Dr. Carol Christine Fair, an associate professor in the Security Studies Program at Georgetown, has created a firestorm of controversy after she called for the castration and “miserable death” of Republican senators. This is not her first such controversy in profanely attacking Republicans.
We previously discussed Fair tirades against Republicans.
Fair is clearly upset with the ongoing Kavanaugh hearings but took the event to a bizarre extreme. She posted:
“Look at [this] chorus of entitled white men justifying a serial rapist’s arrogated entitlement,” she wrote. “All of them deserve miserable deaths while feminists laugh as they take their last gasps. Bonus: we castrate their corpses and feed them to swine? Yes.”

The comments however were made on her private accounts. As I noted earlier, despite my criticism of Fair for these postings, I still believe that this is an exercise of free speech and there is no indication that Fair is unfair to conservative students. As such, Fair is rightfully the subject of condemnation but not termination. These comments go to core political beliefs, though expressed in the crudest possible way.

Jonathan, why didn’t Christine remain in the locked bathroom until she was certain the threat to her life and safety was gone? She walked out of the house not knowing where Mark and Brett were. The idea that she did that is ridiculous.
She was afraid Brett was going to kill and rape her, yet she simply walks downstairs and exists the house. How did she know they wouldn’t attack her again? She had no fear that they would follow her? It was dark outside.

Yet, she supposedly feared her folks would be upset if they discovered she was at a party where they served beer. Who was served? There were six people present. She said she had one beer. How would her parents be able to figure out they were serving beer there?
The gathering was held at a house where one of her friend’s lived, obviously. They didn’t break into someone’s home. She couldn’t recall the name/identity of just one person who was present. Obviously, it was his house. It should be simple to figure out who he was. Out of a total of six people, she knew 4 of them. Her girlfriend should be able to help with that. Gather the yearbooks from that area for that time frame. They are accumulating dust in the local libraries. Go through them and identify the 6th person.
FBI, take Christine on a drive through the various local neighborhoods and ask her to point out the house where this occurred. It is that simple. The entire area isn’t that big.

The President of Georgetown University, John J. DeGioia needs to open an investigation into Dr. Fair. To see if Dr. Fair was on University campus & using Georgetown electronic systems to tweet while collecting a salary. There are Dr. Fair tweet assaults going back to year 2016 that can be pulled up on Google. That include threats & stalking men, women, children & employers.

Imagine the furor if this were a conservative prof. We can argue free-speech all we like, but this woman has no place in the classroom. None whatsoever. I cannot imagine what it would be like to be a conservative in that room.

If the U.S. were willing to invest in free childcare like the Scandinavian countries, and provide universal health care and stipends so that mothers of pre-school children could stay home, then the birth rate would undoubtedly rise. But without a commitment to assisting with the enormous cost of raising children, most couples have to limit their offspring to two. Generally, the only people having large numbers of children are immigrants and people on public assistance. Those who work for a living can’t afford it.
I take it you were not aware that the Scandinavian countries have fertility rates very much in line with the United States? According to the 2015 figures, Sweden has a slight lead with 1.88 births per woman to America’s 1.84, with Norway coming in at 1.75 and Denmark trailing behind at 1.69.
It’s not solely a matter of raw numbers. Scandinavians have a highly educated population. Mothers tend to be highly educated and single parent families are rare. When couples such as these have children, it’s not the same as importing your population from the Third World or replacing your population with anchor babies or babies born to single mothers on welfare. Sure, the birth rates could be higher, as they are below replacement, but my comment was in response to George, who lamented that America’s population is overly dependent on immigration, and no culture can be self-sustaining by importing someone else’s children. But some countries care about preserving their culture; others don’t. In the U.S., we have several generations which have been taught that anything which reflects white and Western values should be derided.

Paul, I just googled “Scandinavian countries birth rate” and read some of the reports. I didn’t have the time for in-depth research, but a got a fair overview of the stats. And that’s not to say that if Americans had the social benefits for child-rearing as the Scandinavians that we would respond the same way. They have different cultures. But I’ve known quite a number of women in my life who’ve told me that they would have more children if they could, but the cost of child care and college and so forth just makes it into a situation where it wouldn’t be fair to the children they have to stretch their pay checks to cover additional kids.
Scandanavians have great countries because the people are great. Not the governments. And if you would replace them all with a bunch of Somalis then you would watch them collapse in a fortnight.

European countries such as Germany which have turned to immigration to increase their declining birth rates have found the policy to be disastrous. This includes Sweden.
