NBC Compares Criticism of Hunter’s Influence Peddling to Haley’s Daughter’s TikTok Posts

We have often discussed (and even marveled at) the determined effort of mainstream media to ignore the evidence of a massive corruption scandal surrounding the Biden family. However, even at this late date, NBC seems to have achieved singular distinction with a comparison between the criticism of the daughter of Nikki Haley for using TikTok and the criticism of Hunter Biden for influence peddling.

During the Republican presidential debate, Vivek Ramaswamy responded to Haley’s criticism of his use of the Chinese-linked social media app, TikTok, by pointing out: “she made fun of me for joining TikTok, while her own daughter was actually using the app for a long time, so you might want to take care of your family first.”

Haley responded by calling Ramaswamy “scum.”

Later Gov. Ron DeSantis said that children need to be out of bounds.

NBC saw an immediate opportunity to denounce the investigation into Hunter Biden: “Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis says he believes going after an opponent’s children is ‘out of bounds’ in political warfare. DeSantis, however, goes after President Biden’s son on a weekly basis.”

The comparison perfectly captured the all-hands-on-deck effort of the media in resisting coverage of the Biden scandal. A major network wanted the public to see the criticism of Haley’s daughter for using TikTok as the same as criticism of Biden’s son for influence peddling.

One child was posting playful social media posts while the other was orchestrating massive payments from foreign figures.

This is why polls have shown the media at record lows in terms of public trust.  Gallup and the Knight Foundation found that 50% of Americans believe that the news media lies in order to promote an agenda. Only 25% of Americans reject that premise. The public has largely rejected the mainstream coverage (or lack thereof). A majority believes that Hunter has received special protection in the investigation.

We have often discussed the increasing bias and advocacy in major media in the United States. While cable networks have long catered to political audiences on the left or right, mainstream newspapers and networks now openly frame news to fit a political narrative.

We previously discussed the release of the results of interviews with over 75 media leaders by former executive editor for The Washington Post Leonard Downie Jr. and former CBS News President Andrew Heyward. They concluded that objectivity is now considered reactionary and even harmful. Emilio Garcia-Ruiz, editor-in-chief at the San Francisco Chronicle said it plainly: “Objectivity has got to go.”

Downie explained that news leaders today

“believe that pursuing objectivity can lead to false balance or misleading “bothsidesism” in covering stories about race, the treatment of women, LGBTQ+ rights, income inequality, climate change and many other subjects. And, in today’s diversifying newsrooms, they feel it negates many of their own identities, life experiences and cultural contexts, keeping them from pursuing truth in their work.”

Likewise, Stanford journalism professor, Ted Glasser, has called for journalism to “free itself from this notion of objectivity to develop a sense of social justice.” He views “journalists as activists because journalism at its best — and indeed history at its best — is all about morality.”  Thus, “Journalists need to be overt and candid advocates for social justice, and it’s hard to do that under the constraints of objectivity.”

Lauren Wolfe, the fired freelance editor for the New York Times, has not only gone public to defend her pro-Biden tweet but published a piece titled I’m a Biased Journalist and I’m Okay With That.”

Former New York Times writer (and now Howard University Journalism Professor) Nikole Hannah-Jones is a leading voice for advocacy journalism. Indeed, Hannah-Jones has declared “all journalism is activism.”

Washington Post columnist and MSNBC contributor Jennifer Rubin has also called for the media to abandon balance and impartiality.

While outfits like NPR allow reporters to actually participate in protests and the New York Times sheds conservative opinions, the new poll shows many are simply tuning out the media.

Put into this context, the NBC framing of the presidential debate is not just understandable but entirely predictable. It is why the “Let’s Go, Brandon” movement is as much a mocking of the media as it is the President. No one seriously buys the analogy of a criticism of a politician’s daughter over using social media with the criticism of a politician’s son who allegedly raised millions in influence peddling. One child was engaged in personal entertainment while the other was engaged in public corruption.

NBC’s slogan of “The news you want, when you want it” has become “the news you want, how you want it.” They are not alone in such echo chamber journalism. The problem is that a smaller percentage of the public seems to want news at all as their trust in the media generally continues to collapse.

The NBC hit on critics of Hunter Biden is precisely why. Yet, rather than recognize the falling revenues and influence of media, these outlets and journalists continue to saw feverishly at the branch on which they are sitting.

  1. Inside Trump’s 2025 Plans

Here’s how the former president and his allies are planning to wield power in a second term.

If he wins another term, Donald Trump said that he’d “go after” President Biden, embracing a radical strategy to erode the post-Watergate norm of Justice Department independence.

Trump and his backers aren’t looking just to revamp the Justice Department. They also want to increase presidential power over other federal agencies.

The Republican push to use military force in Mexico against drug cartels started in the Trump White House. He wants to make the idea a reality if he returns to the Oval Office.

Trump’s allies are preparing to populate a new administration with a more aggressive breed of right-wing lawyer, dispensing with traditional conservatives who they believe stymied his agenda in his first term.

    …………………………………..

    1. So.

What you claim is a norm, is not, and it is certainly neither in the law or the constitution.

      Article II section 1

All executive power of the united states is vested in the president.

The power of DOJ, of FBI, of DOE – ALL executive power.

There is a massive amount of caselaw on this. The most recent case being with respect to CFPB,
Uniformly the courts have found that all executive powers in the constitution AND all executive powers delegated to the executive by congress belong to the president. PERIOD.

During the Obama administration – Obama excercised the DOJ power to decline to prosecute illegal immigrants.
Creating the so called dreamers act – which was not an act that ever passed congress, just a presidential excercise of prosecutorial discrssion – a power that belongs to DOJ.

I would further note that alleged independence of DOJ is nonsense. It is NOT a norm – either post or pre watergate.
Acting AG Yates was fired for pretending she had power that did not come from the president.
We also have the National Security advisors memo from the late Obama administration demonstrating that Obama and Biden were actively involved in CrossFire Hurricane.

Biden more so than any prior president is repeatedly proclaiming the faux doctrine of independence – primarily because his political oponents are being investigated, and because he and his son are being investigated.

But there is ample evidence of WH invovlement in DOJ issues. Even WAPO and NYT have reported on Biden’s WH rantings echoing King Henry II’s rant “Will no one rid me of this troublesome preist ?”
But beyond that the WH was actively involved in influencing DOJ into going after protestors at school boards as domestic terrorists.

Whenever you here someone right or left arguing over DOJ (or FBI) independence one of the following is true.

