Mexican Psychologist Accused Of Killing and Dismembering Husband and Then Faking Mental Illiness

Mexico Killer WifeMexico is fixated on an extraordinary murder case involving psychologist María Alejandra Lafuente Caso, 40. Lafuente Caso is accused of drugging, murdering, and chopping up the body of her husband Allan Carrera Cuellar, 41. She has claimed spousal abuse as a defense.

The actual facts of the case undermine a claim of a spontaneous act of self-defense or even a delayed response as an abuse spouse. Police say that not only did Lafuente Caso cut up her husband with a chain saw but then distributed his body parts around Mexico City, including his head which was found by children in a park. She then allegedly sent text messages from his phone to pretend that he was still alive. She then pretending to be a grieving widow.

When accused, she claimed to be an abuse spouse. Police say that she then tried to claim mental illness. Given the elaborate measures taken in the murder and its aftermath, both defenses would be difficult to establish. The mental illness defense was particularly interesting since she is a trained psychologist familiar with the protocols and conditions for such illness. Yet, another doctor concluded that she was faking the symptoms and responses.

    She’s vain. Fake fingernails, perfect teeth, perfect body. Gotta be pretty self absorbed to chop your husband up into pieces. I’m gong with fake.

  5. JAG, Many of dancers in Wi. work a circuit covering Wi., Illinois and Michigan, and other Midwest states.. As you indicated, tourism does play a part in the venues. That’s what makes them semi nomadic. Some even stay in campgrounds! So, if you don’t get their cell#, you’re SOL. In trying to locate non mainstream witnesses nowadays, the cell is the Holy Grail. Often times the club will have their cell, but they also use burners.

  8. It really depends on the Clubs and what kind of clubs….

    In Vegas, MOST of the girls fly in and out for the weekend,
    as weekend bring in lots of tourists….

    But…. IN Seattle… Most of the girls are well grounded
    have families… own homes..

    It just all depends on the type of club and the state ….
    if there is a lot of tourism etc… 🙂

  9. JAG, I told you a couple years ago. I did PI work for an insurance company that insured strip clubs in Wi. We have quite a few here, because the neighboring state of MN. does not allow alcohol served in strip clubs. I know, WTF? Anyway, I worked my share of lawsuits of clubs being sued for their bouncers literally throwing out customers for being “tactile.” A cardinal sin, as you well know. I have interviewed my share of dancers. Lawsuits can go on for years. Dancers can be hard to find, they use so many names and are semi nomadic.

    You see how the top lifts and you can see where the top
    goes up along the top of the breast..

    If they were fake, it would be smooth transition…
    there would be no indentation where the edge of the fabric
    hit the skin.. it would not bulge out….

    Fake ones are hard…. they are NOT soft and cushy….

    You may be in the Bra biz….

    But… I was a stripper in Vegas… 😀

    I have seen a LOT of fake boobs….
    at least 200 Pairs a NIGHT….

    Like I said…. they are hard…
    VERY firm… and a bikini top would fit differently on
    fake ones…..

  18. Not hands on Nick. Just eyes on. Now that I also own a bra store I have become even more expert in evaluating the Mammary zone. The really strange thing is that there is big, big money in the very small sizes. I thought AA was a battery. Who knew?

  19. Trooper, is not kidding about looking for boobs for a living. He and his lovely wife own a woman’s clothing store, and just annexed a woman’s bra shop. Trooper is very hand on. His wife watches him like a hawk.

  20. Come on, trooper. Seriously, a shrink chainsaws her husband. That’s a story any day. But, add the graphics and it flies worldwide quickly. But, we men have been admonished. We are supposed to not let these two large breasts “distract the discussion away from the legal issues and degenerate into a male locker room.” JT has a great sense of humor. My old man taught me to be wary of those lacking one.

    JAG says probably real. PaulS says he needs to see how they bounce. You say fake. I lean fake just because they’re so perfect. When I’m in San Diego I see a LOT of enhancements, lip, breast, butt, etc. Some of the facelifts and botox are disturbing. There are pages of ads from plastic surgeons in local magazines. It truly is an industry. People always talk about Pelosi’s botox. But, she has quite a rack. I assume it’s real because she does not flaunt it. She almost seems ashamed. I guess liberal female pols aren’t supposed to have large breasts?
