Communist Deep Deep State.

Joe Biden will never be the President of the United States of America.

The 2020 election was corrupted and will never be legitimate.

No election in America will ever be free, fair or valid or, otherwise, obtain any weight or force again.

One ponders that which drove Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jay, Madison, Hamilton, Paine, Hancock et al. to conduct a kinetic revolution against the British empire.

      1. you are getting quite good at humping everyone who comments on here.

      2. We don’t yet have an accepted term for Woke Capital Neo-Bolshevist Biological Leninism. We don’t have that accepted term because TPTB are afraid that the public would catch on that this is the de facto official religion of the American Empire.

  4. A question by Tucker to Joe Biden whether or not he will govern as part of an oligarchy.

“So here you have Hunter Biden, a person who became so dependent on peddling influence that he couldn’t live on a $550,000-per-year salary.

If you’re going to restore democracy, the rest of us have a right to know exactly where the money came from, what they did for it, and what effect it is going to have on the country going forward. In a democracy, that’s a very basic request, and there’s nothing democratic about ignoring the question. In fact, it just confirms what’s obvious, which is that Biden and his cronies don’t plan to govern this county as a democracy, but instead as an oligarchy.”

    1. well sorry to break the news. but it was an oligarchy before during and after. plus ca change plus le meme chose

until we strike at the billionaires, directly, nothing changes

  5. Jonathan: Diversion, diversion. That is your stock in trade. In two columns you attempt to again gin up allegations that Hunter Biden, and by implication his father, was involved in a “scandal”, a “global influence peddling scheme” and the mainstream press have been “dupes” in covering up the story because the “media was openly in the bag for candidate Biden..” All you have to say are just allegations. Nothing has been proven against either Hunter Biden or his father in a court of law. As an attorney the “presumption of innocent” should be of concern to you, It has been in your defense of other prominent individuals–like Michael Flynn. But when it comes to the Bidens you seem to relish in piling on with unproven allegations. Why is that so?

Back in October Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, delivered to the New York Post what he claimed were e-mails from a laptop Hunter Biden dropped off at computer repair shop. The owner of the lap-top, who is blind, could not ID the person who dropped off the computer. The story was widely covered by the media, not covered up. So far as I can tell the FBI has not been able to authenticate any of the e-mails or any other forensic evidence that would show the laptop belonged to Hunter. The press dropped the story because there was no there, there. Since the election Giuliani has been running around the country with his hair on fire–making an ass of himself in court trying to “prove” the election was stolen from his client. He even presented witnesses who lied before judges. Giuliani has no shred of credibility so I don’t believe anything Giuliani claims about Hunter Biden.

Despite the fact a Republican Senate panel couldn’t find anything incriminating about Hunter’s business activities the allegations persist. It is possible Hunter has an unreported tax problem. A lot of people do. Just ask Donald Trump who is being investigated for possible tax fraud by the state of New York. This is something you never discuss but no doubt will be front and center after Trump leaves office. Since the election the DOJ has revealed it is investigating Hunter’s taxes. To his credit AG Barr made a big effort not to reveal this investigation because he knew Trump would use this investigation to try to smear the Biden campaign. Trump was furious at Barr and has considered firing him for not following the party line. Barr saw the writing on the wall and resigned first.

Now you, Newsmax, the WSJ, Fox and the rest of the right-wing media are trying to divert attention back to Hunter Biden to avoid talking about Trump’s refusal to concede, even after the Electoral College vote yesterday. Trump’s continuing unconstitutional abuse of power now involves having his Reichminister of racist immigration policy, Stephen Miller, go on Fox and announce the administration will seek a slate of electors from contested states who support Trump in a “Hail Mary” attempt to overturn a legitimate election. That’s breathtaking, unprecedented and sedition. Trump lost all his legal challenges but is now willing to resort to extra-legal attempts to hold onto power. This is the real story you choose to ignore by reviving unproven allegations against Hunter Biden–all in an attempt to smear the incoming Biden administration, forcing Joe Biden to address this bogus issue when the existential threat facing the country is Covid-19 that is claiming 3,000 American lives every day. You should be ashamed you have signed on to the right-wing agenda that wants to sabotage anything the Biden administration attempts in solving all the real problems facing the country.