They are trying to distance themselves from agency misconduct.
They are trying to hide their own participation in agency conduct.
They are trying to get the agency to investigate the WH.

    2. First Trump is highly unlikely to “go after Biden. For multiple reasons.

First if Biden loses, he is completely neutered and going after him looks incredibly bad.
We do not beat up on demented old people. Even Bill Cosby managed to get out of prison.

Next, Biden is near certain to pardon himself and his family on the way out of office.
No matter what the desire of Trump or Trump supporters or the GOP for revenge against the Biden’s
      it is not happening.

No member of the Biden family is ever going to serve a day in fail.
It is highly unlikely they will be convicted of anything.
If they are they will be pardoned.
Joe Biden will not be removed as president.
He probably will not be impeached.

The entire purpose of everything related to investigating the Biden’s is political.
Not because the Biden’s did not commit crimes. But because there will be no actual prosecution ever.

Biden is president it is possible but difficult to remove president.
It is not possible to convict anyone including the president of a crime if the president seeks to preclude that.

Those on the left should remember that regarding Trump.

If Trump actually beleived that he or those near him had committed crimes – he would have pardoned them on his way out of office.

All of the above does not mean that the long list of other democratic miscreants will not be targeted in some way by a Trump presidency.

While I highly doubt there will be criminal prosecutions of members of the Biden administation – I do expect – even demand a thorough investigation of the Biden administration.

The ACTUAL norm is not of DOJ independence, it is of new administrations not investigating prior administrations.
Biden violated that norm. It is gone now. You can expect a Trump administration to dig into ALL the misconduct of the biden administration.

That is going to be the new norm.

      The left started it.

      And yes, Democrats pioneered lawfare.
You should not be surprised when republicans adopt the same tactics.

In point of FACT Trump’s signature as president and candidate has been to employ against democrats the same tactics they use.
You should not be surprised when Republicans adopt the same tactics.

    3. With respect to Mexico – while I doubt Trump will rush into operations against drug cartels in mexico, esp without Mexico’s permission.

That is not without precident, and unless something changes in Mexico that is inevitable under some president.

The Drug Cartels in Mexico constitute a direct threat to US national security.

The distinction between the cartels in Mexico, and Al Queda under the protection of the Taliban in Afghanistan is miniscule.

Mexico looks increasingly like a failed narco state. The US can not have a failed state on its border.

I would note that the US directly engaged in actions in Columbia and other parts of south america over Drug Cartels.
I would further note that Pres. Bush invaded Panama and took out Noreiga over Drugs.

I expect that Trump will be extremely cautious about starting any open ended commitment to the use of force in mexico.
That would be at odds with everything he did as president in the past.

But Mexico is a very serious problem and some president int he near future is going to have to solve it somehow.
And that may involve the use of force.

    4. Neither Trump nor republicans want to “increase presidential power over agencies”.

What republicans – not just Trump seek is not new,
it is to radically disempower federal agencies.

That has been a republican goal for my entire lifetime.

What is NEW is that democrats political weaponization of those agencies has created the political will to actually accomplish that.
It is not merely republican or libertarian ideolgoy driving this now. It is a public that sees government agencies as increasingly hostile – not merely to their prefered political leaders – but to them as individuals.

What the Left has done to Trump is bad politics.
What the left has done to ordinary people is unforgiveable.

      1. AMERICAN ARE FREE

        “Agencies” are unconstitutional.

Please cite the Constitution for any power to regulate.

Congress has the enumerated power to regulate ONLY the value of money, commerce among nations, States and Indian tribes, and land and naval Forces, per Article 1, Section 8.

Congress has no power to regulate private property; private property is not public property – see how that works so simply, if it’s private, congress cannot regulate or otherwise exercise dominion over it.

Geez! Kindergartners can understand that, why not communists (liberals, progressives, socialists, democrats, RINOs, AINOs)?

  2. It appears the news media is showing their racist leanings once again. They are reporting a black thief stole a meal, “$45 worth of Taco Bell” from a front porch in Longwood, FL. So not only are they anti-black they are also engaging in cultural appropriation. Their indecency is unbearable

  3. Turley Ignores Real Threat

Former President Trump said he could use the government to investigate his political opponents if he is reelected, suggesting in an interview that it would be fair game after the Department of Justice indicted him in two separate cases earlier this year.

“If they do this — and they’ve already done it — but if they follow through on this, yeah, it could certainly happen in reverse. It could certainly happen in reverse,” Trump told Univision in an interview that aired Thursday. “What they’ve done is they’ve released the genie out of the box. You understand that. They’ve done something that nobody thought would happen.”

    https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4303525-trump-suggests-he-investigate-opponents-if-reelected/
    …………………………………………

This week, mainstream media was highly focused on Trump’s retribution plans. The above interview, which Trump gave to Univision, seemed to validate a Washington Post story claiming Trump acolytes are drafting a scheme to purge the Federal government of all Trump ‘enemies’ should Trump actually win a second term.

Yet Professor Turley is stuck in Freedom Caucus mode where his only concern is the ‘Biden Crime Family’ saga. How strange that Turley never follows recent news.

    1. So by your logic, Trump should just ignore all the crap the Democrats have done to him and other conservatives for the last 7 years? Be the bigger man, is that it? Nope. Like Trump said, the Democrats let the genie out of the bottle. A better allegory would have been to say the Democrats opened Pandora’s Box. The Democrats will pay if Trump is reelected.

      1. Nerd, there is no way Federal prosecutors can ignore a coup attempt. And anyone who thinks they should is stuck in the rightwing bubble. And that’s the real problem here: ‘Fox News creates a safe space where news is heavily filtered for nerds like ‘you’.

        1. “Nerd, there is no way Federal prosecutors can ignore a coup attempt.”

Would that it were true, Barack Hussein “Barry-I-Have-A-Statue-In-Jakarta-Soetoro” Obama would be in prison.

        2. Of course they can – they already ignored the coup attempt by Hillary in 2016.

Regardless, as is typical of the left you engage in word games.
There is no federal crime of attempting a coup.
Further while coup has many definitions – some of them good,

Generally a coup is a take over of government by the military or others in government removing the Current head of government and replacing it with themselves.

There was no coup by Trump.
Trump used every legal and constitutional means to overturn the results of a rigged election.
That is his right. That is not a coup.
It is his right – even if the election was not rigged.

What he may not do is bribe or threaten violence to accomplish that.
He may not do so – whether he is right or wrong about election fraud.

