Fatal Attraction: Oklahoma Faces Two Cases Of Men Who Allegedly Advocated Beheading Women As Justified Under Islam

Muriithi-300x300nolen-facebook-twoWe have been discussing the alarming and baffling migration of Muslim men and women from the West to join the blood-soaked Islamic State or ISIS forces as they behead and murder their way through captured territories. While the vast majority of Muslims are disgusted by ISIS, the chilling reality is that there is a large portion of people who do not just support but long to behead and torture other people. Oklahoma is facing precisely that reality in two cases involving Muslim men who appear to identify with ISIS and relish the concept of beheading people in the name of Islam. It is a fatal attraction that may explain the thousands flocking from the West to the ranks of the Islamic State.

In Oklahoma City, Jacob Mugambi Muriithi (left above), 30, is being held on a charge of a terrorism charge after he allegedly threatened to behead a co-worker. He was located less than 20 miles from where Alton Alexander Nolen (right above) who is accused of beheading a co-worker just the day before the threats were allegedly made.

AltonNolen090514FacebookPhotoNolen had only recently converted to Islam in prison but immediately took to the aspects of the religion that he viewed as justifying murder and decapitations. Writing under the name “Jah’Keem Yisrael” on his Facebook page, he wrote various incendiary and bizarre messages:

“A Future Prophecy Revelation 18:8 She (The statue Of Liberty) is going into flames. She and anybody who’s with her.”

“AMERICA SO CALL HELPS IRAQ (WHICH NOT)- WELL WHY CANT U HELP THE GAZA CITIZENS AGAINST ISRAEL…AMERICA AND ISRAEL ARE WICKED. WAKE UP MUSLIMS!!!”

“I JST WANT TO SAY AS AN MUSLIM WE DNT CELEBRATE AMERIKAS HOLIDAYS.”

“KAFIR KAFIRS MEANS SOMEONES WHO DISAGREES WITH ISLAM. JST CAUSE YOU AS-SALAAMU ALAKIUN EVERY MORNING DNT MEANS YOUR AN MUSLIM THANK YOU THO.”

“Ima Tell You Off Top Im Not Your Friend My Friends Are At The Mosque All Around The World.”

“Im an Muslim from the Tribe of Judah who Was Pretty Much Raised In Killeen Texas. My Ancestors Who Are The True Jews Here In America Today Are Originally From Israel. They Were Bombed Outta Israel By The Roman Catholic Army So They Fled To Egypt And The Afrikans Sold Us To The White Man As Slaves Along With Any Other Black Person Here In Amerika Today Aka The True Jews From Israel. Our Ancestors Are Originally From Israel. Were Not from Afrika.”

“You know what gets me about Christians is that they blaspheme saying that Jesus (pbus Ameen) is God. If Jesus (pbuh Ameen) was God why when you claim he was on a cross he quoted Quote’ Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing? With this said he can’t be the Savior. All Praise To Allah,”

In one message, he declared “Islam Will Dominate the World. Freedom Can Go To Hell.”

He had been trying to convert people at his work and was telling co-workers about how women should be stoned for committing certain offenses. After he was fired, he returned and beheaded a female co-worker and stabbed another woman. After beheading Colleen Hufford, 54, and stabbing Traci Johnson’, 43, in the attack at Vaughan Foods store, he was shot and wounded by off-duty sheriff’s deputy and company CEO Mark Vaughan.

Nolen has a long previous criminal record including assault and battery on an officer, possession of a controlled substance, and escaping from detention.

Muriithi is identified as a native of Kenya who worked at Bellevue Nursing Home in northwest Oklahoma City. He also was trying to convert people and praised Islamic State for beheading Christians. He is quoted as saying that it “is just what we do.” He allegedly told the victim that he was going to cut her head off with “a blade” and said that, after cutting off her head, he would post it on Facebook. Islamic State fighters have been using social media to parade the heads of murdered captives.

Both Muriithi and Nolen are disturbing examples of the resource of disaffected, marginal, and unhinged individuals who swell the ranks of the Islamic State. For them, religion is an excuse to vent their anger and to kill in the name of faith. It is precisely the dehumanizing elements of the ISIS beliefs that attract them — to be able to treat women and other humans as undeserving of mercy or sympathy. Religion is the not the cause but the vehicle for their violent expression.

  1. If the Piss Christ was the Piss Mohammad we would be under attack and you all know it.

  2. SWM,
Just read he came back from West Africa several days ago. I wonder how many people he’s been in contact with those days he’s been back. Think of those on the plane, airport, yikes.

