It comes to all of us with age. As hairlines recede and waistlines expand, cosmetic surgery becomes more attractive. While this blog is just around 2 years old, in human-to-blog years that is almost middle aged. In the last few weeks, various regulars have suggested that the site needs work to handle the large number of visitors and entries. This is an attempt to see what you would like to do with the site. In a truly bizarre scene, Royal Governor General Michaelle Jean, the representative of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II as Canada’s head of state, protested restrictions on seal products by eating the raw heart of a dead seal. There is an interesting investigative report this week out of Kansas City. The local NBC station tested the fish in 20 restaurants to see if they were actually serving the fish on the menu. Seventeen restaurants were found to switch the fish with cheaper types while charging for such higher value fish as salmon.