Regardless, while some of Trump’s claims regarding election fraud have not panned out.
Some are still possible, but unlikely.
Subsequently we have learned of many forms of election fraud that absolutely took place.
Most have even been admitted by democrats.

The government may not use government power to influence the outcome of an election.
          That is election fraud.
It may not change the rules that are used to conduct an election at the last minute bypassing the normal process for establishing the rules for elections and stealing the power to make the rules of an election from the legislature where congress vested it.

The government may not use power to attempt or worse succeed in censoring those with political positions it disfavors.
That is both election fraud and a violation of the first amendment and an actual federal crime.

Further democrats have openly admitted massive ballot harvesting in 2020 – that is despite the fact that ballot harvesting is illegal in 49 states.

38 US states have constitutional requirements for secret ballot elections. Including 5 of the 6 swing states.
The legal requirements for a secret ballot are:
an official ballot being printed at public expense,
on which the names of the nominated candidates of all parties and all proposals appear,
being distributed only at the polling place and
          being marked in secret.

In those states with secret ballot requirements failure to meet any of those requirements is election fraud.

In May 2020 a judge in NJ throew out 250,000 ballots in the Newark Democratic primary – because they did not meet the legal requirements for valid votes. This cause panic among democrats realizing that their covid strategy instead of giving them the election could cost them the election. There long before Trump claimed Foul democrats began their fraudulent lawfare strategy for 2020.

Just recently in Bridgeton CT a democrat judge ruled in a democratic primary that 37% of the “mailin” votes were likely fraudulent.
The evidence was video of democratic operatives depositing scores of ballots at a time into unattended ballot boxes – again in violation of ballot harvesting laws in 49 of the 50 states. While the details of the law vary there is no state in which an individual can legally handle multiple ballots at multiple different times. Doing so is ballot harvesting – election fraud.

The Judge in CT took seriously evidence that democrats and and other courts ignored when presented regarding the 2020 election.
There is hundreds of hours of video from 5 of the 6 swing states – mysteriously all video of ballot boxes in Philadelphia PA was wiped in violation of election laws that require retaining it for 2 years. Again more election fraud. This video shows precisely the same thing that occured in Bridgeport CT – except on a massively larger scale. Beyond the hundreds of hours of video of people violating balot harvesting laws there is also cellphone tracking data that shows the same operatives – plus almost 2000 others visiting 10 ballot dropbox per night – with video in numerous instance showing that at these dropboxes they were deposing approximately a score of ballots each stop, and then loping back to a Democrat 501C3 – where testimony under oath established that they picked up more ballots to deposit.

I would AGAIN refer you to the constitutional requirements for a secret ballot.
Ballots can not be handled outside of polling places. Even blank ballots must have a chain of custody showing everyone who has handled them. Even in those few states where mailin balloting is constitutional, or those states that ignored their own constitutions and allowed mailin voting anyway, there is no circumstance under which ballots can be in the custody of anyone other than the voter, an immediate relative, a power of attorney, or an election official. There is no circumstance in which ballots can be handled by 501C3’s there is no cirumstance where random strangers can handle large numbers of ballots.

Democrats successfully challenged a 2018 NC house election alleging that a republican political consultant was collecting absentee ballots from the elederly and delivering them himself. There was no video in that case, no geofencing data. In fact the strongest proof this occured was testimony that the political consultant had done exactly that for democrats in prior elections.

In the 2018 NC election – as well as the Bridgeport CT election – we do not know that anything more illegal than collecting otherwise valid ballots from legitimate voters and transporting them to ballot boxes occured. Yet in both cases – and others over time. The mere posession of a ballot by a person other than the voter, or an election official invalidates the ballot.

Why is the law so draconian ? Because once you allow ballots out of the hands of voters and election officials, the possibilities for election fraud are endless.

The between 800,000 and 2M ballots that were harvested in 2020 just in the 6 big cities in the 6 swing states all may have been legitimate ballots by legitimate voters that were merely delivered improperly. But the moment the ballot can exist outside the hands of a voter or an election official – there are an infinite number of possibilities.

We know as an example – because democrats admit it, that Zuckerberg financed groups that took over elections in the 6 key cities were providing realtime information on what registered voters had not voted yet. This information allowed pollitical opertaitves to coerce or intimdate voters into voting when they had chosen not to or for their prefered candidates.
But while illegal and unconstitutional and election fraud – that is NOT nearly the worst possibility.
Another posibility is that the realtime information on who had voted in conjuction with past voting history information allowed operatives to construct frudulent mailin ballots for registered voters that had not voted recently.

The AZ/Maricopa county audit found almost 50,000 ballots had been received from only 13000 voters. Meaning some voters appear to have voted 3 or more times. That would be large scale individual voter fraud. Another possible explanation that the AZ audit could not rule out was that the duplicates were the result of the injection of possibly 200,000 counterfeit mailin ballots created for registered voters that had not voted recently.

Is that what happened in atleast 6 key cities in 6 swing states ? That can not be proven – especially not now that states have purged their 2020 election records. Though there is a great deal of circumstantial evident that may have occured.

I would further note that the fraud I described above was not only possible in 2020, But it is impossible to prevent in mailin elections conducted as we are doing today. Worse still – aside from the dificulty of getting hundred of thousands of ballots into ballot boxes, there is no part of this type of ballot fraud that can not be committed by a single person.

And that is the most dangerous type of fraud there is – fraud that does NOT require large numbers of people.
That is nearly impossible to detect and that even if detected is not possible to fix or to punish.

Did that occur in 2020 ? We do not know. But what is most damning is that so long as we conduct elections as we did in 2020 that type of large scale fraud is possible, very hard to detect, and almost impossible to punish.

While a handful of states have been doing mailin voting for more than a decade. Each of those states is solidly blue or solidly red.
The most significant factor for low election fraud is the scale of fraud needed to change outcomes and the likehood of getting caught.
We know from other countries and from the US in the 19th century that large scale election fraud is not only possible but quite easy where fraud is easy and getting caught is hard to impossible.

But if Oregon or Washington flipped Red in 2020 – people would have noticed. There is little or no election fraud in elections where the scale of the required fraud is large and the odds of getting caught are high.

One of the problems in the US is that an ever larger portion of elections are determined by less than 1% of votes, and procedures rather than making fraud harder have been increasingly making fraud easier.

To echo Field of dreams “If you build it , they will come”.

If you keep working to make voting easier at the expense of being more secure, and if elections continue to get closer
you WILL get ever increasing fraud.