    1. “administration will seek a slate of electors from contested states who support Trump in a “Hail Mary” attempt to overturn a legitimate election. That’s breathtaking, unprecedented and sedition.”

Not sedition, that is actually lawful politics, even though it will fail

Sedition is what John Brennan does. but, because he is doing it at behest of billionaires, there are no charges.

      1. Says the guy who’s hero’s main legislative accomplishment was a huge corporate tax cut.

  6. Eric Swallowell was a regular guest on Martha MacCallum’s show on Fox. Chris Wallace protected Joe Biden during the debate from being asked any questions about Tony Bobulinksi (who was in the audience) or Hunter’s questionable business transactions. Snakes in the grass.

    1. Anonymous, all the mainstream media protected Trump from the allegations in the Steele Dossier in 2016. It’s called responsible journalism.

“…The founders of Fusion GPS have described how they did not hide the fact that they were researching Trump and Russia: “Fusion and Steele tried to alert U.S. law enforcement and the news media to the material they’d uncovered …” and their office became “something of a public reading room” for journalists seeking information. In September they arranged a private meeting between Steele and reporters from The Washington Post, The New York Times, The New Yorker, ABC News, and other outlets. The results were disappointing, as none published any stories before the election.[57]

Jane Mayer has described how, in “late summer, Fusion set up a series of meetings, at the Tabard Inn, in Washington, between Steele and a handful of national-security reporters. … Despite Steele’s generally cool manner, he seemed distraught about the Russians’ role in the election.” Mayer attended one of the meetings. None of these news organizations ran any stories about the allegations at that time.[21]…”

      1. Yeah, Joe, in Comey’s letter to Congress about the FBI’s investigation into Weiner’s laptop, Comey should have also mentioned that Trump was under investigation. That mention might have changed the course of history. Instead we only learned about Russian meddling like the ‘day after’ the election. Only then did mainstream media really let us know the extent Russia had meddled.

        1. Agree anonymous. Some Deep State conspirator Comey was! Some pro-Dem media! Harvard study found news generally negative around that election, and equally so Hillary and Donald in the general, but he got better – and more – coverage in the primary.

  7. Turley tweets: “Barr has always proven the ultimate immovable object in the path of irresistible forces. He has a sense of his own “True North” and does not break from that line of sight. Barr will have his family time. That is good for his family, but not so good for the country.”

Mitt Romney (R-UT), another “True North” Republican in the eyes of many, appeared on CNN with Dana Bash during today’s noon hour to support Leader McConnell’s recognition of President-elect Biden. Romney continued to strongly chart forward an alternative Republican narrative to Trumpism. Between the antipodes of Romney and Trump, a battle for the soul of the Republican Party quietly rages.

Meanwhile Marco Rubio (R-FL) has vowed to hold a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing into the Swalwell Affair if Republicans hold the Senate after the runoff elections in Georgia, where President-elect Biden is scheduled to campaign for Ossoff and Warnock later this afternoon. Will continued adherence to Trumpism cost Loeffler and Perdue their seats? Now that the Electoral College has spoken, will these Georgian Republicans tack toward McConnell, if not toward Romney?

    1. Maxson, Turley can’t address those other issues because he’s too busy telling us that mainstream media ignores so-called ‘scandals’ near and dear to conservatives. Like the media needs to adopt an Affirmative Action program for news stories to ensure that Pro-Conservative ‘scandals’ get the coverage they ‘deserve’.

Finally, a forensic audit of the Dominion machines.

The Dominion voting machines were used in some 19 states (and most of the swing states). It has long been known that those machines are easily corruptible. (See the 3 Texas reports on why they rejected Dominion.)

And now, a *post-election* forensic audit of those machines has been completed. The report was ordered to be released by Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer. Here are some of the highlights (lowlights?) from that audit:

    — “We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is *intentionally and purposefully* designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.” (Emphasis added.)

    — “The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of
68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.”

    Let that sink in.

The FEC allowable error rate for voting systems is .0008%.

The Dominion machines error rate is *68.05%*.

    — “A staggering number of votes required adjudication. This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by *intentional errors in the system*. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency or audit trail.” (Emphasis added.)