  3. Yep, it did not come from across the border as some were proclaiming but from an international traveler.

    1. SWM – the Midwest is suffering from some infectious lung disease that seems new as well.

  4. Oh now watch some Fundamentalist say it’s a punishment from God for our sinful nation. Pat Robertson!

  5. Here’s another example of the differences between Christianity and radical Islam. If the photo above had been a rude image of the Prophet Mohammed, the world would have burned. Christians just shrug it off.

One thing my information on the ME has taught me, is that it is the very idea of the West that they oppose. We are non Islamic, and a nation of freedom. We do not veil our women. We believe in opportunity and freedom for all. And we are powerful. That is a threat to radicals.

I used to know a Muslim who explained to me that the kids in elementary school in Iran started out their day with a “Death to America” chant. That would have been 30 years ago now when he was that young. Nothing has changed today in regards to their feelings about the West. In fact, teenagers were killed in Iran for having Western haircuts just a few years ago.

Rather than bringing this on ourselves, it is only the threat of military action that prevents them from doing worse. And even then, they continually probe our defenses with small missions. If nothing happens, they go bigger and bigger until they’re finally beaten back. And then they still don’t stop, they just start at square one again.

I wouldn’t believe what you read in WMD. Seriously or on the News. We are the ones that make the advances. The Neoconservative Mind of GWB seems prevalent.

  7. “No one is evangelizing secularism. Straw man.”

You speaking for the entire group now?” She is speaking for me. Don’t the oathkeepers believe the US is a christian nation?

“The United States cannot abide their practice of Sharia law if it is against their moral code and has to become extroverted and declare war or whatever to make them stop what We consider wrong because the whole world has to be just like us morally speaking.”

We have never declared war because we dislike Sharia Law. We declared war when war was declared on us first, such as when thousands of us were murdered in the name of radical Islam. Can you imagine how emboldened they would have become if we had done nothing?

You know I oppose Sharia Law. But I have never said we should bomb them because of Sharia. I have said we should withdraw all financial support to those who abuse human rights, such as via Sharia Law. We get to choose where we give our money, and maybe more of it should be focused here at home.

My family has worked in government, and was quite familiar with Middle Eastern affairs.

I have also opposed the blasphemy laws that Hillary Clinton has proposed internationally. It’s suicidal what Liberals are willing to do for radical Islam. I have never said the Christianity is without error ever in its history. In fact, I’ve brought up the transfer of pedophile priests on another thread just today. But Christianity is practiced around the globe, and yet we do not have suicide bombers, beheadings, or the stoning of rape victims. It is not comparable, and it detracts from the real issues to do so.

And debate and discussion of opposing views is encouraged here, although some have more difficulty than others. 🙂

    1. Karen – we do not have suicide bombers, beheadings, or the stoning of rape victims. It is not comparable, and it detracts from the real issues to do so

Well, I don’t agree with you totally as all you have to do is look at the evening news and study history unless you turn a blind eye to it. as I just said to Paul – There was something known as The Civil War where Gov Wise of VA went around preaching this sermon – I rejoice in this war. Who is there that now dares to put on sanctity to depreciate war, or the “horrid glories of war.” None. Why? Because it is a war of purification. You want war, fire, blood, to purify you; and the Lord of Hosts has demanded that you should walk through fire and blood. You are called to the fiery baptism, and I call upon you to come up to the altar. Though your pathway be through fire, or through a river of blood, turn not aside. Be in no hurry—no hurry and flurry.

I was not referring to pedophiles or blasphemy laws. I was just arguing with Annie. I am referring to the way that CUFI perverts the Bible with Israel and Iran. And I am using the South and their Constitutional Convention here as an example

  9. Just another day where Annie is having to deal with the multitude that just don’t get her wisdom. I pray, I mean I hope I somehow get gooder at this here bloggin’ stuff.

  10. Karen, I think it is you that is having the problems here. I pointed them out to you and now you once again seem to be attempting to misrepresent what I have said. You obviously are not understanding the issue as I have explained it to you. I can’t help that and I refuse to keep trying.

  11. Nick – thanks for the reminder not to get sucked into pointless personal quarrels that have nothing to do with the point at hand. Every time!!! I need an app for that.

  12. Again, Annie is having trouble with a discussion on current events.

Saying you give the impression that it’s unfair to disagree with you, quite obviously, does not imply that you used the particular words, “this is unfair.”

Not interested in quibbling about semantics, but rather current issues and more interesting discussions.