I will note that demographic factors make all fraud, including large scale fraud easier in big cities that have been democratic my entire lifetime.

Aside from that there is no reason that if election fraud is possible that it will be limited to democrats.

Where election fraud is possible – not only WILL it occur with certainty, but in the long run it will be done by some in both parties.

          2. John, man agree with what you’ve said. The problem though in 2020 is the complete lack of interest by Congress and the Courts to make minimal investigative efforts into the grievances by The People who witnessed in real-time, the lawlessness of those 5 or 6 cities, for a Federal election. If those two entities refuse their sworn duty to uphold election rules spelled out in the Constitution and the States, then what are the people, who’s legal votes have been nullified by illegal votes, to do?

      2. The argument is WORSE than that.
The poster is claiming that it is immoral, and possibly illegal and unconstitutional to do onto others what they have done unto you.

It may be. But if you are afraid of being the victim of a reciprocal immoral act, that is easily avoided.
Do not commit immoral, illegal or unconstitutional acts yourself.

Instead “do unto others what you would have them do unto you”

    2. Poor baby, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Besides which in one case you have actual government corruption at the highest level, and on the other hand you have a person who is out of power who is blustering. Now which of the two – hot air from a person who has no governmental power, or actual corruption in which our highest government official is compromised by ties to America’s biggest geopolitical rival – do you think is the more important story? (Hint: if you say it’s Trump’s blustering, then you suffer from TDS and need psychiatric care.)

    3. Real President Donald J. Trump should pull a Lincoln.

“Crazy Abe’s” acts to deny fully constitutional secession, declare an unconstitutional war, invade a sovereign foreign nation without legal basis, declare martial law, suspend habeas corpus, imprison political opponents, seize all power, rule as a tyrannical despot et al. were legal, right?

What the communists (liberals, progressives, socialists, democrats, RINOs, AINOs) would just utterly hate and despise, however, would be that all President Trump would have to do to dismantle the communist (liberal, progressive, socialist, democrat, RINO, AINO) American welfare state would be to legally put America back onto the manifest tenor of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

    4. Not only should Trump reorganize the DOJ, the IRS, the CIA, and the FBI to seek vengeance on the Democrat Criminal Deep Staters, but he should totally destroy them with constant invasions of their homes at 4:00 am, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week with armed swat teams. All of the resources of the government should be deployed to drag them through the court system for years, totaling depleting all of their assets. And they must then be imprisoned for 10 to 30 year sentences, with plenty of solitary confinement.

    5. This should not surprise you in the slightest.

      Turn about is fair play.

We have seen this time and again. Democrats have changed the rules to gain political advantage, only to see republicans later benefit greatly from the new rules that democrats enacted.

If you do not want the power of government to be used to go after political enemies – then do not use the power of government to go after political enemies.

      Democrats have done that repeatedly.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

I personally have no idea what Trump’s actual intentions are.

He may well mean EXACTLY what he is saying. If so, democrats have no one to blame but themselves for their predicament.
The odds of democrats controlling the Senate in 2025 are very near zero. Manchin has withdrawn rather than risk defeat – WV has a very popular republican running for the senate. He will win – Flip one.

There will likely be a 3 way race in AZ between a left wing nut. Incumbent Sienama, and Kari Lake.
The odds of Lake winning are astronomical.
Even if she does not the winner would be Sienama, and she will have an axe to grind with the DNC.

Further there are about 6 other Senate seats that Democrats are defending in either very red states like Montana or purple states like PA.
After WV Republicans only need to win ONE.

Trump as president will likely be able to confirm whoever he wants to head the DOJ.

Biden with meager control of the Senate place lunatics in control of the US government.
      Turn about is fair play.

Garland has targeted – not merely Biden’s political enemies – but ordinary americans as domestic terrorists.

Alot of ordinary americans are SEETHING over that.
      Turn about is fair play.

Republicans controlling the executive may target not only their political enemies in the traditional sense – but their supporters.

If it is acceptable to go after pro-life supporters, it is acceptable to go after pro-choice protestors.
To go after BLM or Antifa, or the pro-hamas terrorist supporting protestors in our streets.

But it is also possible that Trump’s statements are just a legal strategy.

The courts can trivially prevent Trump from targeting political enemies in 2025, all they have to do is stop Biden and Garland and democrats from doing that in 2023.

Trump may just be making clear to the courts, and to DOJ and to the Biden administration that turn about is fair play.
That the very best way to avoid being targeted because you are a political oponent of Trump is to quit using government to target Trump and political supporters.

My hope and expectation is that the courts will eventually end this nonsense. It is best that occurs at the lowest possible level. But that is unlikely.

Regardless, Trump is sending a clear message to the courts:
I am likely to be the president in 2024 – no matter what is done to me between now and then. You can either stop the political weaponization of the power of government NOW, or you likely will NOT be able to do so in 2025.

    6. So let me get this straight, you are terrified because Trump has said if you do X to me, I will do X to you in return ?

This is a trivial problem. Don’t do X.

If you do not want President Trump to weaponize DOJ against democrats.
Stop the weaponization of DOJ against republicans.

      Not at all hard.

I would also ask you – in what world are those you disagree with immoral or illegal for doing the same things that YOU do.

  4. Boom. Karma baby

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) called for a probe of Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s book sales, in response to Democrats’ attempt to subpoena Harlan Crow.

    1. Sonia Sotomayor was selected based on her race and ethnicity from a smaller pool that could not possibly produce the best candidate. Sotomayor is a parasitic, dependent, and partial ideologue and affirmative action project in a nation of true equity—the complete absence of legal and juridical bias and favoritism. Sonia Sotomayer’s presence on the U.S. Supreme Court is impossible. She is there through racist, political imposition.

  5. While I think Ramaswamy shouldn’t have mentioned Haley’s daughter, one has to have a particularly low IQ to compare her TikTok use to influence peddling at the highest level of the federal government.

And that’s not even to mention that the press should be skeptical of the government (and any other institution wielding power over other people) if it is to do its job correctly. Instead, it now rushes to defend the government’s actions right or wrong whenever the POTUS has a ‘D’ after his name.

  6. There is only one way to stop the democratic corruption of our existence is to vote them out of office. Easy to say , hard to do. We know our elections are compromised, by stuffing ballot boxes, non citizens voting. dead people voting and lack of voter IDs. The election system must be monitored by local police and the national guard, allowing only legal votes. First, start with ballot box guards during daylight hours and physically secure them at night with cameras connected to the police department. Only one ballot per person with prove of citizenship and a photo of their person and ID processed by the guard. Second, same process in the voting stations. If a state, city, town does not comply, all their votes and negated. Congress must write laws to enforce our states to comply effective immediately.