Combine the above point with this:

    — “Significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years; but *all adjudication log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing*. The adjudication process is the simplest way to manually manipulate votes. The lack of records prevents any form of audit accountability, and their conspicuous absence is extremely suspicious since the files exist for previous years using the same software.” (Emphasis added.)

Here is the complete report: https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/20423772/antrim-county-forensics-report.pdf

Please do not claim: “Well, even if that report is accurate, it’s only a few Dominion machines that were rigged.” SOP in audits: If some in a lot are found to be tainted, assume the entire lot is tainted — and throw them *all* out. That is why manufacturers clear out the shelves of a product — nationwide — when just some are found to be tainted.

If you trust Dominion, I dare you to eat a brand of ice cream in, say Georgia, when that brand has been found to contain listeria in, say, Michigan.

(Before you commit the fallacy of ad hominem, by smearing the auditors, you might want to check out their credentials. Better yet, focus on their *argument*.)

    1. Sam,

As I pointed out to you when you posted that to a different column this morning:

“The report is signed by Russell Ramsland of Allied Security Operations Group. Ramsland, a cybersecurity analyst and former Republican congressional candidate, mistook voting jurisdictions in Minnesota for Michigan towns in one recent flawed analysis of voter turnout in the Nov. 3 election. In another, filed in support of a federal lawsuit filed in Michigan, he made wildly inaccurate claims about voter turnout in various Michigan municipalities claiming that Detroit, where turnout was 51%, had turnout of 139%, and that North Muskegon, which had turnout of 78%, had voter turnout of 782%.
“… ‘Because voting tabulators in Michigan use hand-marked, paper ballots, any alleged errors in tabulators can be caught during a hand recount, which any candidate could have requested in Antrim County,’ [Michigan Elections Director] Brater said. ‘This week the Michigan Bureau of Elections and Antrim County will also be conducting a hand tally of all ballots cast in the presidential election in Antrim County, which will provide further verification that the Antrim County results are accurate.’ That audit is set to begin Thursday, officials said. …
“In a joint statement, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Attorney General Dana Nessel said ASOG ‘has no apparent expertise in election administration and technology,’ and its work appears ‘limited to the previous release and amplification of other false information and fake documents.’”

The report is clearly disputed, and Ramsland has previously included totally false statements in his reports. Not sure why you have confidence in someone who makes demonstrated errors like the ones identified above.

We’ll find out more on Thursday.

      1. Sam, we don’t know what you’re report is based on or if it’s even remotely legit. Anyone can create bogus documents that look official online.

        1. If you have evidence of a fraudulent forensic audit, you should report it to the authorities.

        2. “Anyone can create bogus documents that look official online.”

That is true. But it seems it is also true for ballots and voting machines. Anyone in the right position can approve tens of thousands of ballots that are fraudulent especially when the onlookers are thrown out of the room. Good programmers can create voting machines that illegally alter the vote.

That is why your complaint should be taken seriously as should the complaint of voter fraud be taken seriously. There is enough out there to know there are problems but you are a hack who only looks at one side of the coin and you have no moral objections to stealing votes from others as long as it is in your favor.

          1. Mel: “That is why your complaint should be taken seriously . . .”

Actually, Anon’s arbitrary allegation should *not* be taken seriously. That forensic audit of the Dominion machines does *not* just “look official online.” If Anon had bothered to educate himself, he would have discovered that the audit was conducted as part of plaintiff’s suit against Antrim County, MI. And, as my post notes, Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer ordered that it be released to the public.

            1. The plaintiff moved that it be allowed to be released publicly. The judge ruled in his favor. That doesn’t mean the report is accurate. It isn’t.

              1. It means that we get transparency. Certainly the claims of anonymous above should be taken seriously but as we look deeper the anonymous claims become weaker and weaker while the claims in favor of Trump become stronger and stronger.

So far the claims of no election fraud have been proven false while the charges of significant election fraud and misdoings by Democrats have been proven true. The only question that remains is whether or not in such an abbreviated time span and Democrats hiding things there is time to prove the case of overwhelming fraud to turn over the election.

