There will be no expelliarmus orders in English prisons. English inmates have won the right to keep twigs in their cells to use as wands. This is still better than the American prisoner’s demanding to have Thor’s hammer and sword available to them.
Prison officials have been told to allow inmates to bring and decorate twigs as wands.
Justice Reform Minister Maria Eagle has confirmed that “Religious artefacts are allowed for relevant faiths within the constraints of good order and discipline. The religious artefacts for pagan prisoners include a flexible twig for a wand.”
U.S. prisons do permit Pagan rituals, but specify that wands can be “no larger than a pencil,” click here.

whooliebacon,
Use the power of the wand. Mj is Niblet’s father!
Jill
Is niblet and MJ Troof the same?
Mj Troof:
Say it ain’t so, Joe. I do find though that behind all humor is a repressed sentiment crying to get out. Students or no, I suspect we have a closet conservative in our midst, and I couldn’t be happier about it. However, I shall miss considering niblet as the anti-Christ.
Hey YO!
There is no Niblet !
One of your very own tipped you off that its students messin’ wit y’all. It is really getting sore because its a waste of time. Just ask the prof to check out the IP addresses from the posts. C’mon corn flakes – enough.

I have copied your comment to my hard drive. To save you some time and effort, I will post it for you on every topic on this blog regardless of the subject. I may even venture to other blogs on astronomy or chemistry or whatever and share your prescient thoughts there too. I know it makes you feel good, and, after all, isn’t that what we attorneys are here for anyway? Yours in law and your friend,
Mespo
Well, sure glad this couldn’t happen in, cough cough, the United States…………..
Friggin attorneys. No common sense at all; just money grubbing lackeys.
Next on Prison Break!
Scofield uses a (no longer than a pencil) “wand” to divine Sucre from Sona with T-Bag and Bellick in tow.
Mespo,
There is etiquette for the use of wands and pendulums. I’m pretty certain you just violated it above.
FYI–I have knowledge of proper pendulum use and I’m sharing it-don’t strike me dead Thor! When usind a pendulum, ALWAYS BE DISCREET! As explained to me (this is a true story); when you are in your local health food store and want to know if the bananas really are organic, you move the pendulum over them, but you do this discreetly. Personally I don’t question that they are NOT organic as the owner is a rapacious liar, but should I need to confirm this, I have pendulum at the ready.