    1. 38 states in this country – including 5 of the 6 2020 swing states have state constitutional provisions requiring a secret ballot.
That is a legal term of art – also known as the australian ballot. It exists in response to the massive fraud that was commonplace in the 19th century.

There are 4 requirements that must be met to comply with secret ballot constitutional requirements

1). an official ballot being printed at public expense,
In the 2020 election 3B was spent on the presidential election along.
That is $20 for each and every vote cast for checking the box for one or another presidential candidate.
That does not include what was spent for all the other names on the ballot.

Whether we like it or not Ballots are essentially a form of currency – like money and should be treated as such.

They should be printed with the same care, handled as carefully. They should include the same antifraud measures as currency does.
They should not be photocopied, or printed out by laser printers at precincts, ay more than Banks should be allowed to print $20 bills.

It should be easily possible to prove that every single ballot was produced by the state, and is not counterfeit.
We should also have as tight a controls on the handling of both blank and filled out ballots as we do on money.
At every step in the handling of ballots there must be fully documented chain of custody.

2). on which the names of the nominated candidates of all parties and all proposals appear,
Should be self explanitory. Again – the STATE prints the ballots and does so with the same care they take with currency.

3). being distributed only at the polling place and
This is critical. Ballots never ever ever leave the oversight of election officials.
Does that mean we fully trust election officials ? NO!
What it means is that if a fraudulent ballot manages to get into an election we KNOW that election officials must have been complicit.

Mailin voting, public ballot boxes, anything that removes ballots from the control of election officials exponentially increases the oportunity for election fraud and exponentially decreases the odds of getting caught.

Why – because if we can somehow determine that a specific ballot is fraudulent – which is orders of magnitude harder if Ballots are photcopied or in other ways handled carelessly, the moment we remove ballots from the direct oversight of election officials we make figuring out how the fraud was conducted 10,000 times harder.

      4).being marked in secret.

Contra to the cliams of left wing nuts – Ballot secrecy is NOT a right of the individual voter. It is the right of the public as a whole.
It is not YOUR right to control knowledge of how you vote. It is the right of all of us to assure that NO ONE can know how you voted – not even if you wish to share that.

Why is this important ? If it can not be determined how a voter voted, it is impossible to coerce or induce their vote.

No one will pay for your vote based on your word that you voted as they asked.
No one will threaten you to get you to vote as they demand – if it is not possible to tell that you did so.

In the 19th century it was commonplace to pay as much as $3 for each ballot filled out as your party boss, employer even your company commander required.

But outsiders paying for votes or threatening people to get votes is not the limit of the possibilities.

My grandfather spent months telling my Grandmother how to vote.
Each election day she went to the polls and filled out her ballot as she pleased.
She never argued with him. They never got into fights.
He did everything in his power to assure that she voted as he wanted.
And at the end of the day he had ZERO power over her vote.

If you send blank ballots through the mail, and return filled in ballots through the mail.
You have enabled anyone who wishes to induce or coerce the votes of others to do so.

My grandmothers ability to vote as she pleased rested on the fact that no one else was allowed in the voting booth with her.

That is not true the moment ballots leave the polls.
That is not true the moment there is anyway to know how a specific voter voted.

I used the true example of my grandfathers attempts to control my grandmothers voting.
But this could be anyone trying to control anyone else.

      Spouses, controling each other.
      Parents controlling kids,.
      Kids controlling parents.
Party operatives controlling the voters they visit.

We have laws that preclude campaign workers from going into the polls.
Mailin voting moves the voting booth into your home, a place campaign workers are NOT barred from and probably can not be constitutionally barred from.

Anyone can politiely employ the same tactic my granmother used with respect to campaign workers of all kinds.
Many of us are too polite to say no to people knocking at our doors.
So long as ballots are not in our homes – we can listen politiely,. agree with anything, promise to vote however we are asked,
We can do the same thing with camaign workers for the green party as the GOP.
And on election day go to the polls and vote as we please with none the wiser and no conflict.

      ————————-

Yet in 2020 and since in much of the country we have violated nearly all the requirements for secret balloting.

History tells us that if we did not get massive election fraud in 2020 – that would only be due to luck.
If we continue as we have we absolutely will.

Next Secret balloting is only PART of what is needed to have trustworthy elections.

How ballots are counted is the next major portion.

The best way to secure the count is to publicly report counting as close to immediately after the ballot is filled out as possible – while proserving ballot secrecy.

After your ballot has been filled out, it should be turned in, and counted and that count published as quickly as possible, and all this done with fully public oversight.

Ballots should be counted in the same building, preferably the same room they are cast.

And that count should be reported publicly within minutes of the vote being cast.

I am generally opposd to involving computers int he ballot counting process. As they are black boxes and we should not trust black boxes.

But ballot tabulators are fast and can report results near immediately and there are very effective means to audit them.

All ballots passing through a specific tabulator should be uniquerly marked to identify the tabulator, and then AFTER they are counted put into a ballot box with ONLY ballots from that tabulator

In the days immediately after the election randomly selected tabulators should be audited to confirm the tabulator can and a hand audit of that tabulator match.

What we should NOT have is back rooms where ballots are handled outside the press and public oversight.
What we especially should never have is gymnasiums where millions of ballots are transported to and then counted.

In a precinct where there are 15000 voters, small discrepancies between the number of ballots and the number of voters is a gigantic indicia of fraud.

In 2020 in PA philadelphia Still shows 250,000 more ballots than voters. There are explanations for this that do not involve fraud.
But there are no explanations for this that are acceptable and that do not destroy a critical means of detecting fraud.
Nor is Philadelhia unuique among large cities. Nor is that problem in Philadelphia unique to 2020.
During my entire life, there has not been an election in Philadelphia in which after the election someone was not charged with stuffing hundreds of ballots in some way.

The easiest catch for election fraud by election officials is to match the number of voters against the number of ballots.
But even that can not be done reliabily unless voters cast their vote at the polls.

  7. Jonathan: DJT is really, really mad today. And it’s not just about Mark Meadows who will testify against DJT in Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 case. And it’s not about his former lawyers, Ken Chesebro, Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis who will testify against him in Fani Willis’s Fulton County RICO case. No, I am talking about lowly paid workers at Mar-a-Lago who are not the well known names. One of my other legal blogs has a headline: “Trump Employees Spill the Beans to Jack Smith”. What is that about?