Logic tells us there likely was fraud.
Statistical calculations tell us the same.
We have seen illegal actions in multiple states by Democrats.
                We have seen laws disregarded.
We have seen the Supreme Court disregarded.

                1. I don’t know who you think is saying “no election fraud.” There’s a small amount of election fraud by individuals, and some people have already been arrested for it.

“the charges of significant election fraud and misdoings by Democrats have been proven true.”

                  Prove it.

“Statistical calculations tell us the same.”

Prove it and the rest of your claims.

                  1. I’d argue that the Lie of the Year is that Trump won Florida and Ohio, earned 13M more votes than in 2016, but lost the election to an 80 year old man who didn’t campaign. #lieoftheyear

                    1. There were no election irregularities in Florida that you have noted.

                      Prove you contention.

                  2. ‘”While the media and Democrats accuse us of ‘making it all up’ … our evidence comes from both data scientists and brave whistleblowers. Here’s what we found [in NV]:

                    – Over 42,000 people voted more than once. Our experts were able to make this determination by reviewing the list of actual voters and comparing it to the list of other voters with the same name, address and DOB. This method was also able to catch people using different variations of their first name … as well as individuals who were registered under both a married name and maiden name.

                    – At least 1,500 dead people are recorded as voting, as shown by comparing the list of mail voters with the Social Security Death Records.

                    – More than 19,000 people voted even though they didn’t live in NV. This does NOT include military voters or students. These voters were identified by comparing the list of voters with the USPS National Change of Address database, among other sources.

                    – About 8,000 people voted from non-existent addresses. Here, we cross-referenced voters with the Coding Accuracy Support System, which allowed our experts to ID undeliverable addresses.

                    – Over 15,000 votes were cast from commercial or vacant addresses. Our experts found these voters by analyzing official USPS records that flag non-residential addresses, and addresses vacant for more than 90 days.

                    – Incredibly, 4,000 non-residents also voted, as determined by comparing official DMV records of non-residents to the list of actual voters in the 2020 election.

                    – All in all, our experts identified 130,000 UNIQUE instances of voter fraud in NV…..cont’d…..

                    Jesse Binnall opening statement

                    1. Anon: “Here’s what we found [in NV]:”

Excellent summary of the election improprieties and fraud in Nevada.

                      Thank you.

                  3. No need to prove it. I have seen enough of what anonymous folk have written about laws and facts finding most of it wrong. My guess is a lot of that came from you.

Just look at the states in question and ask yourself how Republican poll watchers were thrown out at the same time the Biden numbers climbed in a straight line. That is not how the voting is supposed to be counted. Explain why that is appropriate behavior.

Take a look at the unconstitutional changes of the voting laws in the various states like PA and Wi. These things have been posted over and over again but you pretend not to notice. Explain how that is legal.

My case has been proven. Yours has not.

No need to continue this discussion unless you recognize the things that have been pointed out over and over again. Deal with them..

              2. Anon: “The plaintiff moved that it be allowed to be released publicly.”

And the state of Michigan *agreed* with the plaintiff’s request. You’re ignoring facts that are inconvenient to your arbitrary assertions.

              3. Anon: “That doesn’t mean the report is accurate. It isn’t.”

The forensic audit provides lots of evidence and is filled with *arguments” to support the conclusion: The Dominion machines were corrupted.

If you have counter-*arguments* to refute that report, then provide them. Otherwise, your “it isn’t” is merely an arbitrary assertion — and should be dismissed without consideration.

  9. Turley: don’t you think it’s time that you disclosed whether you are on the Fox payroll? Let’s start with some facts, shall we? What, exactly, citing evidence, is the Biden “scandal”? What, exactly, citing evidence is the Swalwell “scandal”? Do you have any specific proof and court-admissible evidence? Is there any proof? Have there been any charges filed, or is there anything other than the endless whining of the losers on Fox speculating and accusing Hunter Biden and Eric Swalwell of various misdeeds, plus their choir boys like you attacking major media for not being more pro-Trump?

And, Turley, you really need to stop playing games with Trump and Russia. You know damn good and well that he never cooperated with the Mueller investigation, that he refused to produce documents, that he procured the non-cooperation of vital witnesses and that is the sole reason the full truth was never uncovered. Nothing fell apart: Trump cheated Mueller and the American people from learning the truth. You also know damn good and well that American Intelligence agencies found that Russia did help Trump cheat, and that Mueller couldn’t depose key witnesses or get documents from the Russians, either. So, we’re supposed to believe that the Russian cheating happened without Trump’s knowledge or consent, when everyone knows that Trump was trying to do business deals in Russia? You also know damn good and well that Dan Coats was fired as the head of American Intelligence because he wouldn’t lie for Trump, just like you pal, Billy Barr, got fired because he also wouldn’t lie for Trump.

Here’s why your credibility keeps eroding away: we have someone occupying the Oval Office who cheated to get there, who has never captured even 50% approval of the American people, who voted in historic numbers to rid themselves of this albatross, but who keeps lying that he won the election anyway. He has clogged up state and federal courts with baseless lawsuits alleging fraud without any evidence, and has tried to connive a way to get legislatures in certain states that have Republican legislatures to try to award him the election despite the will of the voters. He keeps whipping up his disciples into believing his lies, all at a time when this country is suffering economically and battling a pandemic, and yet he keeps holding super spreader events and being a poor role model. Yet, all Turley uses his platform for is to complain about media not sufficiently playing up allegations against Eric Swalwell and Hunter Biden. There are allegations only–no charges, and none of this comes even close to damaging America like Trump and his huge ego. Yet another example of Turley trying to normalize the absurdly abnormal Trump.

    1. Both Hunter and Jimmy Biden are under federal investigation. Do you think voters are entitled to know there’s at least one grand jury with likely indictments coming for the corrupt son and perhaps brother, of the incoming president? Why shouldn’t the media delve into this? They didn’t hesitate to make stuff up about Trump, not for one second did they hesitate to run with an unverified, anonymously-sourced negative ‘story’ re Trump.

      1. The main stream media was aware of the Steele allegations against Trump a month and a half before the 2016 election and did not report them.

Comey announced a renewed investigation into Hillary 2 weeks before that election but kept the FBI investigation into the Trump campaign secret from voters.

        1. Indictments will be coming for Comey’s corrupt team and Mueller’s corrupt team as well. And hopefully, John Brennan.

      2. “under federal investigation” from an administration controlled by Trump, who fires DOJ and FBI people who won’t go after his enemies means exactly nothing, other than the motivations should be questioned because we all know now about Trump and the fact that he doesn’t understand that the DOJ and FBI are not his personal attorneys and investigators whom he thinks exist to protect him and his cronies and to go after his enemies. “at least” one grand jury and “likely indictments” are nothing–they haven’t happened. There’s nothing to report, but does that stop Fox? What should non-Trump media “delve” into? Grand jury proceedings are confidential, as required by law. Where’s the proof that Hunter Biden or his uncle are “corrupt”, and how, exactly, would that smear Biden, even if it were true? What crimes have they been convicted of? He’s not going to have either his son or his brother as part of his administration. What “stuff” was “made up” about Trump? He has always had a bad reputation as a cheater and con-man in every aspect of his life–in his 3 marriages (so far), in his business dealings, in cheating in taxes, filing false financial statements to get loans and to juice up his Forbes rating– the list is lengthy. Biden does not have this kind of reputation. You don’t have to look very far or dig very deep to find negative things about Trump, including books by his former attorney and his niece, both of whom know him and his sins very well.

        1. Natcha, one wonders what she will have to say once her obsessively hated object of derision Trump sails off into sunset

        2. The media can start by reporting on Tony Bobulinski’s statement that he met with Joe Biden and discussed ‘Biden family business’ which proves Joe Biden is a flatout liar. Not one reporter has asked the question: did you meet with Bobulinksi as he says you did?

Oh Biden has a reputation alright, it’s just that the lamestream media doesn’t trash him day and night because he’s a Democrat. Remember when Kamala called Joe a racist? Remember when Kamala said she “believed the women” that were accusing Joe of sexual assault?

And Eric ‘Wingman’ Holder, first AG ever to be held in contempt of Congress was not acting as Obama’s personal attorney? Spare us.