CNN is reporting that Jack Smith intends, as part of his Mar-a-Lago case, to call as witnesses a maid, a chauffeur, a woodworker and others who worked at Mar-a-Lago on a daily basis. If anyone knows where the bodies are buried it’s these people. This is not an unusual step for prosecutors to take in similar criminal prosecutions.

When DJT learned about this development he was livid. On Truth Social he posted this: “News CNN just did a story, leaked by Deranged Prosecutor Jack Smith and his massive team of Radical Left Lunatics, that various people saw papers and boxes at Mar-a-Lago. Of course they did! They may have seen boxes etc. that were openly and plainly brought from the White House as is my right under the Presidential Records Act”.

Only two problems with DJT’s post. An admission by DJT he intentionally took classified material back to Mar-a-Lago. And what is worse, he still falsely claims he was entitled to take that material under the PRA. He wasn’t. Poor, DJT, he keeps digging a bigger hole for himself. More evidence of DJT’s criminal intent that Jack Smith will use at trial.

    1. “Arab leaders admonished Secretary of State Antony Blinken, saying the U.S. will be deemed complicit for civilian deaths in…” WAPO headline.

Tell then in no uncertain terms they have 60 minutes to release U.S. hostages or else. Get our nuclear deterrents ready. Starting this second they have 60 minutes to comply completely or they will face destruction the like of which has never been seen.

    2. There are treatments for Obsessive disorders. A little latitude is okay but really? From the Mayo.

“Obsessive-compulsive disorder treatment may not result in a cure, but it can help bring symptoms under control so that they don’t rule your daily life. Depending on the severity of OCD, some people may need long-term, ongoing or more intensive treatment.

The two main treatments for OCD are psychotherapy and medications. Often, treatment is most effective with a combination of these.“

    4. Dennis the retard.

Not bright enough to ask himself exactly why, if Smiths case is so open and shut, why does he keep leeking information?

A bright 4th grader understands the only play Smith has is to smear Trump, because the law is all on Trumps side.

    5. There is no such thing as criminal intent to commit a non-crime.

We know exactly what Trump has done.
And despite rants by those on the left it is no different from things democrats have done all the time.
It is no different from what Hillary Continues to do even today.

As to the MAL case – the only question is how quickly it will die.

The 11th Cir Apeals crt decision was error. But fundimentally it is error that only delays the inevitable.

The 11th cir ct of appeals merely precluded Trump from pre-emptively challenging in civil court where the burden of proof on him was higher what he has the absolute right to challenge in a criminal court.

The entire incorrect logic of the 11th appeals ruling against cannon was that the evidence seized in a warrant is challenged at criminal trial, not before hand in a civil proceding. That is obvious error, though challenging the seizure of property via warrant civily is uncomon, it has still happened many times before – including successfully by Trump in the Cohen case in the SDNY while Trump was president.

Regardless the 11th appelate did not accomplish anything other than delay Smith’s inevitable loss.

Both Navy V. Eagan and JW V NARA are the controlling law – though there are myriads of other cases that factor in.

JW. V. NARA essentially says that the PRA is only constitutional if the president can take whatever WH documents he pleases with him when he leaves office, classified or not. That is quite literally Judge ABJ’s decision.

That ALONE obliterates the entire Trump classified documents case.

But Navy V. Eagan takes the entire espionage act off the board. Everything in the realm of nations security is the exclusive domain of the presidnt at the time. Congress has no power to make nations security law that binds or applies to a president.
That means the decision as to what is and is not classified is up to the president at the time.
It means that a sitting president can not violate the espionage act.

The left constantly claims Trump must prove he declassified these documents.
That is False. The burden of proof in a criminal case is on the prosecution not the defendant.
As a matter of law, the president can not violate the espionage act while president.
If he could the espionage act would be unconstitutional.
Any act of any president that can be construed as violating the espioange act, must therefore result in the declassification of the material in question.

When Pres. Johnson refered to the RS-71 in a press conference – mistakenly calling it the SR-71 that resulted in two things.
The name was immediately changes to SR-71 because the president can not be wrong. And the existance of the SR-71 was declassified.

The same thing occured in the Reagan administration with the Stealth Fighter.

Obama made released to the press information about our nuclear arsenal, declassifiying it.

This also came up when Hillaries use of an AOL account while in Russia for classified communications was raised.
Hillaries actions violated the espoionage act.
But she was sorresponding with Pres. Obama also on an AOL account, and many left wing legal scholars correclty noted that Pres. Obama did not violate the espionage act – because the president can not.

There was a stink early in the Trump administration when Trump handed classified information regarding terrorist activity in the mideast to the Russian ambassador in other to aide in the fight against terrorists.
Legal scholars who were not brain dead noted that when the president provides classified information to someone not allowed to receive it. the information is declassified.

Trump is incorrect that he can declassify something in his mind.
But the mere act of the president directing the material be moved from a place that classified information can legally be, to one in which it can not
      declassifies it.

The only alternative argument that Smith has is that after Trump was no longer president MAL and Trump’s office and locked closset there remained a SCIF, and therefore moving the information did not declassify it. There are a gigantic rats nest of problems that come with trying to make that claim – starting with that it would create an ongoing obligation for the federal government to maintain a SCIF at MAL and to provide an FSO there whiel Trump was no longer president, and that in absence of that we are back to – so the material is declassified.

Basically every argument that Smith can make that the material remains classified and that Trump had an ongoing duty to protect it, becomes the PROOF that moving the material declassified it because Trump as president KNEW that it would not be secure at MAL.

Regardless, the odds of Smith getting to trial are small, the odds of winning at trial smaller. It is likely if he does that he will survive the 11th apealate, but not the supreme court.

I would further note that Biden’s growing propblems – especially those with his handling of classified documents completely obliterate the argument that Biden somehow did better, and pose the further problem that Biden’s actual failures are more egregious.

More recently NARA has provided 80,000 pages of material – with lots of redactions that are likely classified, that Biden sent from a non-gvernment email address while vice president. This is more material than Hillaries basement bathroom email server.
The extent of the classified material is not known yet – though Biden’s long term history of being reckless with classified information is.
We further now know that the Classified information at Biden Center was NOT discovered in Nov 2022 and immediately returned to NARA.
That it was found in may 2022 or earlier, that it was moved by people who are NOT the VP many times prior, and that between May 2022 and Nov 2022 it was sent to Biden Lawyers in Boston, and that WH political staff were involved in trying to figure out what to do for MONTHS prior to returning it to NARA.

But again there is one huge difference. Biden was VP at the time he removed the material. The declassification power of the VP is determined by the direction of the president. The declassification power of the presiden is constitutional, not staturoty or by Executive order and is unlimited.

    6. The Classified Doc case is dead. It has always been a complete non starter.
The onlyh question is precisely when and which of several options will put it to bed.

If you are expecting something from that case you are nuts.

I doubt it will make it to a jury.

  8. Big Jon, why can’t Trump run the country from prison? If he’s sentenced to a term behind bars, he can perform his presidential duties from there, no? Why not? It would be perfect. Even if our corrupt courts and media succeed in putting his behind in stir, run the country from the inside, you know? WHY NOT?

  9. The “Children” claim by media – including Halley’s “scum” response is a red herring.

Halley attacked Vivek over TikTok. Vivek’s response was an attack on Halley’s hypocracy, not on her daughter.

Vivek’s attack on Halley was only an attack on her daughter if you accept Halley’s position that no one should use TikTok.

Hypocracy is ALWAYS fair game in politics. Including the hypocracy of attacking political opponents for conduct you allow your children to engage in.

I would further note that there is no equivalence regarding Hunter Biden.

Hunter Biden is an adult. He has made himself a public figure. He is a criminal. And most importantly his father the president of the united states is not merely involved in Hunters misconduct – but Joe Biden is the product being sold.

All of Hunter Biden’s conduct is fair game – he has made it so.

We expect parents – Halley or Biden to be protective of their children. We expect that even when their children are making huge mistakes.
We want to beleive that the love of a parent for their child is immutable.
And we do NOT mostly hold parents accountable for the conduct of their children, or even for defending their children.

Joe Biden is not in trouble for defending Hunter.
He is not in trouble for loving his son, despite Hunter’s bad conduct.
He is not in trouble for his wilful blindness to Hunter’s misconduct.

He is in trouble because he was INVOLVED in much of that conduct and because he LIED about his own involvement.

This entire scandal would have been DOA if Hunter was trotting arround the globe raking in millions in return for promises of access to his father if Hunter was perpitrating a fraud and those giving him millions were the victims of a gigantic hoax.

The CORE issue is whether Hunter’s remark

“I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.”

was a hollow threat, or a reflection of the reality that Joe Biden was involved and would use public power both to reward and to punish for personal gain.

Many on the right correctly point out that Hunter was not selling soap, or used cars. He was explicitly selling the favorable use (or threatening the unfavorable us) of the public power of the Vice President of the united states for the gain or harm of those he was in business with.

But another major compelling reason to conclude that Hunter was delivering on that promise, is that Hunter Continued to successfuly demand more and more millions and to recruit more and more clients.

As Turley has noted before. The Biden family has been engaged in this practice for DECADES.

People do not continue to give you millions over and over for decades for a HOAX.

If Hunter failed to deliver, if as an example Hunter Failed to get Shokin fired. Clients and potential clients would cease buying Hunters services.

How many times will you go back to McDonalds to buy a hamburger if every time you do, you leave with less money and no hamburger ?

    1. Funny, you write all that BS, without any proven facts, evidence or any real proof of anything. If Bill Barr could find nothing then maybe there was nothing to look at.

      1. Barr found Jeffrey Epstein’s dead body puzzling under his watch, a cover up that only a skumbag could pull.
Now we have even worse with your demoncrat traitor, congratulations.

  10. Our Beloved Leftist Big Media is doing a heck of a job promoting Trump. We despise them so much, even if we don’t like Trump, we elect him President out of spite.
Thanks NPR, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, NYTs, WAPO, LA TIMES, Chicago Trib,

And, to the corrupt courts, please keep indicting the Guy. Rocket Man every time you do, YOU MORONS

  11. I remember when NASCAR banned its customers from flying the Confederate battle flag at its events. Not sure why it is “news” that the billionaire France family that owns NASCAR wants to use its power to restrict the free expression of its customers. But most MSM outlets, including NBC, believed it was a positive development worth reporting. Fine. That’s their view. But when Kristen Welker reported on this earth shattering “news” on NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, NBC made the editorial decision to run b-roll video footage of NASCAR fans waving the Confederate flag – right next to someone waving a Trump flag. NBC’s intent in selecting that specific video footage, obviously, was to manipulate the subconscious of its millions of viewers so they would subliminally associate Trump with the Confederate flag.

I immediately turned to ABC to see if, or how, they covered it. They, too, believed it was “news” that the billionaire France family decided to restrict the free expression of the customers who helped make them billionaires. In contrast to NBC, however, ABC made the editorial decision to run b-roll video of people waving a Confederate flag only. They did NOT make the editorial decision to show video of someone waving the Confederate flag in close proximity to someone with a Trump flag. ABC did not try to manipulate its viewers into subliminally associating Trump with the Confederate flag they way NBC chose to do.

    ===========

NBC regularly airs segments on bad weather events. On average, I’d estimate more than two a week. When they do, the breathless coverage is meant to create the impression in viewers that bad weather events are increasing in frequency and intensity (according to the IPCC, they are not). NBC “reporters” of these bad weather events often use the phrase “climate change” during the segment. The implication is the “climate change” is really human caused. Climate is a chaotic system that has perpetually changed for the past few billion years that planet Earth has had an atmosphere. The U.S. occupies about 2% of planet Earth’s surface area; has about 4% of planet Earth’s human population; and contributes about 13% of human caused global CO2 emissions. It is complete and utter fantasy – pure lies – that the U.S. government can stop global bad weather by confiscating $trillions in taxes or by forcing you to buy uneconomic energy from mostly Democrat donors.

(The climate scam may very well be the biggest scam Americans have perpetrated against their fellow man since the creation of the bureaucratic welfare state a century ago.)

In at least two of these bad weather segments, the NBC reporters have laughably and with apparent sincere earnestness adopted the language of left wing trash that we are experiencing a “climate crisis”. A “climate crisis” in which farmers produce near record grain yields year after year. They’re insane.

    =====

NBC Nightly News used to end each show with a segment the called “Inspiring America”. Feel good segments. But what is interesting is NBC can’t seem to find many straight white males inspiring. There seems to be a disproportionate percentage of females; homos; immigrants, and non-white people who inspire the executives at NBC.

NBC entertainment programming is often watchable. The story selection and framing of NBC Nightly News makes it unwatchable, agenda driven propaganda.