          1. Clarence Thomas has some thoughts about Joe Biden’s “reputation” as well as Anita Hill. Joe Biden single handedly created the model of circus-like, contemptuous Supreme Court nomination hearings.

Joe Biden is a known liar, a known plagiarizer, a known sleezy corrupt politician, a known dum dum, and a known racist who cheated his way through law school.

      3. “Do you think voters are entitled to know there’s at least one grand jury with likely indictments coming for the corrupt son and perhaps brother, of the incoming president? ”

The law and the Constitution say that Grand Jury proceedings are supposed to be secret. So the answer to your question is no the piblic is not entitled to know about it. If there is an indictment you will hear about it. If no indictment you should never hear about it.

        1. It never stopped the lamestream media from reporting leak after leak after leak coming out of the Obama DOJ did it?

  10. So the President is tweeting about why Hunter Biden should go to jail.
The President is also tweeting today about why the Republican Governor and Secretary of State should go to jail.
The President is pardoning his friends and partners in corruption and coverup, such as Michael Flynn.

The mainstream media can just follow these invitations to help Trump put his enemies in prison and free his friends (that is what Turley likes to help with), or they can make their own judgments about what is newsworthy. Bill Barr assisted in this effort for a long time but even some of the asks were too great so he is out.

    1. Agreed. Who knows what straw broke the camel’s back for Barr–after all, he lied about the Mueller Report and went along with all of the Trump BS until it came to the lying about election fraud. He stood behind Chris Krebs and declared there was no evidence of intentional, widespread fraud that would have affected the outcome of the election. He also wouldn’t go along with smearing Hunter Biden by announcing before the election that there was nothing but an “investigation”, which, given this administration, is questionable. You have to wonder whether there’s more to this story to come. The truth is too much for Trump, so Barr has to go. Why doesn’t this offend Turley?

      1. Barr was told he was going to be fired, or he could resign if he wrote the “Dear Leader” letter.

      2. “The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it.” ― George Orwell

  11. Globalist droping a dirty fraud ‘terrorist’ global cyber attack?

    Solar winds hack a preview?

  12. Breaking News CNN has just announced there is an expected critical shortage which may be greater than the Toilet paper shortage earlier this year of Rose Colored classes and advised its viewers to buy them immediately. CNN went on to say “The advisory is germane for our viewers to understand the facts we present.” This is satire for those with no sense of humor!

  13. It’s a covert investigation. Maybe a special counsel will be set up. Why is JT making such an issue out of Hunter? What information can the media reveal? Unless there is a whistle blower we have to wait until more information is revealed to us from the investigation.

  14. The Biden family business of cashing in on Joe’s office and taking bribes from hostile foreign powers was going on all during the ‘scandal-free’ Obama presidency. Joe Biden scolds the press and insists, “my son did nothing wrong” and “I’m proud of my son.” Ethics be damned, of course. It’s the family business.

With so many unreported and covered up scandals from the corrupt Obama administration, and so few real achievements or successes on behalf of the American people, one wonders what on earth Barack Obama’s ghost writers are writing about as we await the publication of Volume 2 of Obama’s third autobiography…..speaking of ‘portion control’…

  15. When they show all these dumb smokers on tv why don’t they announce that suicide is dangerous?

    1. More people died from smoking this year than died from the virus. And: Smokers were quicker to croak when they got the virus.

          1. What a cavalier attitude towards a contagious disease that has already killed more than 300K of your fellow Americans in less than a year, created longterm health problems for others, and created financial problems for many more, because it was handled so poorly by the government.

            1. ” because it was handled so poorly by the government.”

How correct you are. The head of the government of NYS, a Democrat, killed how many thousands of seniors by ordering the placement of Covid in nursing homes. Some estimate the number at significantly greater then 10,000 The Mayor of NYC helped spread the virus and was a slob. He couldn’t clean up the transit system killing more. Cuomo, the governor didn’t buy the ventilators his health experts told him were needed long before Covid. Cuomo was wrong about almost everything having to do with Covid. Other Democratic leaders put Covid patients in nursing homes as well. They arbitrarily closed places of business killing the small businessman and his family while they went out and had expensive meals in violation of the law.

Yes, Commit, you are correct. “it was handled so poorly by the government.” and most of the worst were Democrats.

          2. You are commenting on a link by a notorious liar who is referencing a document by the University of Washington that believes “Racism is a public health issue”

            C’mon man!

NB: the linked document is dated Dec 4th and based on their custom made model……a model….and we don’t mean Heidi Klum

“Racism is a public health issue
Fighting health inequity means fighting against racism. Black lives matter.

Recent events including the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Manuel Ellis, Tony McDade, James Scurlock, and Ahmaud Arbery testify to the racial injustice that persists across our country and within our communities. We share in the outrage and anguish expressed around the United States in response to the treatment of Black Americans by the police and the toll of police killings. And similar injustices are pervasive in many other parts of the world. We commit to working to produce the evidence that racism and discrimination are critical public health issues that demand an urgent response, wherever they occur.

IHME can and will do more to illuminate the public health impacts of systemic racism. We will undertake research to address racial disparities in a range of areas, including life expectancy, child mortality, education, and economic opportunity. We will expand our work on COVID-19 to specifically examine the differential impacts of the disease by race. And we will make every effort to bring attention to police brutality.

We will do this work while making our own organization more diverse and inclusive.

We are committed to this fight.

            Christopher Murray

            IHME Director”

  16. Turley is correct, CNN et all are incompetent unless they are driven by an agenda, in which case they are more than competent. Therefore americans could benefit from a report on the budgets and communications between all the standard media outlets, who for some magical reason (no doubt phone calls between them) never deviate from the same oversimple points of view on what should be very complex stories with side disparities as reported, in fact the vast majority of media on the center left often use the same words, as though their journalists are actually copyists.

Had Russiagate been correctly reported as bunk a year ago, Trump would have won this election. I am glad he did not because I am sick of him, but the fact remains it is the knee-jerk-in-unison of associating Trump with Russia that converted moderates to kick him out.

      1. What, Joe? Trump colluded with you and your lot? I don’t believe it. However it would not surprise me to learn that you knew Hillary.

        1. Joe has been corrected numerous times. I’m waiting for him to quote in context the part that says Trump colluded. We need the evidence. We have people like Schiff who lie in Congress because they have protection from slander within its walls. Those types of lies even appear in documents.

Today, we know that whatever collusion did occur came from the Democrats and that more than collusion occurred in China provided by the Biden Family selling America down the drain.

      2. Joe Friday, so explain where the election help was for Trump this time around. Haven’t we been hearing for four years that Trump is ‘Putin’s puppet’? Didn’t Putin want to make sure his ‘puppet’ got reelected?

  17. Just add watch the news along with read the newspaper and Mark Twain’s quote is more appropriate than ever.

  18. We are now well beyond “journalism” and are deeply entrenched in the propaganda State media. Whether it is the refusal to cover a story of national importance, selectively editing the story to fit a narrative or just outright fabrication, it IS the current reality. But it gets worse. The spooks are now working hand-in-hand with the “news” media. Anyone who has a different point of view is ridiculed, censored and/or canceled. Now that Biden has been crowned, we have an official State media. Truly, a sad state of affairs.

    1. Now that Biden has been crowned, we have an official State media.

You are late to the game. Those who deny any of this are the same types who covered for Joseph Stalin, Mao, Hitler, and on and on and on. Clintons, Democrats, Marxists, Bidens, Chinese, Liberal News Media…..all cut from the same red cloth.

It is only a question as to when they will start rounding up Americans and shipping them to concentration camps just like the CCP does to Uyghur Muslims. Our Second Amendment exists for these very times.

      1. “”At the opening dinner of the Osaka G-20 meeting in June 2019, with only interpreters present, Xi had explained to Trump why he was basically building concentration camps in Xinjiang,” Bolton writes in his upcoming book, per the WSJ.

“According to our interpreter, Trump said that Xi should go ahead with building the camps, which Trump thought was exactly the right thing to do. The National Security Council’s top Asia staffer, Matthew Pottinger, told me that Trump said something very similar during his November 2017 trip to China.”

        1. we need some re-education facilities for the minions of the billionaires
lots of useless bureaucrats are going to have to learn something useful, like growing food