    1. Almost all of them are bad, but NBC manages to be the worst of them all. They are the parents of MSNBC, the network that has Al Sharpton discussing anti-Semitism, three Muslim men anchoring the news on 10/8 as they also opine, and Joy Reid on all the time. Oh, don’t forget Ellie Mystal, Chris Hayes, Andrea Mitchell, Nicolle Wallace and many others.

      1. Young, The New York Times has reporters in most parts of the world, although not usually in Greenland or the highlands of New Guinea.

        1. The New York Times has reporters in most parts of the world…

Including where ever Hamas goes. For you see, the NYT is now….wait for it…WWG1WGA: Where we go one, we go all just like the infamous QAnon believers supporting each other or having unquestioning loyalty. Yup, that’s right.
          NYT = QAnon!

          It all makes perfect sense:
Nazis are always bad…except when the Left become them
QAnon are always bad….except when the Left become them
Terrorists are always bad….except when the Left become them
          see the trend?

Here is more proof: perform a Bivariate correlation (aka Pearson correlation coefficient) and see what the strength and direction of the linear relationship look like between 2 measurable quantitative variables (e.g. # of left wing talking points vs # of evil atrocities)

Hint: the Pearson correlation coefficient will show a positive slope where r = 1, aka a perfect fit

  12. “I’m a Biased Journalist and I’m Okay With That.”
The despicable Ms. Wolfe can proudly join the ranks of con artists who defraud the elderly, steal identities, stalk sexually vulnerable adolescents online, propagate ruinous race hoaxes, rig pharmaceutical lab reports, falsely claim rape, and otherwise undermine the trust and decency essential to a free society. Her parents must be so proud.

  13. It now appears that it is the interest of leftist journalists to save the world. The Hamas journalists employed by CNN believes that he is saving the world. They somehow can’t understand that they have become willing to take the small gradual doses of hemlock that eventually poisons their minds. However, they should rest assured that I will never respect their drinking from the cup of poison nor will I partake in their eventual path to the mental delusion described as insanity. I have no interest in their help.

  14. I have not watched network or pbs news in years because it has long been obvious that they are propagandists for a left/ progressive/ Democrat point of view, carefully editing out anything that is contrary to that point of view and dutifully reporting the type of silliness described in this post. I was shocked however a few days ago when my oldest friend and I discussed politics in emails for the thousandth time but on this occasion he said flatly, “I am a Democrat and I will vote Democrat.” Mind you this is a highly intelligent person who is fully aware of the catastrophes visited upon us by Democrats in general and the Biden administration in particular. His stated reason was that he likes the Democrat platform better than the Republican even though he listed five things he wished the Democrat platform included which it does not, such as, close the border. Ironically, the five things he listed all are backed strongly by the leading Republicans, including Trump. I truly do not understand this determination to vote Democrat but I do believe many, many people feel this way which helps explain why Biden’s polls still show a high percentage of voters that support him. I don’t know if anyone else has had a similar experience. I am mystified.

    1. Jews in New York now being told to “shelter in place.”
One has to wonder how many Jews will keep voting for The Party?
      The very definition of insanity.

      1. Hamas supporters in NYC have surrounded Grand Central Station and are attempting to breach the outer doors to reach police officers sheltering inside.

        This is Biden’s America.

        1. “This is the reality that MIT President wants to hide. A letter from Israeli & Jewish MIT students:

          To all students at MIT,

Today, Jewish and Israeli MIT students were physically prevented from attending class by a hostile group of pro-Hamas and anti-Israel MIT students that call themselves the CAA.

This is after students from the CAA harassed MIT staff members in their offices for being Jewish and interrupted classes in the past few weeks. All of this has occurred with no clear response from the administration. With each passing day, MIT admin’s silence makes Jewish and Israeli students feel unsafe at MIT.

Many Jewish students fear leaving their dorm rooms and have stated that they feel MIT is not safe for Jews. This message is compounded by the public and private warnings of Hillel and many faculty that Jewish students should not enter MIT’s main lobby today, November 9th, 2023.

Instead of dispersing the mob or de-escalating the situation by rerouting all students from Lobby 7, Jewish students specifically were warned not to enter MIT’s front entrance due to a risk to their physical safety….”

This is Biden’s America. This is what the Democrat Party has done to America.

      2. PBS, NPR ET AL. ARE IRREFUTABLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Congress has no power to tax for, fund, operate or regulate a commercial or politically biased, propaganda-propagating enterprise.

The press is free not dictated.

The Founders established a restricted-vote republic.

Self-reliant and free Americans cannot win against the one-man, one-vote communism of dependents and parasites, or the “dictatorship of the hired help.”

The vote is moot, however, as the Constitution severely limits and restricts government before any vote is taken.

The problem is that the Supreme Court has failed to and does not support the Constitution.

Turnout in 1789 was 11.6% by design.

Voting criteria in 1789 were male, European, 21, 50 lbs. Sterling/50 acres.

The vote in a democratic republic has been severely restricted since inception.

    2. Would like to know, what are the Democrat policies today that people staunchly, blindly support?
Take ‘abortion at will’ and “climate change” off the table and what are you voting “for”?
Because it sure is not for ‘life, or liberty, or safety, or peace & prosperity for all.’
I cannot think of one Democrat policy position I agree with nor one Biden policy I am in alignment with. Not one.

      1. Democrat policies promote death, destruction, lawlessness, crime, chaos, corruption, teachers unions, brainwashing children, censorship, WAR, election fraud, more government control, more government intrusion into our lives, more taxes, more spending, more fraud, more waste, more abuse of power.

In what ways do Democrats support the pursuit of life, liberty, justice, world peace, prosperity for all, happiness, or individual freedom?

        They don’t.

  15. Arrogates a many swimming in their pool of self worth thinking they have all the answers to life. These fools shouldn’t look in the mirror it may break from their vile aura. Conceit, contempt and disrespect, is the mantra of this new breed of supposed journalists. Ignorance is another characteristic of the neophytes’; they are unconcerned about their lack of historical evidence of one sidedness, and the harm it causes.

Their continued use of lies, decrepit reports of foes, circumspect reports of events and outright fabrication of events makes them subject to ridicule and distrust.

As Mr. T famously said: “I pity the fools”!!!!

  16. People shouldn’t have any rights until they have demonstrated an ability to be considerate and decent. I have seen enough. The human race deserves to be destroyed.

  17. All I can say in the wake of the Oct 7 attack on Israel and the Palestinian uprising around the world and here in the US is that you can’t say that you weren’t warned — only that you refused to pay attention to the warnings — again:
